For the record i dont trade this share now, since trend change the pull backs are not so juicy and easy to get locked out and have to pay more to buy back (plus tax man), ive missed out on some mammoth recovery plays on other shares and some just recently, ive put this one into the investment bin, ile just leave this one because it will go a long way to a pension and with divi's, each to thier own and everyones different style of trading, for me i think i can save myself money and a lot of headache doing the opposite to what my emotions want me to do ;-)

Volume is now on par or higher than last Friday, looking solid atm and expecting a similar day again tomorrow, rally towards end of day with more buyers coming....,?

@Ramp - ignore the charts on this one, im chartist and know its value but you also have to know when not to look at the charts, when bottom feeding if you try to game the recovery you might miss out on one of these wild swings, ive missed out to many times in the past, sitting on your hands is an art form ;-)

@buckeye - all depends on what media source you read, i read this morning Putin is desperate for a way out and wants security guarantee's, just like Belarus will be joining the war, dont see it happening personally, the eves dropping on unsecured communication devices is being used to mislead and spread Propoganda, its Russia's last attempt at keeping the pressure up while buying themselves some more time..

the problem with 'system's' is there down time not up time, they cost money and effort to turn off, maybe RM have worked out keeping the system running longer even with over time is more beneficial than shutting the system down.

On another note if your business is running at a loss and your competitors where making large profits, wouldnt you compare your business to your competition and see what they are doing differently? I dont think ST has just woken up and come up with these changes im pretty sure they have done an in depth investigation and the likely results.

@isleworth - you'er our posty on the inside, this is not a sarcastic comment btw before i get slapped with another lable, look around your DO and point out everything that could be improved by a full system overhaul and upgrade...

Now going back to crumbs comments no posty here seem to think what the company are trying to do is move to a situation where waste is cut out and a better system\s put in place, or maybe the poeple who post here are the only ones complaining here because it will affect them, protectionism over terms and conditions are for the here and now and are short sighted, in the long term it all needs to change and it will, we share holders know RM aint going bust, the oldest Union card in the book and as maxi has said they have waited for this day, reserves in place 1.7 billion do come crushing down on top of the union and misguided members...

@pi1998 - the 4th industrial revolution is well under way, there are specific business'es that will benefit massively from it i.e. anything involving logistics and automation, and as crumbs has stated, the staff need retraining and may be required to have some tech experience, its also one of the business that has a massive market share in its sector and needs a lot of the system upgrading, VESA and Kretinsky are in for the long haul here, ignoring all the lazyness and fiddling, go around your DO and take a look and see what in your opinion could be improved by technology, take a look at OCADO group for another business in this sector that will\is benefiting

@crumbs - i dont think we are going to have to wait for the next break through in quantum computing for Artifical Intelligence to be smart enough for a machine to replace postman or DO operative........
