Just read the Annual Report of this International co dated 28 Apr 2022.
This co is listed and hence it has to produce announcements to the Stock Exchange.
Its largest shareholder is a state owned co.

A/c to this said Annual Report issued yesterday, they LIST MUSONOI, DRC
as a "HIGH GRADE COPPER COBALT" deposit and they said they have obtained ALL GOVT APPROVALS -PERMITTING etc.

This international co which A.Bell mentioned today in his interview with Proactive,
is RANKED worldwide for its cobalt production and as far as I can see, they are ALL in the DRC.

Fitch has upgraded this co to BBB+.

Very interesting.

This INTERNATIONAL RESOURCE CO per African Intelligence, dated 22 Jan 2021 - "it has obtained a loan of $350 Million to develop MUSONOI MINE in DRC."
Part of the title is: "...GETS GREEN LIGHT FOR MUSONOI."

Africa Intelligence is a subscription site so just managed to see the part about $350 Million loan to develop the Musonoi copper cobalt mine in the DRC.

The mkt cap of this co is $12.86 Billion in local money.

Comment:
From what I know, there is NO WAY this international resource co CAN DEVELOP the Musonoi copper cobalt mine [construction started in 2020] IF there is INTERNATIONAL LITIGATION PENDING or lodge already by RRR. Why? No one can start developing a mine they DONT LEGALLY OWN given RRR had legal agreement for the Musonoi JV at 50.1% [operator].

Dont know if A.Bell has flown out to Congo relating to the $5m and $15m [Congo Courts] which was paid to the state co or he is already there.

Going to be exciting if he comes back with the MONEY [50.1% of $20m] and
if he can get EQUAL LICENCES/SPLIT PROPERTIES as possible settlement or will A.Bell go for international litigation OUTSIDE CONGO as he said today in the interview with Katie Pilbeam, Proactive Investors.

Have to wait for his update.

AB did not give details.

Maybe, this international co has 100%? Dont know.

It appears that A.Bell was voted in by a "LANDSLIDE" by the big holders of RRR.
Well, AB is the man to talk to the big cheese in the DRC - CAN HE GET EQUAL TO MUSONOI LICENCES OR split properties? Got to wait for next RNS/news/interview.

LoL, even Daily Mail, This is Money noticed the RISE in Clon's shares after the funding.
Represents 61%.

Usually, a London listed co has to DUAL LIST on the Australian Stock Exchange, ASX beofre they can sell stock to Australians.

So, how Teeling and Horgan managed to sell £3m of stock to AUSTRALIAN BROKERS, is a marvel. £3m is in pounds, not Aussie $ [£1=A$1.76].

Who are the NEW AUSTRALIAN INVESTORS and how did they get to buy CLON?

Can only think they are High Net Worth Investors from Australia.

Dont they know about CLON and the history? LoL, obvious, to raise that type of money representing 61% of CLON's mkt cap is a feat. I am sure CLON had to show some documentation and plans for this said advanced gas project in Australia.

Soon, we shareholders in the UK will get to know via an RNS?

In Australia, there are only a few GAS PROVINCES, the latest being Beetloo, Northern Territory.

A recent Zimbabwe article mentioned that the CHINESE are actively in the DFS process at PREM. So, now confirmed by the George Roach interview with Stockbox last night about the Chinese. GR said that the Chinese director on PREM is a Geo and will help him with the floatation plant.

Comment: Any wonder why PREM's Zulu is being fast tracked per twitter reporting of the GR interview? Look at the spodumene prices which Elon Musk, Tesla said is "insane" and that car co etc should get into lithium mining.

PREM's cost for spodumene is $800 per scoping study.

My Comment:
GDRC 0007 is Apollo Hole 7.
API 4 is the Hole 8, lost mid-way.
"HIGH SULPHIDE CONTENT OF S E L E C T ED CORE Z O N E S."
I pointed out that in any core, it depends on grade within the core.
Apollo Hole 7 was drilled to 700m and they want to go deeper.
So, in other words, the assays coming will show how many meters has high sulphide content within the core.

The term "HIGH SULPHIDE CONTENT WITHIN SELECTED CORE ZONES" for GDRC 007 is a newer description from pic description in Qtr 1, 2022 presentation of "SEMI-MASSIVE SULPHIDE."

ANN just out also mentioned they will test other nearby in Central Paterson? Kindly check.

I did not bother to read about Great Carlow although there is possibility of NICKEL?

Looking at the core of APOLLO HOLE 7, GDRC 007 appears to be high sulphide content [ANN, 29.4.22] rather than just massive sulphide [ARV Qtr 1, 2022 Presentation @17.1.22]?

However, I did say much earlier, no one knows how many meters at what % grade until the assays are known so got to wait.

In the chart shown by Newcrest: the 342.2m @2gpt au and 0.11% cu is on the "EASTERN BRECCIA line". HAD145 at 150.1m @3.7g/t gold and 0.15% cu is further away on the Eastern Breccia line and more towards Newcrest earlier drill. HAD 104 is off this Eastern Breccia line and HAD 104 was 62.5m @5.9g/t au and 0.3% cu.

ARTEMIS REPLIED TO SCOTT who enquired about the assays from ARV ground.
ARV's reply is rather long but I have taken a few sentences only: "SUBMITTED IN W3, Jan 2022.

===CAVEAT: I repeat what sandgrounded that it is a gamble and one should be prepared to lose what one can afford and the part about some mineralisation.
