As far as I am aware ALL only had a JORC of 20Mt li20 lithium [same size as PREM].
ALL only recently upgraded to a JORC of 30Mt.

ALL has NO DFS etc. Their Piedmont deal was to provide funds for technical studies and DFS to come including capex. But ALL LOST 50% of THE RESOURCE or in simple terms had to give away 50% of their resource.

If one supposes that the potential bidder/s of ALL were to pay a modest PREMIUM as norm , say 37%, its still a WHOPPING MKT CAP £341M TO BID FROM this terrific base £.

So, I cant see how ALL is much further than PREM although PREM is closing in on an update JORC?

At ALL, folks also grumbled about Mascolo saying that his optimism [under-statement] did not match results ie SHARE PRICE to rise. Again, VERY FEW UPDATES - stock market does not like co's to report every few holes for obvious reasons except for the initial period. So, ALL just got on with the drilling and the RNS just popped out relating to updated JORC. Vincent realised that traders were using timescales to cause volatility in the sp, so he gave very little clues by pre-info as to actual dates. Vincent, then stopped the constant video interviews as folks grumbled about no action but out POPPED PIEDMONT. A/c to ALL, they told Piedmont if they walked away, there were others.

Suzhou see $$$ at Zulu - most of the lithium players have been taken out in Zimbabwe by the Chinese. Once, Suzhou is in at PREM, then the rest means that a/c to industry norm, it is easier for PREM to get finance once there is an off-taker [50%] and a BIG NAME CORNERSTONE INVESTORS. That's how it is at AVZ [also with Suzhou and another industry investor].

So, that is the story so far. The hardest is to get a CORNERSTONE INVESTOR but once that is done then the co is on better footing as norm.

[Both with big name majors like Piedmont for ALL and Suzhou for PREM].

A Non-Executive Chairman is not an employee.
A Chairman is an employee.

So, lets see what will happen next with Neil Herbert in the Chair.

I have just checked what you said about Neil Herbert at Fireing where he is only a DIRECTOR.
At ALL he is Executive Chairman and at PREM, he is Chairman.

The recent SUZHOU cornerstone deal and more importantly they are also OFF-TAKE for 50% as norm, is something few co's can obtain eg other lithium explorers.

In the PREM RNS, it was said SUZHOU was involved with PILBARA MINERALS AND AVZ with billion dollar $ market caps.

So, what a feat and achievement.

At ALl, they got a Piedmont deal JV at 50% and yet ALL is MKT CAPPED AT £341 MILLION @59.61. ALL only had the same MT as PREM for li20 at 20Mt but just upgraded to 30Mt mark lithium Li2o.

So, if ALL is taken over as norm AT A PREMIUM, then its a whopper of a price given the market cap already at £341m for only 50% OF THE RESOURCE. Normal premium could come to X and Y.

So, looking at PREM, Suzhou paid a premium of 0.4p with current price of 0.31p.

I think eyes are always on the LITHIUM RESOURCE.

Premier African Minerals is a LITHIUM co with the ZULU project, Zimbabwe.
The battery metal that is worrying China is LITHIUM, not nickel from Bloomberg today, 4.4.22 via HC Haplo [Australian that is interested in all articles etc on lithium] is NORM INDUSTRY NEWS.

Its is clear it is from Bloomberg and all industry news.

So, cant be confusing as that is positive for PREM's LITHIUM PROJECT WITH A CHINESE SUZHOU as OFF-TAKER AND CORNERSTONE INVESTOR.

News just out today that a Ghana lithium explorer has unsolicited offers [potential] to take over part or all [?] of this co. As such, CANNACORD has been apointed.
Mkt Cap of this co listed in London: £340 Million.
Recently, they increased their JORC from 20Mt markt to some 30Mt mark Li20.
50% of this co PROJECT is already owned by Piedmont.
-----So, MAX is only 50% that can be sold by this co in Ghana lithium----

vs PREM
20Mt at £60m Mkt Cap.
SUZHOU has taken 13% of PREM shares at 0.4p totalling £12m to do DFS etc at ZULU lithium project, Zimbabwe.

ZULU is still 100% OWNED BY PREM - SUZHOU IS A 50% OFF-TAKE for Zulu.

I have just completed my research and know what I can expect given my money is involved.

I traced an Australian copper project from START to INITIAL EXPLORATION TARGET.
This was over the course of 1 year in terms of assay results , strike, depth, grades etc.
"....hits 20 metres SEMI-MASSIVE COPPER SULPHIDE ZONE." -16 May 2018
"visible chalcopyrite."
"Potentially to be CONFIRMED by pending ASSAYS."
Later, the co also hits MASSIVE SULPHIDES. There is also gold and silver.
