The recent RNS stated 'Execution of Share Lock-in Agreements with Major Shareholders', Lock-in type: Fully restricted.

Now does this restrict them from gaining / adding more shares too, if not then a placing would be taken by these guys for sure.

How wrong was I, guess the investor-meet went a long way to explaining the pro's to the deal in more detail and market talk of easing on licences, which will of course aid this acquisition immensely.

Somehow, I don't think this will thrill the market, yet another NS asset but this time with significant near-term decom's.

Everyone knows that esp car manufactures work on complex JIT methodology, so why would the Gov buy parts by the millions in advance of production that is not required and may never be required ! At the very least you create a supply glut, just will not work afaic.

But we need to go much much further than offering token drilling licences, EPL needs to be removed or at very least, vastly scaled back.
