Wonder what history would have said if REM plc took over BCN at £1.
Observer942 posted that had REM take over Sonora, they would have had the MINE UP AND RUNNING BY NOW. My Comment: Then, there would be no excuse to take it over.
If Sonora was a mine and got taken over, then it could be it would head to International Arbitration as norm. I also read that lithium is NOW CHANGED TO "STRATEGIC ASSET" and there was comment that it was NOT SO IN THE FINE PRINT earlier.

So, whether one can agree and then change to Strategic Asset, I am not sure so one has t[o wait for the legal eagles.

Suffice to say, Sonora is at early stage and nothing has been done yet as far as I am aware except to clear the jungle or vegetation etc.

History now so have to see what transpires.

Just had a look at the stocks you are in eg GGP, Alba, Dis and only this one post on ARV.
As to what you said about DL, I note that the same type of thing has been said of the past CEO who made Havieron possible for GGP and the success the co achieved. I note that the current CEO of GGP has also been critique in the same way from what I read on the forum and on Twitter.

Same goes for Alba - oh my.

I dont know about DIS. Well, from what I know, almost every CEO is critiqued in this way for as long as the share price doesnt go up X times and even when it does, no praise but lots of unjustified ?

Not easy to run an AIM co as you may be aware - just look at the FT 100 co's, even the Lloyds Bank has no end of critique despite such a success from the dark days of the financial crash of 2008.

Hope you dont mind but we need balance. I always try to concentrate on the RESULTS as NO MAJOR CO will JV or buy out just because a CEO is nice per any bulletin poster. FINANCIERS, bankers, investment banks LOOK at the DEPOSIT/discovery and how much it will
bring in, in terms of cash flow etc. So, NO MATTER HOW NICE etc, its of no use on the stock markets as the it a financial game of valuation vs mkt cap vs asset. That is all that MATTER at the end of the day and nothing else - 101 City rules?

If ARV does well hopefully, it will NOT AFFECT GGP as they are NOT IN COMPETITION.

Well, he's just become Chairman of RiversGold on ASX. Riversgold is looking for lithium in the Pilbara where the multi-billion co's like Wogina and Pilbara have huge deposits in the hundreds of MT. Riversgold is one of the most successful co's in recent times this year to be up 840%.
After he joined as Chairman, the shares rose another 34% from results.

He also paid for drilling at Sonora, ranked globally as No 1 for the size of the deposit [clay] in Mexico - their JV partner has been taken over by 1 of the world's biggest lithium co's Ganfeng.

I can go on but that suffices. As for DL, I follow him and I understand what he is saying. However, folks DONT do any research or read up the subject matter of the mineral and what is actually happening in that area/industry. If anyone buys BLIND - even FTSE co's can fall off a cliff eg POLY, a FT100 co at some £16 down to 83p at one point. For this reason, one is advised to do due diligence.

For example, a lot of people put their pensions, life savings and every penny they could find to invest in Sirius Minerals especially in Yorkshire. The night before, I found out that bankers are NOT financing big projects in mining especially that area ie type of fertiz. I just managed to get out in time and as I said I only risk a small amount.

Well, that is now history. So, no matter who it is, I note the same type of comments.
No CEO, Chairman can advise and investing/speculation is not for the under-researched and even then,......

JUST SEEN AN RNS from an explorer in Kahleen Valley, PILBARA, W. AUSTRALIA.
They also drill some time ago and still cant issue ASSAYS YET. So, that what ARV stated on their Twitter so I cannot provide warranty except to only share official RNS or Twitter which does not have the same status as co RNS even if it is from ARV. So DYOR and act accordingly.

I saw them last night. Juan Z, the lithium economist has just posted also.

Sometime ago, I posted that Ganfeng said they will set up a private co after the BCN takeover. Apparently, at Companies House, BCN plc still exists and has NOT been wound down? All the directors eg Hohnen have gone and only Secker remains with the Chinese Director from Gan.

I can only reasonably conclude that they may have had legal advice to leave the entity as it is due to the events happening and not to make further moves for now. REM Mexico Ltd is also still in this forum and current.

Yes, WA is the victim of its own success ie loads of drilling going on, perhaps why assays are taking some time?

I missed DL's tweet as above. So, my logic was correct - the Artemis crew were shown at JUNCTION OF MARBLE BAR and therefore HEADING TO the MINING CAMP. The mining camp at Paterson Central is closer to Marble Bar wherelse Catlow-Chapman is much further off.

From what I know, Western Australia has this problem of assays taking time - there is a lot of exploration co's chasing the PILBARA for lithium , Paterson etc. I recall the CEO of an AIM co with exploration in Queensland which is NOT taking as long as they are not so busy.

As far as I am aware, the drilling was in Dec 2021 so it is about 3 months and 19 days now.
Greatland Gold also took a long time - from recall it was about 3 months for Hole 5 Havieron assay results.

INVESTORS:
[1] They can invest in PRE-DRILL.
[2] They can invest POST DRILL and PICS OF CORES WITH DESCRIPTION.
[3] They can invest in POST ASSAYS RESULTS.

At the current moment, shareholders have seen the ARV PATERSON CENTRAL APOLLO HOLE 7 CORE [2] and the DESCRIPTION. Also, ARV said that they want to DRILL DEEPER AT HOLE 7 APOLLO. Depth was 700m. In general, all exploration co's take END OF HOLE DATA and if mineralisation ENDS, then they do not drill further. To drill further usually needs different bigger rigs?

ARV tweeted PICS of CREW at MARBLE BAR, W.AUSTRALIA which means they are heading to CAMP. Which camp? CARLOW-CHAPMAN OR PATERSON CENTRAL -Apollo/Atlas in W.Australia? Usually, crew cost money every day that they are there so are they waiting to drill etc? UPSIDE 2020 knows how to navigate SATELLITE [public info] and therefore maybe he has the satellite for ARV PATERSON, hence his cryptic tweet?

I am in category [2] as above, hence, share price is accordingly which takes in a higher risk. For this reason, I did explain and sandgrounded agreed - gamble [CAVEAT].
Others tend to wait for ASSAY RESULTS.
Each to their own. I am not heavily invested for clarity as I am aware of the risk.

I have not seen Kiran Mozaria 's video interview today but I saw the subject matters eg Sonora.

I am wondering how all this is happening, LoL, when the JV partner @REM Mexico has NOT been consulted? REM Mexico does have a minority stake in the Stage 1 and then 30% JV.
Gan's offer to sell a stake in Sonora to Tesla, GM and Ford has to legally INVOLVE REM Mexico, that is, they have to speak to Kiran Mozaria, CEO, KDNC.

Anything mentioned by Kiran Mozaria in his interview?

The latest available post is from Daddy... who said that the VISUAL CORE from APOLLO HOLE 7, if HALF as good as HAVIERON HOLE 5,.....

This is the PRE-ASSAY INVESTOR who has taken a view based on his PERCEPTION
of the DRILL CORE shown by Artemis Resources at Hole 7, Apollo, Paterson, WA.

RIGHT OR WRONG, these investors have taken a PERSONAL VIEW and BOUGHT OR NOT BOUGHT ARV stock.

Different people have different ways of buying stock, some PRE-ASSAY, others POST ASSAY RESULTS so do ACCORDINGLY to person view/judgement as EVERYONE has to do their own decision.
