To make up for the extra shortfall of £57.8m, that could have come from KDNC*s 30% JV with BCN + royalty from Stage 1. However, Ganfeng paid a toto of some US$50m+ for 50% of Stage 1 Sonora. Had the old prices held, then it could have been more. So, it could have been reasonable to input £57.8m from the 2 JV*s with BCN + royalty & Hastings. This is for example as to how the mkt cap of REM plc could have been UNDERPINNED when folks bought in. So, with Macarthur, there was a bit extra.

This illustrates that we need a GOLDEN GOOSE that KDNC owns 100% or at least 49%. Core Lithium*s mkt cap at the time of that write-up was A$350m and currently A$288m. One project will just be a COMPANY MAKER? A$288m =£169m [FX $1.7]. So, say 49% = £ 8 2 . 8 million.

In Apr 2021, there is going to be a conference and it appears the NT govt is promoting exploration for gold, LITHIUM etc. So, it seems they are KEEN to help out etc. So, all for lithium explorers and miners - KDNC? Someone needs to ask Kiran Mozaria further on what he said in the RNS*s about LITCHFIELD AND THEIR % SHARE WHICH THEY CAN TAKE IT UP FURTHER IF THEY CAN CLINCH A DEAL WITH CORE IF INDEED LITCHFIELD IS LITHIUM RICH being CONTIGUOUS as KDNC said?

They have to ask the GOLDEN GOOSE.

KDNC used to own 20% of Bacanora Lithium and 20% of European Metal from recall. In Canada, the takeover rules were different to UK and therefore at 20%, REM was able to make an offer for BCN initially listed in Canada.

Today, Wed 17 Feb 2021, Bacanora [BCN] has a mkt cap of £149m @45p and EMH, a mkt cap of £138m @77p.

Simple maths: £149m + £138m = £287m
So, 20%+20% of £287m = £1 1 4 . 8 m.

YUP, CADENCE POTENTIALLY COULD HAVE REAPED £ 1 1 4 . 8m JUST FROM THESE 2 INVESTMENTS. Many projects have gone to the wall BUT SONORA[BCN] IS NOW RANKED NO 1 IN THE WORLD AND CINOVEC [EMH] IS EUROPE*S LARGEST HARD ROCK DEPOSIT.

Is it a fluke? I dont think so. Someone of KDNC main board said that THEY [REM-KDNC] are good at LOCATING DEPOSITS. Well, the proof of the pudding is now EVIDENT.

OK, REM went from a shell mkt cap of some £1m to £95m @0.04p to 2.25p [intra-day high].
So, if Cadence still had the 20% of BCN and 20% of EMH, it would equate to £114.8m, ENOUGH TO COVER EVERYONE*S WHO BOUGHT IN, even if they paid the highest [few paid 2.25p as folks checked at the time with Halifax for the trades].

The rest is CREAM of what else there was eg 30%JV of Sonora Part 2 and HASTINGS 30% of rare earth. Again, NO FLUKE because HASTINGS is ONE OF THE FEW BIGGEST PROJECTS IN AUSTRALIA NAMED and that has been covered in the past from OFFICIAL AUSTRALIAN DATA.

You know Gina Rinehart, Australia*s richest woman at $27bn - she did not inherit a lot of money as it had to be split with her step-mother when her father passed away. Total estate was A$150m. So, 1/2 is A$75m. With A$75m, one cant do much in mining as capex even for open pit is around A$70-80m if there is no cost overrun. Well, she had her own iron ore mine called Hope but it was not big. Then, ANGLO LET A LICENCE GO-GINA NIPPED IN AND GOT ROY HILL. TODAY, ROY HILL IS SO BIG THAT IT CONTRIBUTES TO AUSTRALIA*S GDP.

Currently, the Northern Territories, Australia govt is very positive and appears excited over Core Lithium*s FINNISH LITHIUM PROJECT as it is is the LOWEST COST PRODUCER, NEAREST TO ASIA AND INFRASTRUCTURE [port] and has the HIGHEST GRADES IN AUSTRALIA.

Apparently, up to now, WESTERN AUSTRALIA has been producing LITHIUM and one of the most famous is GREEN BUSHES. Now, NORTHERN TERRITORIES IS OPENING UP ITS LITHIUM and if one were to check LITHIUM NORTHERN TERRITORIES, up comes CORE LITHIUM AND
CADENCE MINERALS MINING TECH & SERVICES [AUSTRALIA LITHIUM-Litchfield].

From the table, it does not look PROHIBITIVE to acquire 100% of LITCHFIELD +2 AS IT IS PAID IN SHARES. 17.2.21 News. DYOR

Bannor has said yesterday he suggested that having 2 forums for KNDC so that everyone can discuss what they want pertaining to KDNC. No one reads this forum or EVEN AWARE this forum existed.

This forum has been officially created by the London South East wherein co*s with an Acquis listing can also post from. This is true of other stocks as well if they have an Acquis listing and another AIM listing.

What is being posted here is within the rules of posting. From a historic view, Zoom from the main forum on KDNC has said that we are discussing where the co was, is and will be in terms of the business model. It has TRANSITIONED from lithium to IRON ORE.

It was listed as an INVESTMENT CO and with Amapa, KDNC may have to change later as it becomes a producer and different tax rules apply only in the area for investors pertaining to Inheritance Tax if those 2 year rules still apply? I am not sure about the current situation at this moment.

Many people would like to enjoy and live peaceable lives and that includes stock forums as well.

I have been posting since the days of REM plc together with early posters and there is NO objection as to what people post as they are interested in different projects of the co at that time. REM has now changed to KNDC.

I have been posting on the main forum in the past but one wants to avoid any toooing and frooing.

So, I have posted here. For me, I have learnt a lot from REM & KNDC especially about CYCLES of lithium. Zamin also learnt about iron ore prices as they bought Amapa from Anglo -American for US$240m - Zamin was a metals trader and I am sure no one at the time could have conceived that iron ore prices could fall to $40/t and even dipped a bit beyond this. So, something useful to learn.

Ivybush the stockbroker who owned a lot of KDNC stock was interested in all the aspects of KDNC*S OTHER ASSETS so he came over to this forum to discuss.

So, we have been a peaceable lot.

However, London South East advised to filter and not to get into tooing and frooing.

Given this advice, I will do so and I will not post anymore on this forum or on the main KDNC forum and everyone can do their own DUE DILIGENCE. If I was at this PARTY EVERYONE HAS MENTIONED FROM THE PAST RE: KDNC/REM, I would have asked "WHAT CATALYST ARE WE WAITING FOR BEFORE COMMITTING LIFE SAVINGS INTO KDNC?" It is well known that stocks move on catalysts - currently it is waiting on shipping the iron ore stock piles from Amapa as THAT IS THE START OF THE CATALYST to becoming an IRON ORE PRODUCER with Sino?

I have a lot of sympathy for those who have lost on stocks given the BEAR MARKET IN COMMODITIES IS ONE THAT IS WELL-KNOWN and PART OF HISTORY. There are those who have lost their life savings on Debs etc ie RETAIL STOCKS due to the downturn in the sector and so with others. For this reason, it would be prudent to do some DUE DILIGENCE but there is no guarantee that something unexpect

FOR THE AVOIDANCE OF DOUBT:

I have seen on the main KDNC forum on the London South East, a discussion on Amapa iron ore project in Brazil pertaining to the potential shipment SIZE of the legacy TAILINGS. The two posters have cited reference to see as to the POTENTIAL TONNAGE. It is of interest to KDNC shareholders who are waiting for the POTENTIAL START OF THE AMPALA PROJECT which was not part of REM plc previously [ old name for KDNC].

That*s called RESEARCH and why stock forums exists.

I have just posted about LITCHFIELD LICENCE which is also NOT a legacy lithium asset in Australia belonging to KDNC currently and listed on their WEBSITE under Australian LITHIUM ASSETS.

No one has been researching into these assets. REM plc was set up to invest in LITHIUM and some of us are interested in the LITHIUM ASSETS of KDNC.

The artcle I posted on North Territories, Australia about FINNISH LITHIUM project by Core Lithium is dated MON, 15 FEB 2021 and NEW NEWS. On KDNC, Australian Lithium assets they do mention that it is at an early stage. Core Lithium is now interested in ACQUIRING ASSETS TO ADD TO THEIR BASE at Finnish. As far as I am aware, ONLY 2 LICENCES WOULD BE CONTIGUOUS to the Finnish project. One will be NORTH and the other SOUTH of FINNISH. KDNC themselves say that they own the "CONTIGUOUS" licence TO CORE*S FINNISH LITHIUM PROJECT, NT, OZ.

Would that NOT be relevant to KDNC that DEVELOPMENT IS OPENING UP IN NT WHICH NORMALLY DOES NOT HAVE MUCH GOING IN TERMS OF MINING?

As for the other stuff on KDNC, it is said it is OBVIOUS --I was not of that persuasion. People invested they say when they went to a party. To all of us, we were all aware on REM at the time that REM WOULD POTENTIALLY MAKE AN OFFER FOR BCN - SONORA. When BCN issued an RNS to say so and rejected that offer of £1 from REM, then obviously the original plan could NOT take place and the SHARE PRICE FELL. Anyone could have SOLD and not have waited until the share price fell by 90% subsequently which was partly from the lithium market going into a bear mkt which is well known.

Given you say you know, I have NEVER SEEN YOUR NAME ON THE FORUM so forgive me if I only am aware that there is such a poster called CAUTIOUS SID and he was a lovely poster.

If you say you are aware, however, from you posting on the main forum, you have a different account.

So, only 1 account can be right. I have NEVER BEEN TO THE LONDON AGMS NOR THE SO CALLED PARTY. I only read RNS*s from the co, Alan Green on KDNC on Twitter and Vox Mkt if they conduct an interview with KDNC. Other than that, one is supposed to SHARE RESEARCH ON THE CO*S PROJECTS - ISNT THAT WHAT FORUMS ARE ABOUT?

I do not see ANY RESEARCH on KDNC*s Australian lithium projects anywhere on the main forum. As BANNOR SAID, the main forum can discuss what they want on KDNC ie Amapa for example the current interest and I can discuss KDNC*S OTHER PROJECT IN AUSTRALIA.
