Brent / WTI moved up circa $6 from recent low yet our SP has struggled to make any traction, guess tomorrow due to our massive 'windfall' profits from NS (LOL) we will fall again on release of Labours manifesto.

Appears there is an issue atm with accessing the said documents !!

What no one involved in these 'negotiations' can control is the worlds transition to the magical net zero. Maybe it has just dawned on them they need to start making hay whilst the sun is still shining, esp with all these solar farms popping up !!

You would of though so given the precarious cash position, no mention of closing CoH as of now either in RNS which in itself is poor.

Wouldn't be at all surprised to see a fund raising RNS after hours today, with completion RNS in the morning, all taken up by AA although probably not communicated as so. Our board must of know how the market will react so must have a plan, probably at the expense of our SP and us investors, AIM really is a pile of *** sometimes !

I have until now been a strong supporter of CHAR, but this is it afaic, last straw and all that.

Clearly PI's are outside the circle of trust but right in the middle of the eye of the storm, no escape without pain, feel well an truly had my trousers taken down. How can these so called experienced board fall so short, can they really be this inept or as I suspect the last 12-18 months have been all by design.

Ducks are now almost fully aligned for a Mgt T/O with backing from AA although probably not before another placing which will drop our SP even further.... be lucky to achieve double figure T/O imo. Too many half truths (at best) told to us PI's and played like a fiddle, hence why institutions are keeping away. Disgraceful use of capital and esp control of costs afaic.

Dream of CHAR's future as AIM stock owned by us is now on the ropes too.
