We do need to move our 2C to 2P, currently our 2P reserve life is not really good enough for the market and our SP reflects this to some degree.

Should EPL be amended for the better, then all UKCS assets would increase too, so not a chance now of grabbing a fantastic deal, be more of 'just a deal'.

Why didn't we structure the deal akin to BKR, BP would have known it's better deal for them over the long term and for us too. Doubt NEO would have wanted it on the same terms !

Thanks for clarifying, yes, it would make sense, however as it wasn't explicitly stated that SQZ would take over as operator of Wagtail, although it's as clear as mud by stating, "The addition of the stake in Wagtail adds an operator..". I guess it still remains with Finder, for the time being at least, Dana may have an option too !! Waiting to see what our website states once updated as this should clarify things a little, one would hope so !
