As for 'total cost ownership' being an issue, ITM have resolved this with Hydropulse and our modular approach to the green hydrogen market, ie not dependent upon pipes and transmission lines.

Any pressure Linde can put on regulators will enhance ITM business but at this moment not really required, ITM are ploughing their own furrow, atm we are steady as she go's.

Could we be looking at acquiring Total's share too in the near future, esp as Serica will now activity look at refinancing and increasing debt facility, now that would be some plan if executed.

So pro-rata to gain control of Total's share on this deal basis would only cost circa $362m (£271m)

Buyers of Alpha50 (via cash / Hydropulse) will be looking for real scale in order to reduce cost and be competitive, ITM are now offering this very option. Indeed, ITM have a solution for all needs now, just requires our sales team to get FID's across the line, once the product is in the field and proven, we will be needing more production capacity for sure. 2026 is looking like another transformational year for ITM.
