Part 2 [Ran out of space].

When the initial results of Hole 1 Haverion, Paterson [GGP] came out, it caused the share price to react as it did. So similarities to Sirius Resources of Nova fame and now Legendary as well ie reaction of share price to initial drilling result.

As in the Nova DISCOVERY hole that Wowed, it sent the shares into orbit but the NEXT two results were not so spectacular in grade nor intersection [metre]. What then? Australia is a mining country and the investors may have realised they hit a big deposit? How? The intersection and grade would be matched against other big finds plus the size.

A big deposit does not consist of ALL the holes that are wow because there are high grade zones and less high grade zones and some lower grades and one can see this in big deposits, hence why there is Main Dome, West Dome and Underground for Telfer.

it is all about the MINERALISED DEPOSIT in COMPOSITE- all the drilling and infilling will allow the co to do a MODELLING of how big the deposit is. Solgold for example, which people are familar with, did the modelling to show that Alpala [Cascabel] had the potential for a 1-2 billion tonne copper-gold project in 2013. In 3 Jan 2018, the Maiden Resource came to 1.08Bt [Billion tonnes] @0.68% copper [Cu]. An updated MRE is expected and perhaps more to come. This is just to show peer comparison academic example.

So, as for the GGP initial holes eg 2-4 relating to Haverion, it sent investors into a spin judging by the reaction?
However, after Hole 1 Haverion, we are told by GGP in the recent RNS for Hole 2-4 results, that Rio applied for a new licence near Haverion after the "exceptional" results of Hole 1 - Haverion.

Then, a few days ago, after the Hole 2-4 Haverion results were released, Gervaise Heddle, CEO of GGP gave an interview to BRR Media and he said that it has gained "the ATTENTION from Investors & INDUSTRY."

So, it would appear that Industry is more nuanced as to the results and so too big investors in mining. How? They have seen a lot of results and they have the data for all the big mine drilling and technical reports.

Only in this case, GGP has not given private investors like you and I, a MODELLING figure.

However, one can sort of guess from other information given by GGP in their official RNS.

next NOVA with show of confidence from Mark Creasy."-Proactive Investors Australia 16 Apr 2018

In essence, the legendary Mark Creasy has a 28% stake in Legend and 30% in the Rockford project. The details:
1) Outstanding results were returned from Area D-found the haystack, working their way to the needle.

2) FIRST THREE holes- RKAC 183 assaying 14 metres 0.37% nickel, 0.43% copper and 0.03% cobalt from 72 metres to end of hole. This was further south to RKAC 151. Release of RKAC 15 then, caused the share price to DOUBLE.

RKAC 183 was much better than RKAC 151.

3) "Making a like-for-like comparision with NOVA Bollinger under Sirius Resources [Mark Creasy]
NOVA, May 2012 BEST RETURN - 8 METRES @ 1% NICKEL and 0,1% copper. The other two prominent results
were 7 METRES at 0.49% nickel and 0.1% copper [cu] and 3 METRES at 0.45% nickel & 0.1% copper.

4)Whilst the Nova 8 metres intersection was very high at 1.08% nickel, the 0.37% nickel at RKAC 183 [Legend] was still not far shy of the other two intersections.

5)THE NOVA DISCOVERY HOLE RETURNED 4 METRES AT 3.8% NICKEL and 1.42% copper. It sent the co shares [Sirius Resources - Mark Creasy] from 5.7 cents on the previous trading day to 45 cents when the news was announced on July 26, 2012. In the ensuring 3 weeks, it increased THREE fold to $1.49 and in the next THREE months, it doubled again to $3.20, a gain of 5,500% in just over 4 MONTHS.

6)Legend strives to follow in the footsteps of Sirius Resources taken over by Independence for $1.8b. It will do INFILL drilling to DEFINE the ANOMALOUS nickel,copper, cobalt FOOTPRINT around hole 183 and 167. Aeromagnetic and gravity features at Area D.

Comment:
One can see that the Sirius Resources NOVA DISCOVERY HOLE at 8m@3.8% nickel &1.42% copper sent the co share price into orbit as above. However, the NEXT TWO holes were 7m & 3m at 0.49% nickel & 0.45% nickel.

The same for the Legend RKAC 183 hole at 13m @0.37% nickel. The initial RKAC 151 hole results which sent the share price to double is not given. RKAC 183 is supposed to be better.

One can see that in both the case especially for NOVO [The legendary nickel deposit at Fraser Range, W.Australia], it was THE DISCOVERY HOLE THAT WOWED and the other 2 holes grade was almost HALVED plus only 7 & 3 m.

GGP- The initial hole at Haverion Drill Hole 1 was a wonderful results and hence why it is norm to compare that to TELFER.

Any large deposit needs to do DEPTH.

GGP will also be drilling 1 hole at Carnegie a nickel project also in W.Australia nearer Laverton with the same geo and size of Novo.

In essence: "Newmont has become the world*s largest gold producer [per volume]...However, the co*s gold volume is anticipated to decline going forward which is expected to have a negative impact on the co*s top-line growth in the upcoming years...African mines provide some relief to the co*s top line with Subika UNDERGROUND..."

Comment:
The above article is now common knowledge that mines are ageing, grades falling and the majors need to find deposits under cover eg in Australia and more importantly they are going for the big deposits preferably higher grade but deeper.

The said tweet about the Blackhills [BH] update awaited after the very recent GGP,CEO Interview on ShareTalk is on the open #ggp thread on Twitter. So,the co may be aware that investors are expecting an update on Blackhills. In the meantime, on Twitter, no one is shouting from the rooftops about ...as the City would get to hear first relating to asking clients etc which is a normal process. So we wait...

The write up on GGP is interesting given it comes from one of the large stockbroking platforms. On HL, I provided a link that it was also Top 1 and now Top 3 of their clients Buy/Sell Ratios. The equity writer is obviously following the story and that if Blackhills could replicate some of the success of the large Telfer mine, 30km away, then Value "will be just the start" even with the trebling of the share price. So, it is now on the radar in the UK and in Australia,

LivewireMkts write up on GGP which has access to 90,000 Australian investors means interesting days ahead of the discovery cycle given there are many big projects in the GGP stable [Ernest Giles, Carnegie, Haverion , Blackhills etc]. So Blackhills news is still awaited as to what Gervaise Heddle, CEO, GGP meant when he said in the recent Share_Talk Interview stating that Blackhills will be ..to sell to a ? miner.

From some of articles I posted, the mining co*s like Independence are prepared to pay $12m for prospective ground next to Novo.

Can sell but cannot buy - no live quote to buy. Just before it went to no quote, the selling price was higher than the buying price. The Money AIM price is not correct. To get the correct price, one has to do live quote. Found that the external quote price is often wrong.

In essence, Newcrest has signed a farm in with Prodigy Gold over the gold project in Tanami region in the Northern Territory-will fund up to $12m over 7 yrs for up to 75% interest in the Prodigy project. In May, Newcrest entered into a near identical deal with ABM Resources, also in Tanami, NT. Newcrest also agreed to 5 joint ventures with Encounter on the West Australian side of Tanami.

Comment: On topic for GGP as its a junior gold explorer and in the hunt for gold/copper etc. So the above is industry news in Australia. It shows that Newcrest, the owner of Telfer [near GGP*s Haverion & Blackhills] is not only looking for the next Telfer/Nifty in Paterson but now moving away to Northern Territories as well.

In essence:
1) "Independence announced yesterday it would pay $21 in cash and shares to Mr Creasy in exchange for 70% stake in his high prospective Southern Hills tenement."

2)"The 1100skm landholding lies ADJACENT to Independence Nickel mine.

3)"Ground had only been partially assessed and a no of drill targets had been identified that the co wanted to test."

4) "The veteran prospector played down rumours of a big discovery North-East of the mine of ANOTHER TENEMENT held by his private co Creasy Group..."

5)"...would fund all exploration at Southern Hills up to a feasibility study with work to start this year." [refer to Independence]

6)"Independence is commited to discovery and we remain confident that there are FURTHER DISCOVERIES to be made on Fraser Range."

Comments:
1) The above deal to pay $21m in cash and shares is ONLY for a tenement adjacent to Indepedence Novo nickel mine which was also originally discovered by Mr Creasy.
2) So, a/c to the article, Independence is paying for "highly prospective" ground which they wlll pay cash and shares + feasibility study.
3) Mr Creasy is KEEPING his own "discovery" as reported on another tenement. Mr Creasy is not giving details.
4) Southern Hills [the said tenement Independence is farming into] had EXPANDED its footprint to 15,800sqm.

ON TOPIC FOR GGP
1) Someone asked about Blackhills and what CEO said in his ShareTalk interview of recent days. Blackhills has been drilled with historic holes. GGP bought it from the owner for cash and shares. So, just for ground, GGP had to pay $$.
GGP has done further work and found nuggets over a x strike. These type of nuggets were found in quartz rock. It is common knowledge that where nuggets are found in quartz, it was splintered from reefs-that is the geo of Telfer. So, further advanced work done by GGP, hence why CEO said it is worth more than they paid for it via a recent interview. The above shows so.

2) 1 drill hole for Carnegie. Mr Creasy*s own discovery is North East of Novo. As far as I am aware, if my sense of direction is correct, then Carnegie is also North East of Novo. Carnegie a/c to GGP is the same geo and size as Novo.

3) The Fortesque*s, Rio*s are busy pegging land in the hot exploration areas of Paterson, West Australia as well as Fraser Range for nickel.

GGP is in both spots. Haverion has 50 targets and the geo is similar to Olympic Dam. A/c to Mining Technology, Olympic Dam*s Measured resources at the mine owned by BHP as of June 2011 are estimated to be 1,408Mt graded at 1.08%Cu, 0.34g/t etc. [Cu is copper, g/t is gold. 1,408Mt can be also expressed as 1.408Bt] https://www.mining-technology.com/projects/olympic-dam/

Oh, I forgot. When Gervaise Heddle and Callum Baxter were in London a few days ago, Mr Heddle did an interview with ShareTalk. In that recent interview, Mr Heddle said that they were going to get BlackHills ready for a sale and then he said that after the Haverion results were out for the next 3 holes, then they will sit down with the technical team and make an announcement. Since the interview was just a few days ago, indeed we have now seen what Mr Heddle said come to pass ie they had decided to drill 10 more holes via an announcement. But what about the Blackhills statement? We await next news on that.

GGP*s results today [Haverion Hole 2-4] together with Hole 1 Haverion results havpe the attention of Investors & Industry. So have private investors got it right and industry got it wrong?

P.S The other co named by Sipa as active in Paterson is Encounter. I will look at up next but I am not aware that they have found anything yet under the Newcrest JV but I will check again.

Meanwhile, after Hole 1 Haverion results, it came to the attention of LivewireMarkets of Australia who are writing about the Paterson area and Rio. They said recent that Antipa and Haverion are in the "Structural Corridor" to Rio*s rumoured find supposedly near Antipa Citadel/JV with Rio. Citadel is North of Telfer. Fortesque is pegging land North also of Telfer.

HAVERION DRILL RESULTS HOLE 1- After the results, GGP said today, 4 July 2018 that Rio has now taken a new licence near Haverion. Rio is said by Mr Heddle that Rio are smack in Paterson Range North and Haverion already.

Since, none of the licences NEAR Telfer are being tightly held, Rio*s move is interesting. Why?
Rio has not revealed the results of the 10 hole drill but it was enough to make them set up camp North Paterson.

Since Haverion Hole 1 results, they are moving closer to this side of the structural corrider NEXT to Haverion.

Since everyone is chasing the next Telfer/Nifty [also in an another article] in a Tier 1 jurisdiction, who is actually SITTING ON THE NEXT TELFER/NIFTY or Mini Telfer/Nifty?

Gervaise Heddle, CEO said today after the Haverion Hole 2-4 results that Haverion has got the "ATTENTION OF INVESTORS AND INDUSTRY." By investors, it may not mean us little investors but big investors like Sprotts who financed Cornerstone re: Cascabel etc or Private Equity Investors who have millions at their disposal.

We await developments.

With the above results, the co could get a govt grant of $300,000 for the field season. Sipa is listed on the ASX. Sipa also stated: "The North Paterson continues to emerge as a exploration *hot spot* with active exploration programs being undertaken by major mining co*s such as Rio Tinto, Newcrest and junior expl co*s such as Sipa, Antipa and Encounter Res - all pointing to the world class potential and unexplored nature of the belt."

Comment:
So none of the juniors have not had finances to continue. Under this thread, I have already given Antipa*s results, now Sipa. Even Telfer*s Technical Report was given to match against Haverion results which showed GGP*s results in good light - discussed already.

Previous Interview with ShareTalk, 20 May 2018 on Haverion, CEO said Rio is "smack" in Paterson Range North and Haverion. Today, GGP said that Rio has taken out a new licence near Haverion after the "exceptional" results from Haverion Hole 1 result recently.

Livewiremarkets recently did an article that said that Antipa and Greatland Gold are in the "Strutural Corridor" to Rio*s rumoured find. Rio drilled 10 holes and found 1 had visible mineralisation and thereafter, via satellite pics has set up camp. It is believed that this Rio supposed find is near Antipa*s Citadel project.

Newcrest is also joining the hunt for the next Telfer/Nifty even though they own Telfer. Newcrest did a JV with Encounter. The area around Telfer owned by Encounter has not been JV*ed with Newcrest. Same with Antipa-area near Telfer is not JV*ed with Rio.

GGP is going to do another 10 drills + 4 done + 6 historical holes done by Newcrest at Haverion.

Rich period of newsflow from Ernest Giles wherein Newmont did the Deep Sensing Tech over Empress. Deep Sensing Tech is the latest and next gen which has found significant projects. Next is Blackhills and getting it ready for a sale per CEO*s Interview with ShareTalk in London of recent days. Next is Carnegie [nicke] which has the same geo and size as NOVO. The Creasy nickel find is also causing excitment per the Livewiremkts article. Creasy is said to have supposedly found a 1/3 of Novo and Independence wants to buy? Creasy found the original Novo and sold it to Independence.

on 20.5.18 This is prior to today*s Haverion Hole 2-4 results. He said: They have 2 targets ie Paterson Range East, North of Haverion and Haverion and "SMACK BANG - Rio." There are 50 IOCG targets, Big Basin, more similar to Olympic Dam. Olympic Dam lower grade but Big. Not saying another Olympic Dam.."

Comment: Already in that said interview, Rio is already "smack bang" there with the 2 prospects. Today, we learn from the CEO that after the Haverion Hole 1 results, Rio has applied for a further licence near Haverion. Interesting.
