Whilst on this subject matter which was raised by Nike1980, I have a few more things to add which will help. 1stly, Mr Wade is not on Twitter which means he does not engage with shareholders etc. Paul Johnson has just tweeted and he has given folks some insight as to what is happening in G...: " Would wager imo the mkt is short G...and fishing around for stock. Now, Paul is engaging and he realises that folks will now be scared as the mkt cap is no longer exceptionally low but £23.02m @21.6p. This may or may not be the case BUT one can test to see if one can GET A QUOTE FOR A LARGE LINE OF STOCK. So, in engaging folks feel that Paul is alive and talking to folks, not under some rock desperate to hear something. Imagine someone in the fam that doesnt speak - folks tend to avoid. 2ndly, Sean Wade was brought in to replace Paul as CEO. Maybe, it was getting Paul worn out with all the interviews etc so he decided to get someone with skills set to take the co forward as it does need an INVESTMENT BANKER. But then, it is good but the investment banker can be another PAUL and Paul is gone. Just as A.Bell was in GGP but he was not front line as he was brought in to deliver other skills in Oz. The other thing is that EVEN IF WADE is THE ONE to bring in Rick Rule, folks remember Rick Rule invested in Metal Tiger and again it is credited to Paul who ran Metal Tiger. There is also a clash if Wade comes out too much to the fore and outshadows Paul for obvious reasons. So, while Paul is busy engaging it still DRAWS eyes to G...or Pow by extension. Just as Oliver is CEO and a Geo, again, it is not the drawing cards. SAD BUT I AM AFRAID that is the truth. That is why I tend to couch my postings as I dont like to come out straight. Why? It can lead to unintended implications eg can I say, oh, X CO HIT THE MOTHERLODE. That very word motherlode will mean either deplatformed OR case action. Why? On what basis? If I produce development synopsis with CITATIONS, REFERENCES, MAPS ETC and next door stats, data TO BACK UP, it is up to folks to draw their own conclusions. So, brevity is fine but IT IS CONSIDERED WILD assertions of which there is little backup. Hence, why the brevity types are not quite believed in totality. One comma in legal documents can mean something else and therefore why I quote VERBATIM so that it is up to one to decode the data. Personally, I dont thank Mr Wade will mind terribly because is he at POW to become a legendary name to SET KILMORE INTO A 3 DIGIT m co or is he tasked with getting RESULTS ie big money to support the IPO and big names to give confidence in the drilling and not just poking everywhere but NOT hitting the HIGH GRADE. I am willing to go along with your premise and await something big to happen re: IPO on ASX or AIM and take that to a 3 digit M co as it deserves IF, the deposit sitting there from ancient times is found in RRR Kilmore-Berringa.

Yes, I have also seen what is the skill of A.Bell and his Linkedin consensus agrees with my view. I hope not to offend but my own father set very exacting standards and if one talks a lot about how much one can do but never seen in legendary success, he will also not rate. So, do understand , we are not playing conkers here, many of us are dependant on hitting the next .... and time is short. Certainly, RRR cannot wait either with these hungry ...waiting to ...? Say whatever one likes of DL but when it is a big project, he can drill, put out RNS. presentations, tweets and keep interest going but DRILLS like a madman. There's no laying about. DL's profile on his ASX co lists his LEGENDARY deposit and not the one that folks here talk about. Yes, he funded it via his co on AIM and he got it drilled like a mad man and got results. So, lets get going and prove everyone wrong. I am sure Helpful rates me as I also rate him and not on just his paper qualifications but rather what insight he can bring. So, I am now convinced or more convinced Berringa does hang together in the greater puzzle of the DYKE LINK ----all the way to RRR/POW KILMORE. So, lets crack on please.

IF, MR WADE CAN NOW DEMONSTRATE that he can TAKE THE BULL BY THE HORNS and take RRR-POW TO LEVELS LIKE SXG @SUNDAY CREEK and got in someone of renown who will NOT JUST DRILL 1 HOLE or 3 holes to test stratigraphy only of which the sp will either remain the same or fall as no one appreciates testing stratigraphy which is just to study the geology. HIT 1ST TIME, yes and that will mean GEO's of note. With Hycroft, they hired a legendary name and is named as Geo in the Canadian HALL OF FAME. Ah, folks take note when they speak.

Unfortunately, it is PROVEN that anything less than A BIT DRILL HIT and not just poking here and there will see the chance gone and folks wont return or fund. Look at Havieron --DRILLED BY NEWCREST but all the HOLES MISSED BY WRONG SPACING. Little Gemma was said to be the brillo one. So, if Wade can GET BIG NAMES TO BRING BIG MONEY IN to KILMORE AND 1 OF THE MOST LEGENDARY IPO's and post IPO's , then YES, I WILL THEN PUT WADE INTO THAT CATEGORY and I dont just single Wade out, that is my criteria. In a lot of LONDON TOP JOBS eg Strategists, they are not looking for jobbers but rather it states specifically, HIRED FOR DEMONSTRABLE SKILLS ie not just paper qualifications. I spend my time following and listening to LEGENDARY junior mining etc names. On Fri nights, I would listen to Eric Sprott on radio via Twitter. However, Eric has had some health issue at home and he no longer does talks. I also follow other big names and I listen to EVERY INTERVIEW they give. Hence, how I managed to pick up what Paul said given he never let out how much capital he started out with but let it out in an interview. So, I am now learning from Jim Simons [RIP] of Renaissance. His track record with AVERAGE RETURNS OF 66% from 1988 for 30 years. This is not a shooting start that fell. Simon's 2nd wife was an renowned economist and maybe he learnt a lot from her? That said he said in an interview recently, his wife asked him IF he was going to reveal his strategies at an interview. I dont know why. So, whilst many complain about RRR etc, they should be spending their time learning so that they can be more successful. It doesnt come easy. Simons methodology is maths etc and therefore a more consistent record. For junior expl legends, they HIT once on a deposit and may FADE and never heard of again. So, they are only as GOOD as the LAST BIG TIME deposit hit. For this reason, Paul will have to PROVE HIMSELF again after the GGP success. I dont expect and demand such a high standard of folks that are comfortable but not driven to achieve. Hence, I dont tend to follow those who have a career background. I have to LISTEN TO EVERY INTERVIEW as they do not give much away and unless one reads every article, podcast, interview, one is not going to hear anything of value. Even with Paul, I got just a bit and that will be the restructuring style. Everyone has talent but some have MORE TALENT and these become legendary. I dont know whether Paul is still driven but I do know, he is not as ...TO LET KILMORE pass given everyone knows that Munger has said opportunities ONLY COMES A FEW TIMES IN ONE'S LIFE. THAT IS TRUE ALSO IN MY TIME.

However, I am not one to be like the SIPP chap who put into high risk shares and lost EVERYTHING =homeless and penniless. It will take much longer unless I start a hedge fund to gather more capital but ah, that may or may not be.

However, my days on forums may be over soon as I feel that the quality is not worth posting to help out. Why? The level of ...has got worse calling for ...of revenge and lava and all that sort of thing. Better leave that type of folks to themselves.

As for Paul, I notice that as he touches stock, he is successful and I found out why ie ...of fathers pass to their next of kin ie sons or daughters and also by their lives. Paul is not selfish and he shares via interview as well so, I think that following Paul is taking the load off oneself as one does not need to work as hard. It has taken me nights to look at pages and pages inc finding out what Aussies prospectors

I do have to apologise to Sean Wade if I DID NOT COPY him in. The minute Paul Johnson LEFT POW, well, I ran off.

However, I did look him up at Linkedin etc and I believe he was a Founding shareholder of Liberum. He started at Cazenove and essentially he is an investment banker. In a way, Mr Wade is not as communicative as Paul or gives out email/s or phone no to contact. I dont usually contact CEO's as I dont look to any info that they are not able to provide and which I can find via research. Perhaps Mr Wade comes across as a more serious character by his demeanour vs Paul who is, like me, SEEKING TO FIND THAT ELUSIVE TIER 1 OR SOMETHING SIGNIFICANT that can command a MKT CAP INTO 3 DIGIT MILLIONS. I am always looking for that TINY MKT CAP CO that has a potential huge project. Mr Wade is presumably pretty well off from his days as an investment banker and therefore, he is not seeking to find his fortune. Unfortunately, Paul could have HIT the very big time but he said himself that he maxs out at 9x. So, when Paul & Bell went into GGP, they restructure, got Gervaise in and from 0.10p it went to 0.9-1p which presumably Paul SOLD as it hit target. This is also the Rick Rule objective. However, the SUNDAY TIMES RICHEST got in at 1p and sold at 10p, again the 9x rule. However, GGP WENT TO 40-42p. Oh, my goodness, Paul missed out. But I dont blame him as he has another director at home and the conservative stance may be the consensus. I am not the only one that thinks like that and it is NOTHING to do with Mr Wade at all. If Paul wonders why POW is not valued as much as it should do, well, its because he has gone. The min Paul left, everyone was in shock. Left as in really leaving. But I await to be PROVEN WRONG. Folks like to follow LEGENDARY SUCCESSFUL folks who have hit legendary deposits given Havieron was in all the Aussie press inc The Australian. Mr Wade is an executive charged with his task of funding, corporate oversight etc but many do not view him in the same way as they do with Paul. So, now they are charging into Paul's next vehicle BUT unless Paul finds something big, it will NOT do spectacular things ? Hence, why many CEO's just sail along and as long as its a project, so they are satisfied and they are NOT HIGH ACHIEVERS. A.Bell, Chairman of RRR is not "oddly quiet". Why? To prove that the Chairman is alive and still on co biz, A.Bell had to see to the RNS out today at RRR, Fri, 31.5.24. Mr Black has to inform RRR that he has breached a further % in his RRR shares to 10.9%.

Also, this NEW DEVELOPMENT AT RRR KILMORE is concentrating minds as to how best they now proceed. It is no longer just another licence but rather DUE TO THE SUNDAY CREEK RESULTS AT RISING SUN and TWO RNS coming out inc last night, SXG is moving to drilling another 60,000m [earlier 10,000m done]. Also, SXG put out that 38 INTERSECTIONS HIT 100G/T GOLD EQUIV. as the basis of the drilling success at Sunday Creek. It is now making and turning HEADS. So, RRR & POW are no longer sitting on a licence but rather my thesis below explains.

VERY FEW AIM CO'S HAVE A MKT CAP OF £291M just for DRILLING, with NO JORC, no mining etc. And to continue to raise huge sums , the last being A$10m at 1 go and yet due to the discovery, the mkt cap is £291m and c limbing with every RNS /Ann from SXG. Helpful explain today about the deal between RRR and POW may have to be revised. Maybe, they are now planning a different route as in presentation etc. RRR has 51% so potentially £148.1 MILLION , SAY, AS A HYPOTHESIS OF WHAT ANY CO CAN ACHIEVE if they find something significant as SXG at Sunday Creek, not only next door at RRR's/Pow's Kilmore but rather SUNDAY CREEK TREND "EXTENDS" TO RRR/POW KILMORE PER THE GEO TECHN REPORT/MAP commissioned by RRR/Pow. Stated TWICE by the CEO Geologist of Southern Cross Gold [SXG on the ASX who owns Sunday Creek, Victoria, Oz] in the interview 4 days ago posted by Helpful today on this forum. It is towards the END of the interview.

Newcrest has Cadia-Ridgeway, a Tier 1 gold and copper mine and Colin Bird's Bushranger is the next door licence.

Mr Bird called in a expert consultant Geo who stated that tons of years ago, the "fluid" carrying the mineralisation FLOWED into Lachlan Fold. So, the expert said there is probably gold as well at Bushranger. Mr Bird had a target grade but after drilling the two areas, the gold was not as high as at Cadia-Ridgeway and one is talking of tiny grades. The gold helps to life the resource as a credit to the copper. So, as a result the grade was not as the geo modelling done by the co.

But it was still sufficient? So, this means that as the "FLUID" FLOWED DOWN CADIA-RIDGEWAY [Newcrest], it started PETERING OUT given BUSHRANGERS WAS AT THE END OF THAT TREND.

SUNDAY CREEK, VICTORIA, SXG

Yes, it may be a 11km strike length of the Sunday Creek trend but UNFORTUNATELY, the HIGHEST GRADES are found at RISING SUN, Sunday Creek and NOT at Apollo going EAST INTO THE SXG LICENCE, but rather INTO potentially RRR KILMORE. What does all this mean AND WHY ======IS THE HIGHEST GRADE GOLD MOVING WEST , not East?

It is because per my hypothesis , as in the case of Cadia Ridgeway/Bushrangers eg, it is because THE HIGHEST GRADE OF GOLD IS IN RRR [POW] ======KILMORE AND THAT IS THE STARTING POINT OF WEST TO EAST INTO SUNDAY CREEK and not from Sunday CREEK AND PETERING OUT IN RRR KILMORE.

As Helpful pointed out in the presentation, THE SUNDAY CREEK DYKE where Rising Sun is and which is going to RRR Kilmore is also at BERRINGA nearby to RRR's Kilmore.

In short, it is now POSSIBLE THAT THE DEPOSIT OF HIGH GRADE GOLD POTENTIALLY SITS IN KILMORE and then the fluid flowed into SUNDAY CREEK @RISING SUN, thus the highest grades of gold. Now, folks are posting about ANTIMONEY and the hot demand. Antimony is a pathfinder and it is also present at RRR Kilmore.

Proof: RRR Kilmore Donnyfield Gold Field hit 200g/t gold vs Sunday Creek earlier results at 199g/t gold. THE LAST SIGNIFICANT POINT IS THAT GOLD WAS FIRST FOUND AND MINED AT KILMORE and ONLY when gold ran out on the surface that the Victorian folks could reach without much tech/equipment did they move on to SUNDAY CREEK to set up the mill as well. So, history records KILMORE AND SUNDAY CREEK WERE GOLD TOWNS.

This is pretty interesting now and I am sure I dont have to TEACH THE CEO GEO OF SXG theory as he would know it better than me. So, how's that folks? On the Southern Cross Gold HC site, the latest title is "ANTIMONY" presumably in relation to Sunday Creek.

I recalled that on this forum, RRR Kilmore also has ANTIMONY or Berringa, nearby. I have managed to call up the post :"KILMORE HAS STRONG ANTIMONY ANOMALIES over structurally complex sediments." I think it was Helpful who gave the link but I dont have it on file.

MARKET CAP OF SXG [Southern Cross Gold] has JUMPED FURTHER to A$556.9M to A$2.86. The 52 wk high was $3.49 and 52 wk low 0.39c. So, from a PENNY STOCK AT Australian 39c, it has gone to A$2.86. BUT THE GOOGLE FINANCE MAX SHARE PRICE CHART SHOWS IT WAS 20C on 20 May 2022.

Time to tell A.BELL and PJ and DL that RRR Kilmore [or even Berringa?] is sitting on antimony was well. After all, it is just over the small boundary that SUNDAY CREEK extends into RRR KILMORE to the West. In my experience, if the CEO Geo of Southern Cross is looking for MORE DEPOSITS per the Helpful link of the interview , 4 days ago and RISING SUN is NOT MOVING EAST ==INTO THEIR LICENCE=====BUT RATHER WEST INTO RRR-POW KILMORE, it is rather odd to try to go east as the highest grades are moving WEST AS SOUTHERN CROSS CEO GEO SAID HIMSELF TWICE TOWARDS THE END of interview.

Going WEST IS TO RRR/POW'S KILMORE. RRR commissioned Geo Tech Report showed the MAP wherein SUNDAY CREEK TREND EXTENDS INTO RRR-POW KILMORE.

Now, in fact, RRR-POW KILMORE could even be listed in London. How? It takes too much time to IPO inc fees. However, it could be VENDED INTO KAT @Paul Johnson. IF, they can get an EXPERT RENOWNED NAME as the CEO Geo of Southern Cross, they could interest bigger money. If vended into KAT, practically a shell, YES, it is overnight practically. Before jumping, "overnight" is qualified ie easier to vend in than to list new IPO.

Lots of possibilities now. Paul knows a lot of folks eg Sprott, Rick Rule etc.

With the new RNS/ANN from Southern Cross Gold on the ASX, Mkt Cap A$545m and with PROVEN RESULTS OF 38 INTERSECTIONS SHOWS 100G/T GOLD EQUIV for 1m, it is entering potential LEGENDARY STATUS after COSTERFIELD GOLD MINE [2moz gold] which is nearer RRR Kilmore @north. SUNDAY CREEK IS NOW HITTING all the hallmarks as posted of being in the top ranks for grade. On the other forum, they may not be cognisant that anyone that has 10.9% in RRR is not just like you or I. Why? That is a lot of money to be put into just 1 AIM stock. It can buy 4 terraces [double storey] or even 1 in Manchester. Even if Mr Black sells subsequently as everyone has a price, that still does not answer why he didnt listen to DOGGIE AND DUKEY? OR EVEN BAN OR THE NEWS ONES this morning? Answers on a postcard. You and I cant just get so much money at a moment's notice. My broker wants CASH IN A/C before one can press any button to buy 10.9%.

I see on Twitter that new names have come on inc Harald etc who are TRADERS, not so called freshies or newbies. They just jump into any horse based on momo seen at the rise a few days ago. Cant ever say these are naive chaps - they have been round the block many times. Harald no longer posts but he is on Twitter.

Comment: Helpful gave a link to Southern Cross's latest presentation and stated Sunday Creek has been drilled to 10,000metres. SO, 60,000M is 10x more to come. So, unless it is deemed to be SUCCESSFUL, no co can continue to drill , never mind 10x. Also, FUNDING is never available unless drilling is successful, hence why the opening preamble is the 38 intersections with 100g/t gold over 1m. For a poster here, he talks of another co and speaks of RRR not in so good a light as RRR. If that co's results could MATCH SUNDAY CREEK, they will not be sitting on such a lowly mkt cap but more £289m like Southern Cross at A$545m.!!! That is a whopper of a mkt cap EVEN ON THE ASX FOR JUST A JUNIOR EXPLORER with NO income, NO Jorc and No mining etc but continuing to raise to just drill and pay admin , listing etc. DYOR, NIA.

So, looking very nice for RRR KILMORE-BERRINGA now and even more so. Upon the above ANN/RNS, everyone can see that 38 intersections at 100g/t gold over 1m equiv. is a legendary feat given 100t/t gold is not an everyday occurrence.

JFK8 I RE-CONFIRM that RRR rose 41%+ on the mega buys. It then fell back to 32% at close. That would suggest that you had no RRR shares or did not look at your RRR stockbroking a/c. Even Helpful posted that on this forum at the time of that spectacular rise. Heard of INTRA-DAY HIGH? What you posted is end of day closing. That is how I am cognisant that you may not have had stock on that day, hence you were not aware of the INTRA-DAY HIGH. Others on this forum did NOT DISPUTE it either as it was FACT live.

The 41% rise was just two days or so ago when the mega buys appeared. Today, at this moment, London South East shows +4.76%. ISNT THAT A RISE ? London South East cant be posting +4.76% or have folks not looked. London South East tends to be a bit behind as normal for all sites but the live price at the stock broker will tell.

As for the so called dog per 1 poster here this morning at the Gatwick Gusher, it is now up another 16%+ , 2ND DAY RUNNING WITHOUT break after the Sumi RNS. Now, the Gatwick Gusher is climbing up on the top risers on this site. It has overtaken an earlier top riser.

I decided to look at the latest presentation Helpful posted a few mins ago. On looking at the detailed map, Southern Copper shows RISING SUN gold deposit with the highest grades thus far going towards RRR-POW KILMORE ie heading WEST.

I also NOTICED that Rising Sun @Sunday Creek, Victoria, Oz is NEAR THE DYKE and it runs further WEST, thus entering RRR-POW KILMORE per the TECK GEO TECHICAL REPORT on RRR-POW Kilmore. Helpful also informs that the RRR-POW BERRINGA 'S DKYE is also nearby. RRR was going to hit Berrringa and as I said, it would have been of interest to Aussies but IF RRR-POW CAN SHOW FROM THE GEOLOGICAL MAP THE DYKES by which all projects are predicated upon for trend etc, then BERRINGA-KILMORE becomes hotter property and not just on its own. Helpful informs that ECR is helping RRR by their drilling as part of the licence at Berringa runs into ECR licence. As ya know folks, deposits are NOT limited to licence boundary because nature doesnt do boundaries but rather geo features that tend to be mineral trends or zones etc. Ah, now, its a different prospect altogether and hence, Aussies will be more interested.?

CONFIRM MEGA BUYS, NOT SELL. RRR ROSE NEARLY 41% two days or so ago. Doggie why the hurry if it is now x days to the next raise? Why did Mr Black, a investment professional buy now at 10.9% stake in RRR?
