This poses what appears to be a PROBLEM for them? Why? Sunday Creek on their side is 10-11km but IF IT IS MOVING WEST TO RRR/POW KILMORE, then their deposit CAN NO LONGER INCREASE. Rising Sun has the GREATER GRADES and one even at 2,300g/t gold equiv. Hence, WHY SUNDAY CREEK HAS GONE INTO GOLD HISTORY ANNUALS and TOOK 3 OUT OF 4 TOP PLACES for worldwide grades of which 7 QUALIFY in the world.

My word! Paul has a commercial eye and will SEE THAT THIS KILMORE-BERRINGA may GIVE HIM LEGENDARY STATUS and he can go on to bigger things as norm. Same for DL given he can RAISE A$$$. Recently, DL raised A$1.8m just for 1 round of drilling near Kalgoorie, Australia and one of his Oz's co's is in the Aussie news. By car, Kilmore is 14 mins from Kilmore and both were gold towns. However, IT APPEARS THAT THE "SUNDAY CREEK " TREND AT RRR KILMORE IS QUITE CONSIDERABLE and IF, Rising Sun's other twin lies just across the town border to RRR Kilmore, it is possible that the deposit could be what in geology is called a "SATELLITE" deposit or in theory even could be the "MAIN deposit." ?

Yes, NOW HELPFUL has CONFIRMED that RRR-POW MAY WANT TO DO THE NEW BALLARAT GOLD CORP deal differently. It is very small volume. FOR THE AVOIDANCE OF DOUBT: Everyone has been told by me and maidit308 that this is BOTTOM FISHING. Why? RRR's sp is at its lowest and that usually attracts bottom fishing. But with bottom fishing comes RISK that is higher than say Shell. 2ndly, RRR is an AIM co and that is HIGHER RISK to FT100. So, EVERYONE KNOWS and for those who dont know, I inform that it is OPTION money. Spec doesnt know what it is as he says he is Canadian. But in options, there is IN THE MONEY and OUT OF MONEY and OPTIONS have no value once the option date passes. So, this is just a general term to state, risk only money one can afford on any AIM co as they exists only upon funds and LSE says they are growth co's akin for angel investors. So, stated clearly. May I clarify that in using test plant, it is normal procedure to run the plant ie production. Then, to measure production rates at the various configurations. That way, one can know how to run plant for optimal. So, if not detailed enough, kindly note that I am aware that is is PRODUCTION starting. But I do understand you correct just in case folks here think "test plant" is NOT PRODUCTION.

Firstly, this is your 1st post on RRR so, this is rather strange. If you have followed all the RNS's and interview esp the last one you will be aware from A.Bell , Chairman that VAT was going to be charged and therefore, RRR has to do it by another route. I am not sure but it was by flight in the 1st instance. I dont want to go into VAT but it was a big sum given I dont know what the VAT rules are in FASO. Some of the equipment are HIRE or not exactly bringing in equipment for sale or retaining in Faso. If you are bothered about the so called "missing" lithium, then ask Chairman Bell on Twitter as others do ask on other topics IF you are a shareholder. You state REGULATIONS do not permit the use of "IMMINENT" but you do not state what regulations? Not to quote Solg as an example is not a wrong as I am aware of co's on AIM quoting "imminent" but when imminent cannot be achieved, there is updates, no? Photo from a Japanese website - that is called stock photo is it not? I dont know as I was never in the discussion. THIS IS NOT FOSTERVILLE so no point comparing notes ---the $350-$450 quote is rather low for Western major co's for gold. But in FASO, it is plausible due to cost wage? I checked and it was correct that it is a surname in DRC and also a town in the DRC and also a meaning in Congo. I didnt know, hence why I asked. With due respect, you are what appears to be CONJECTURING. Why? DO YOU OR ANYONE ELSE commenting ====SEEN THE AGREEMENT===? In normal legal agreements, there is normally CLAUSES in the event it does not go through. From what I know, it is possible that RRR [or advisor or Paul Johnson] was or is speaking to various partieS re: "SALE, IPO OR JV." I recall sale, ipo or jv was mentioned in the interview or RNS? That said, this agreement was to FACILITATE, in my view a deal. Why? NO ONE LIKE MINORITY SHAREHOLDERS and every Chartered Accountant should know that in M & A. Eg Solgold had to buy the minority holder out to streamline any potential JV, sale etc. Remember about minority shareholders and all that in your studies etc? So, IF, the deal cannot be done at this time, EVERY CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT IF QUALIFIED, will know that THE LEGAL AGREEMENT LAPSES or lapsed as the case may be in small print.

May I address the following headline. It appears to be made out to sound "ominmous". So, I ask a few intelligent questions:

[1] FASO production. For accuracy, it is TEST PLANT rather than full production of which there is a difference. Since it is a June date, it is not yet June 2024. Update states the equipment has to be taken in to FASO inc workers, camp etc so not a easy transition.

[4] 200 tonnes of Lithium "MISSING." It is a big statement to make without any evidence from a non-shareholder of RRR. No one knows the nature of the financial deal & in time, the next accounts will show , if any re: lithium.

[5] DRC 30mths re: "imminent." Arbitration takes time and NO ONE can prove otherwise ie example of AVZ vs DRC. The word "imminent" used by many AIM co's etc are taken out of context as it does not mean what folks think. Eg Solgold also used that term.

[a] $300-450oz cost. That is an estimate, not given out by RRR. I read a post on SXG last night about Sunday Creek, next door to RRR's Kilmore and it was stated by 1 poster that Fosterville's cost are in this region earlier in A$.I will fetch it later with link.

So, the POW/RRR JV -to disposal of deal to RRR is still intact. Outside this CHART, is GMET which POW has some 50.1%. This morning Gmet has risen further by some 16%+ and therefore, the POW asset [main mark to market] has INCREASED.
