With ~25p being the highest daily close for the past 5 years and an average around ~10p, then yes, I too would say vast majority of PI's would be more than happy with 150p atm (~x20 bagger event )..... even though we all know the real value of ZIOC share is considerably greater. You would need to go back as far as 10 years to see our SP >150p ... doubt many, if any PI's would have an average >150p.

You also need to consider the alternatives .... hold for possibly another 10 years or deploy your 150p/s elsewhere, assuming we don't go bust in the meantime, licence issue or diluted to infinity and beyond !

150p would be a yes from me right now .... a reluctant one and tinged with sadness but at the end of the day, a yes !!

However, given all the ducks are lining up, our SP could naturally climb to well in excess of 150p given the right RNS's .... it's just atm in Cryosleep and we don't know how long our journey is.

The issue is having a ready market .... SDX have found this very difficult as the current local market is not growing as expected atm. However, having a viable export route is an absolute game changer for all producers, that said, I guess our margins will be take a massive hit on exported gas as there is no way a 10x pricing structure will ever get customers .... !

Actually, Glenda's SP is sitting around the 10 year average ... so I see no reason not to use treasury shares in an acquisition. To acquire ZIOC in an all equity 1:1 deal would hardly put a dent in their treasury shares. Glenda's poor SP performance of last few years could also be a delaying factor in doing deals using treasury shares. In effect, ZIOC would cost a around 40% of any deal done during covid's SP collapse vs today's SP, some saving for waiting 12 months, or enforced can-kicking of AT .... Not forgetting any upside in Glenda's SP plus a healthy dividend would come free too in the future.

Yep, Glenda has 1,261,887,525 shares held in treasury, or around £3.9bn atm .... so I'm sure they wouldn't miss a few !!!

PS That's one 'ell of a war chest should it be needed.... and I'm sure it will !!

PPS The higher Glenda's SP the cheaper deals become .... atm, Glenda's SP is now sitting around the 5 year average and ~150% up from last years low, with an SP last seen in May 2019 ... so given that, Glenda'S BoD's may now look favorably upon an all equity deal.

Close to £500,000 invested as of pre RNS's this week, some conviction gamble / investment that is for sure ..... ZIOC has always been red or black imo .... I hold significantly less, even though, buyout at ~100p would be a great result for all including me .

PI's had been shouting for the progress RNS, now it's here ( containing what was expected imo) .... plebs are not so happy anymore .... ! Give it a few weeks and all will look very different once more through the 'Telescope of Hope' as we again gaze to the future with glee and anticipation.

We all knew an RNS of this nature would have an negative SP effect ... but I do think the second RNS for Shard most certainly added gallons of fuel to the fire ..... no need at all for the Shard RNS today ..... manipulation of SP, pure and simple ...and pure disregard of current SH's.... poor and incompetent mgt or released by design .... let you decide.

Shard, still got the last tranche away at a higher price than today .... so someone is still happy to buy and sees the future a lot brighter than today.
PS Added a few more today, although maybe a little to early.... still happy with price.

Spread is usual ~10 to 13%, traders trying to make a fast buck, difficult with such a large spread... no rush for the exits as lth, will continue to hold and accumulate.

Nothing has changed, SP to recover forced drop on the few tiny sells this morning.

When entering the data room users are bound by legal digital rights and disclosure management technology (ie.NDA), full accountability by electronic document tracking (in real-time) and reporting of all users activity combined with customisable watermarking of documents for further accountability and tracing ....so anyone who copies / shares with whoever is fully accountable and open to prosecution, so not sure what point I'm missing tbh other than they can break the law and hope they don't get caught !

Never heard of virtual data room .... common practice in O&G acquisitions, M&A, RBL Debt and equity fundraising, last but by no means least, joint ventures and strategic alliances in order to complete their DD ... See our data at anytime anywhere.

You could argue that any deal would need to be sealed the old-fashioned way, with eye to eye contact and handshake.

But in reality, 'Zoom' can handle it, as 'Fat Larry's Band' is nowhere to be seen anymore.
