Been with Avro for three years, did like them esp the ease at which you could swap to a lower tariffs mid contract without penalties with just a few clicks.... probably why they went bust ! Sorry for the staff though.

That will be the last we here in terms of RNS TR-1's from GRG ...... until required to by T/O Code imo (if they have any left by then of course, LOL) .....

Interesting point is the SP strength shown on GRG disposal of ~2.6m shares in little over two weeks .... when we closed at 174p at GRG last notification on 6 Sept ... our SP has put on ~20% at the same time GRG cutting their holdings ..... All in all, I would say that has gone against normal market dynamics for a reason. Still don't know who has GRG shares, do we !!

Agree, I'm not saying that a RTO of SQZ will happen but one thing is for sure, AA's next deal will have the market asking ' how did he do that ' !!

Opening spread was tiny at 2.4pts / 1.22% this morning, where normally it opens at around the ~5% mark. Then quickly closed even further to < 1% ... :-)

Some months ago I ran the figures and trust me, KIST can afford SQZ imo, esp if the deal is structured similar to the Viaro t/o of RRE in terms of CoH which no doubt AA took note of. Given KIST's rise in SP you can see how a cash + equity deal could work with short-term loans and utilizing SQZ CoH. AA is an experience player of financial markets, his knowledge and skills will come into play, maybe not with acquiring SQZ but for sure with his next deal. AA's target would then be to flip the newly expanded company for a massive personal profit and by default shareholders too.

I would say you are odds on favourite to be onto a winner with that statement imo. Are SQZ in the running I ask myself, would like it to be so as I hold both. I have ran the numbers and it's more than doable given AA financial dexterity and City connections.

Exactly the point I made at the weekend ....
