Guess the day traders from yesterday are out with a loss, not many will want to come back too quickly. What a mess the last few days have been, I added on opening yesterday but happy to hold as nothing has changed other than we now have more questions to be answered. atb

I think the repercussions were due to the fact Marty 'liked' the post, as such was now aware of 'insider' and contents of said post, hence couldn't deny knowledge so nomad requested RNS. Silly games are being played and I'm not sure for what purpose atm. These are experienced guys, so no smoke without vaping !

Absolutely NO reason for a speeding ticket today, a 30% rise has ONLY taken our SP back to last weeks levels. It's almost as if our board are trying really hard to supress the SP, that worries me as to their intentions. Yes, if we put on another 30% tomorrow and hold that, but today, after initial early rise we pretty much stayed static @30% for majority of the day.

We have indeed, although saving a fortune on not heating the pool atm.

Looks like the probable ~9% dividend this week is drawing in a few buyer today.

Sales will increase, probably in quite significant increments, however for me, this is but the first tiny step, we will at last be producing our own income stream, that can not and should not be underestimated.

lol, far from it, well in profit even at todays SP, however that should not detract from what I see as Mercuria's intentions at some point. Critically Mercuria have not added to their holding either as this would create a minimal threshold SP for them. So long as the dividend remains high in % terms and they don't dilute themselves we are in the status quo period afaic. Look at who they have on our board as NED's, Lawson, being one, who may still be key in achieving SQZ next transformational milestone. My overriding concern is, will SH's benefit in any future success coming SQZ's way.

Before all the WFT (EPL) came in to kill off investor sentiment in NS O&G, I was pretty sure that another BP BKR style deal was in the offering, maybe there still is at the right price.

Don't be fooled by the % of votes required to pass a t/o resolution. Voting apathy and simply those that are not aware of the resolution always plays a massive part in these cases. Critically, it's the number of votes cast as % of those on the day that counts NOT the full share capital in issue, massive difference as such with ~28% of share capital already under the control of Mercuria, the threshold needed to pass is relatively easy with the likes of Blackrock et al backing them. Last week DARK (Darktrace) voted on a t/o by PE, got passed with only ~65% of share capital voting (~68% in the case of our TW Trojan Horse T/O), so understand what a strong position Mercuria are in with their ~28% thanks to Mitch 'n' Co.

The primary reason for these shares being held "in treasury" is to pay LTIP's, bonuses etc rather than having to dilute Mercuria's holding upon issuing news shares to cover said payments, as recent RNS has shown.

Yes, quite possibly, who can tell, I will certainly be keeping an eye out for DARK listing in the US.

Worth noting it was Triple Witching today too.

This week, LSE regained top-spot in Europe for the most valuable exchange, worth $3.18 trillion, now compare that to a single company listed in US, Nvidia worth $3.34 trillion, Little Britain, we are getting there !

More and more UK listings are being snapped up and taken private and/or relisted in US, DARK is but the latest & more will follow the trend as UK appears unable to value companies correctly, shorting certainly doesn't help.
