For the avoidance of doubt, there is NO reason to think that OBTAINING VALUE from KDNC*s Australian Lithium ASSETS will necessarily INVOLVE money?

The co can do a JV - at what time will be ideal given that Amapa will take 18 months for shipping out the ore ie stockpile and thereafter another 18-24mths for recommissioning?

Or would people from KDNC rather I sell my shares in KDNC as people are now not happy to talk ONLY ABOUT KDNC*s assets?

Where do shareholders of KDNC meet to talk about KDNC*s ASSETS when most AVOID the main forum as everyone knows of the unpleasantness which is well-known?

Hence, for that reason, Twitter people also no longer post on the main forum. This is to keep the PEACE as filtering is of no use.

People who are invested in Cadence Minerals are ONLY INTERESTED in the ASSET/S of the co and they want to know about that.

So, on this KDNC site, we talk about ONLY the KDNC asset/s .

We leave out everything else. Nothing wrong with talking about Sonora and how it came about given now it is ranked and still one of the 1st assets?

How can we mention the CURRENT BOARD when they were NOT HERE IN THE DAYS OF REM PLC when Sonora first came about? Only the ORIGINAL PEOPLE know about the JV Part 1 and Part 2 and how these will NOW affect shareholders of KDNC.

Only legacy holders of REM plc [old name for KDNC] will know about Hastings and Yangibana and the JV details.

These are STILL INVESTEE co*s of the CURRENT KDNC.

On the main forum of KDNC, there are FEW LEGACY HOLDERS SINCE THE DAYS OF REM plc.
Even the poster below was NOT from those days.

Many people do not want to post where there is unpleasantness?

Hence, why many legacy holders do not post on the main forum.

I post here because it is a KDNC site and where people are pleasant to each other.

In answer to what was said on the main forum of KDNC:

1] Amapa may be something newer holders of KDNC may be interested in. However, it is not 100% owned and it is always good to have another asset especially in Australia.

2] Lithium is currently one of the hottest sectors in Australia wherein V.E that Gina and her son have invested in has a mkt cap of some A$800m+ when only at the stage of PFS.

3]Core Lithium production looks to be bigger than even BCN*s ? The mkt cap of Core is $288m but more earlier. It has attracted global institutions.
The capex is some A$80m, unheard of - BCN some time ago had a capex of US$400m plus for a smaller operation. Core is the HIGHEST GRADE and LOWEST COST.

4] So, at some time, this asset will be useful to KDNC.

5] Never good to have just 1 ASSET ie Amapa.

6]BCN & EMH will take time until production, the latter of which KDNC has no JV with. As for BCN, the 30% is for another part of Sonora.

7] Hastings JV -same as the 30% is for another part.

8] Given the high mkt cap of Core and Australian*s chasing the stock, the opportunity has arrived and the mkt cap of Core is as high as what AMAPA could bring in.

9] There is NO guarantee that DL will oblige to help to spin out this asset which will NOT involve KDNC time given DL is no longer Chairman or a Director of KDNC but its former Founder.

10] I post here on this same KDNC site as it is read by the legacy holders from old.

11] I am not an insider of any sort but an early investors like Isdeer and PensionPot under the days of REM plc.

12] I have no contact with the board nor attend London AGM*s etc. I post openly on Twitter and if anything is needed, I ask on Twitter by tweeting just like others do so and this can be openly seen.

13] I am not just interested in Amapa. KDNC has this Australian LITHIUM assets UNDER ITS MAIN PROJECTS so the co itself does want to have its own projects INSTEAD OF JUST WAITING FOR JV*S - BCN*s Sonora lithium could last for 200 YEARS - I DONT THINK ANYONE HERE WILL BE HERE THAT LONG.

14] So each to their own. EVERY SHAREHOLDER OF KDNC wants different things.
Isdeer wanted Greenland. Pensionpot wanted Sonora. Given what happened at Sonora and the t/o, HISTORY PROVES that just ONE PROJECT IS NEVER SOMETHING DESIREABLE.

So, for those who only want Amapa, that is up to them but most want LITHIUM which is what REM WAS ABOUT.

I am hoping that D.L will spin-out or help KDNC to spin out Litchfield and maybe the other licence near the high grade lithium mine.

KDNC never had its own lithium project and hence it appeared rather dependent on the JV partner etc.

It does appear that KDNC could get to own 100% of the 3 lithium assets/licences in Australia. On the KDNC site they themselves say they are looking to X and Y, explore etc.

A/c to the Core Lithium video of 5 Feb 2021, there was demand for their A$40m raise from GLOBAL INSTITUTIONS. I have posted this on Twitter.

So, if it is spun out of KDNC on the ASX say, where the Aussie folks value their own projects, then it could be run by an Australian and KDNC will benefit from the % stake in the ASX co.

Looking at the CORE LITHIUM MKT CAP of A$350m in the AFR article or currently A$288m, it is NO SMALL co and in Jan 2021, the AFR reported in the article that the share price went up 100% just in that month alone with "frenzy buyers."

The Core Lithium project in Northern Territories, Oz is the "lowest cost producer" in Oz and the "highest grade" & NEAREST TO ASIA.

I have never heard of a lithium project with $85m [A$] as the capex which translates to A$160m a year revenue.

So, I hope that DL will help to realise value from this licence. They must have known as DL said in the past at Auroch that to find another deposit, one should be near a big deposit.

LoL. So, I hope DL takes the hint as I did not ask him directly whether KDNC could spin out this licence? As folks know, DL is an Australian and therefore, he has the contact to list on the ASX as he has had co*s on the ASX before a long time ago.

Suckling and K.Mozaria are based in London so DL is a missing link to Australia.

As folks know, the Scoping Study for Racecourse shows that at $7,500, the cut-off rate is 0.2% cu copper. At $10,000, the cut-off rate is 0.15% cu copper. Cut-off was defined as "ECONOMIC GRADES." Well, at $40,000 or even more than $10,000....
Currently, copper is already OVER $8,000/ton.

Even Newcrest has a continuous machine that will record grades as it drills via state of art and then it is sent to their internal lab or external lab if they want to.

I have just sent David Lenigas on Twitter an article from the prestigious Australian Financial Review [AFR] on Core Lithium. It is open to all to see and transparent by using @DavidLenigas.

The article is entitled: "Charging up. Core Lithium keeps brokers close." 31.1.21
The article stated that in Jan 2021 alone, the share price of Core on the ASX rose 100% ie "buying frenzy."
Further, startup cost is $85m [A$] and it translates to $160m REVENUE a year. The mkt cp of Core is $350m per article.

My Observation:
This reminds me very much of Sonora Lithium, a REM project [KDNC].
KDNC*S LITCHFIELD LICENCE IS "CONTINGUOUS" WITH CORE*S FINNISH PROJECT IN NORTHERN TERRITORY, Australia and is CLOSEST TO ASIA & LOWEST COST PRODUCER AND HIGHEST GRADE IN THE WHOLE OF AUSTRALIA.

Not surprising that Core themselves tweeted with a short video on 5 Feb 2021 that institutions were keen on their $40m raising for the project.

Its on Twitter at the moment.

KDNC or REM has never had another BIG LITHIUM project after Sonora. However, it does appear that LITCHFIELD appears to be a potential project of merit? Certainly, Core Lithium on ASX commands a big mkt cap of $266m currently.

My Observation:
Normal cost of capital is around US$400m. HIGHEST GRADE LITHIUM IN AUSTRALIA at the Grant -Finnis project?

KDNC themselves said that THEIR LICENCE IS "CONTIGUOUS" TO CORE LITHIUM*S FINNISH PROJECT, NT, AUSTRALIA. See below for link.

Barksy1 may recall that PHALEN told us that the SONORA lithium project was really HUGE.
He looked at the map and that was his conclusion. This is the 2nd part of the JV which is CONTIGIOUS with BCN*s Ventana. If I remember correct, yes, it was contiguous but there was a small break which was not of material significance as perhaps nature is that way.

So, CONTIGIOUS with Core*s Finnish.

Cant be bad [English understatement].

Yes, you are the legacy holder of XTR and you know what you have to do if you hold that opinion and anyone else.

For the avoidance of doubt, this was brought up AFTER THE STOCK MARKET has closed and therefore whatever views folks have has NO bearing on the share price.

However, do feel free to do what you think is best and that goes for all of us.

I think this convo has been resolved and I was only giving my view on what I have seen of other co*s which may or may NOT apply.

You must do your own DUE DILIGENCE and if you are a very big holder like Sprotts, they send their Geo to the Core Station to examine the cores.

For me, I wish to thank Mr Colin Bird, Executive Chairman, XTR as I never expected to have been able to have invested in an Australian project that is in the Lachlan Transverse Zone with Newcrest*s Cadia-Ridgeway as neighbour.

The only other time, was Greatland wherein Mr Cornford of Master Investors wrote up on as to where the Greatlanders have gone to? Well, it was to XTR*s Australian Racecourse-Bushrangers.
In the case of Havieron, that is also near Newcrest*s Telfer mine.

If there is no confidence in the Hole 2 results which had "descriptions"in the RNS,then it would not be sent to the lab?

Ella10- you quote my previous post which recorded that XRF was done on Hole 2 and posted that as norm, it is awaited as such JUST as in the SAME SENTENCE you quoted, "THEREAFTER LAB ASSAYS."

As I have clarified already, XTR themselves DID NOT SAY they would release the XRF results. I posted that it is awaited as that is what folks expected?

I have said if anyone is not happy with that, then it is up to them to take whatever course they wish.

However, the market reaction to the RNS has been POSITIVE and it had gone up more than 6%.

I have touched on a few of them so see how other lithium stocks have measured up with the 2 London-listed lithium stocks that KDNC holds.

LoL- If I remember correctly, KDNC has 3 licences in Australia, one near the HIGH GRADE lithium mine and another in Alice Springs and the last one is NEAR FINNESS, Northern Territory. I recall I posted about this Core project either on this forum or on REM which is still in existence when I did research on these Australian licences.

IMAGINE- THE ONLY LITHIUM PROJECT IN THE W H O L E OF AUSTRALIA CLOSEST TO ASIA!!!

Now, folks have said that thank you, we can follow and buy the REM investee co*s but how does one GET THE LICENCE NEXT TO FINNESS. Given that Kiran Mozaria is a mining man that does all the corporate, regulatory and mining workings, Suckling is a metals trader, who does one think that knows most about AUSTRALIA except DL, an Australian?

So, looks like ANOTHER POTENTIAL NICE LICENCE.

One is aware that DL was Chairman of Auroch in Australia and helped them with their Australian projects and he is especially knowledgeable about LITHIUM projects.

I will check later when I have time but the basic info will be on the KDNC website.

DYOR. I cannot provide warranty on the above as I do not have more info. The Stockhead article also said that lithium stocks have been FLYING FOR THE LAST 12 MONTHS -$5,000 HAS TURNED INTO $20,000 so folks could have made hay.

P.S.
The exploration co*s normally use some standard terms.
For Hole 2, Racecourse, I recall that from 340m, stronger mineralisation was stated and strong mineralisation as the hole deepened. From 130-340m, it was weak to moderate mineralisation.
Hole 2 ended at some 900m.

In the case of Kincora Copper in Canada, they merely also issued a PR/RNS/Ann to describe the core and did not reveal XRF.

As for Hole 1, XTR did reveal the XRF and usually that is the opening style. Further than that, I did not expect XRF?

However, each to their own.

The share price rose and therefore ended the day in positive territory at 5.80p-6p +6.31%.
However, price offered was much higher.

My Observation:
In the past comment, XRF has been done or will be done on Hole 2. It may have been done as a matter of course, like Anglo-American did.

However, markets require ASSAY results from the lab and therefore, it is norm. It is not norm to release XRF in normal circumstance - Greatland & Alpala never did XRF. So, it was done to give investors some idea given the Straits Resources in 2006 etc stated that grades are pretty uniform from recall?

That*s just my observation from other co*s.
