RE: RRR #2 gainer on AIM today.28 May 2024 19:18
Thanks Helpful.
The post you quoted are from the group some of the posters on this forum are familiar with. To an extent there is some plausible reason to the logic. IF, the arbitration were to rule, then it is SET IN STONE and it will be RRR's duty to consult counsel again as to the next step even though there has been legal advice on this from recall? Once a ruling comes about, it is FILED in Court and NO MORE settlement can take place in regard to the further matter. Why? International arbitration is next given RRR is a listed co and has to be answerable to shareholders as opposed to a private co where the CEO can make unilateral decisions. So, any settlement would be PRACTICAL BEFORE ANY RULING. That was my theory as well and hence such a long delay. Delays are the usual in litigation etc. So, the only solution left is a clean legal solution wherein there is NO more comeback of litigation IF the opposing side buys RRR to end all litigation. In buying out any co, say, in theory, they close the co and by extension, end all arbitration in the international courts. AVZ is nearing the end of international arbitration and with an interim win, it is likely AVZ have a strong case? Anyhow, got to discuss and all to have a open and transparent discussion. Once again, thank you. Have to see what will be said in the next RNS if any. Another junior on AIM also issued a Reach RNS, so it is obvious that one will see more and more of this with Nomads favouring this method.? Tues, 28.5.24. @7:20pm.
