Appears that Mister Market/s finds it difficult so has to offer a bit more.

Before I went out to get sarnies, I did a dummy live check and I found that the market wanted to take more than normal mkt size. That was very encouraging as a TEST that I do.

Now, I find that XTR is 7.7p to sell and 8p to buy [NOT LIVE PRICE, advertised price] + 9.18%.

On Fri, 5 Ma.13pr 2021, PREM ended the day at +71% at 0.13p.
Today, Mon, 8 Mar 2021, PREM is +50% @0.18p @10.21am [delayed] showing on London South East PREM forum [free]. This is the 2nd day. From the forum chatter on the main forum, folks are interested in PREM*s Zulu Lithium Project.

I am just posting statistics as this was a former REM-KDNC interest as the Founder was an advisor to the co.

Just keeping up with the follow up of this co ie Zulu Lithium project.

I have watched David Lenigas*s Proactive Investors interview of 2017 entitled: "Lithium the new oil." This was in relation to the Sonora*s and Cinovec*s including the firm he is advising.
Why did I watch this? Today, is Sun 7 Mar 2021 and the hot topic and investment in Australia, Europe and elsewhere is about lithium and the rising prices which is now commonly known.

So, Kiran Mozaria*s latest interview which is on the Cadence Minerals Twitter website confirms that both for Sonora [BCN and JV with KDNC] and Cinovec [EMH, a KDNC investee co] has survived going to the wall unlike many others during the lithium fall-out of earlier years. This is due to their low cost base.

So, now KDNC is changing route to Amapa iron ore. I understand that Kiran Mozaria in the past contacted the market-makers to see if they could value KDNC also on the JV projects as the market only considered KDNC*s mark-to-market investments which had an open market value.

Kiran Mozaria said in the latest interview that Cinovec [EMH] has gone from some $3m -$13/14m in terms of mark-to-market value. This is the underlying value underpinning KDNC*s share price given that the market cap of KDNC at 19p is some £28m. So, it is good that the market has given the EXTRA allowance in the KDNC share price.

LONDON SOUTH EAST FORUMS - New direction
Many now look to asking and concentrate more on information rather than the old days of either over-exuberance or over-pessimism or personality events. Even for share price forecast, if the share price is 0.13p and folks give out a price of 30, 40,50p, it is NO longer popular and people say "dont talk nonsence." So, a more realistic crowd now in all the successful forum -folks want a more realistic hypothesis.

So, I was not aware that this is not the case everywhere - perhaps it will catch up here too.

AMAPA
KDNC will have changed from more exploration success in the past to a production model wherein the market or mm*s will rate the co on its profit figures once the JV with Sino is up and running. So, interesting to see the coming 1st interim result from Amapa together with the norm of some guidance on the iron ore mkt and prices common to all reporting iron ore big co*s.

Over the last 24 hrs , I have now figured out what this latest conversation event has been about.
Its a bit dated type of convo but the more progressive forums have now moved on from this pattern. The people who can provide accurate analysis is more in demand ie hypothesis that can actually eventuate to real results later. Eg Lenigas*s 2017 interview is now TESTED in 2021 and found to be 100% accurate relating to the lithium mkt etc and all his 3 co*s in the lithium space investments show foresight and PROVEN now.

You say its from 2019, 2021 but an upcoming RNS will be D E F I N I T I V E AS THAT WILL BE FROM THE FINALISATION OF THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE BANK CREDITORS AND KDNC. KDNC WILL THEN INFORM THAT THEY HAVE TAKEN 20% AND THIS IS THE TIMELINE AND TIME TABLE.

So, using words that are ...do NOT APPEAR FRIENDLY and if to insist, then the only way to resolve it is to go to the FCA first and if not satisfied, then to Court to say News was not right to say its 18 months to ship, it is X....and so forth. No harm if you fancy a day in court although I was told that it would cost £50k when 2 persons fought over a tree in their garden ie neighbours. That would not include COSTS TO WHOEVER LOSES. SO, HOUSE, SHIRT CAN ALL GO.

For some reason, both of us are going on about share price of tomorrow - today it is 19p or thereabouts and DESPITE TWITTER, KDNC FORUM, NO ONE HAS RUSHED IN.

There is a chap that follows me and he is a Tier 1 holder of some co8s. He bought in at 5p area or when he posted it was around that. HE NEVER TWEETS ABOUT IT THESE DAYS. He has not taken a Tier 1 position.
You should convince him LoL to get back in.

Ah no, do not miss what I said: I said that for now, KDNC has put out via an RNS that iron ore is US$60 per ton via their modelling. Until that changes via FURTHER FORWARD GUIDANCE IN AN RNS. In the meantime, I said to EyeGuy, lets TAKE DOUBLE at US$120 per tonne for now and NOT at the full price of US$176/t for 62% fe. As far as I am aware KDNC NEVER GAVE OUT OFFICIAL FIGURES OF THEIR ANTICIPATED COST FOR AMAPA IRON ORE - so how folks say it is less than $30, I am not sure. That Portugese article on the Amapa railway said the "INTERNAL COST OF AMAPA IRON ORE IS HIGH AT us$70." This is in relation to mentioning that when ZAMIN TOOK OVER , IRON ORE PRICE FELL TO $40-how did he go bust then?

FOR THE AVOIDANCE OF DOUBT, I HAVE BEEN SUPPORTIVE OF REM AND THE FOUNDER and I feel that REM had a bright future given Sonora and Cinovec which was an astute investment by the Founder of REM, now called KDNC.

However, during the bear commodity cycle esp lithium, KDNC had to sell down their 20% BCN shares re: Sonora and now have the 30% JV.

I just checked for accuracy: KDNC*s consultancy and Founder as Advisor - 3 billion + volume of shares traded on Fri, 5 Mar 2021-top No 1 riser on London South East etc. Trades executed 4,341 and share price ended up +71.33%.

So, if, if your KDNC case is compelling and obvious to all, then, it could enjoy some of the success of old when REM first financed Sonora. People will rush in and volume and share price will follow.

That is what everyone says and whether old legacy holder from REM days, new or looking in, all will be made clear.

Do not be concerned that people ask. If new folks find a forum not friendly and one can ask and not get ...on, then, it will be a place where more people will come to and sentiment is good.

I am in school, I was a kid that asked questions and my school was one in which they encouraged independent thinking and all the kids were great. I am not used to closed discussions. One forum has lost nearly 50% of its value - again, it is closed and unfortunately no one there can do simple maths. If they could work out that 30% JV does not equate to X buyout, then they would have known etc. Hence, when a forum is CLOSED and no one can discuss, then people tend to run away as it is not seen or perceived as friendly?

All far as I can see, I see no negativity here of the normal sort. That, in general ended when the Twitter group ie people posting on #kdnc thread bought into KDNC at 5p. It is healthy to ask a few questions and that it is NOT merely an ECHO chamber wherein everyone has only 1 view or are too frightened to voice any thing different to the main group. Mr James and everyone else has voiced their view on the matter that I asked. I do NOT post on this forum as its up to people to decide and do research or due diligence.

If one*s investment case can PASS muster, then everyone will also have that same idea of potential VALUE and share price may or may not follow.

However, if OTHERS are not allowed to ask, then it means that the investment case is not compelling.

Yesterday, the share price of the NO1 top riser was XYZ share and at one stage up nearly 60%+ if not more given it was changing so fast it was hard to keep up. It went from 0.1p to 0.13p at one stage. It is a former co that KDNC was helping out and one in which the Founder was advisor to.
No one produced reams of forecasts or to and fro etc. The perceived value case was CLEAR to all. Share trades were into the XYZ. An RNS came out which was helpful to lend to what was posted.

Yes, by all means contact Kiran Mozaria or ping him. I cant ping him as I am not in touch with him or have his number etc.

Yes, if it is on headed paper from KDNC, do post the screen shot on Twitter with the potential NPV to be circa $3 billion in your opinion vs Kiran Mozaria*s latest interview on their Twitter stating Amapa $600m and Mr Alan Green saying that a recent VALUATION has been done on Amapa.

Personally, I have never been interested in iron ore as REM was about lithium. So, iron ore was brought in maybe from all the XYZ since the losses historically of folks?

I was posting on the other side about KDNC lithium, NT, Australia and merely mentioned EBITDA etc before it ran into to and fro. It could NOT be settled as there was insistence. Hence, why I came over to do a CURRENT POLL of what folks think and decide?

There are NO derampers trying to stir doubt here. Many of us have been here since the days of REM plc. I was here just after D.Lenigas had reversed into a shell and named it REM plc.

No one should ram anything down any one*s throat and say that it is stiring doubt. It was posted on the other side and therefore, it should be discussed openly.

If one already has shares in KDNC, IT MAKES NO DIFFERENCE.

That is what the FCA advises FOR ALL STOCKS especially given what happened in the past ie losses per the history so everyone wants to take things more slowly and with more CONSIDERED thought and check with others who may lend more to the view.

I have not seen what it says. So, I was not aware of this particular update.

Fine with all that as that would FALL IN with legal procedural norms.

If, it is NOT SIGNED, then there will have to be other avenues to uphold the Court ruling or not.
That also I will wait for KDNC GUIDANCE as Kiran Mozaria, CEO is helpful in this via RNS.

I think it is useful to mention that I do not usually invest in iron ore co*s. I have never taken to iron ore for obvious reasons.

I was in REM-KDNC more for the lithium and rare earth in Greenland later but the latter licence has elapsed as it ws quite expensive ?

So, for iron ore I tend to go slowly.

You have an interpretation of Dev and the difference in the shipping as you said.
You are also aware that others on the main KDNC forum are not of this opinion of which I now find is the same as theirs.

Since you are reasonable to say that I go with the official guidance from KDNC, that*s fine.
I am also listening to what Goldman Sachs says and what other CEO*s say in listed iron ore co*s that are big etc.

Future? We have to wait to see when things become more clear. Those who bought at 5p would have more room but I did not buy KNDC shares at 5p in more recent times. From more experience having gone through a lot of rodeos, these days, I do not jump at making a call but rather wait and see attitude as things change quickly. That way I dont get over-exposed?

That is my view on the other side but two people dont agree and because the to and fro has gone on till almost mid-night, I have decided to bring it to the main forum. As you say, the share price shows no one is jumping and counting their chickens yet as the phase goes. I am of the same conservative camp.

Do you agree with Observer842 or tradecrafts spread-sheet [I have never seen tradecraft*s spreadsheet] -observer quotes KDNC could go to £5-10 when in full production at Amapa @49% share of Amapa? I ask because observer said there are so many ticks/recs?

Its ok if you dont want to answer on the last point but I will wait and see if anyone is going to put their savings or draw more savings based on this?
