i think the problem this share has is liquidity, i wouldnt pay any attention to wether a share is marked buy or sell, when i had level 2 you would see orders go through all the time which where the opposite, sells going through as buys etc, when the volume is high enough the order maybe completed in several chunks, the order can be slightly delayed when another order has already moved the price, waste time trying to trade this with a spread as wide as katie Prices knees

@Kheldar - there's a 'market size' for each share, POLY's has been reduced down to 1500 shares buying anything above that your quote will be higher than those buying smaller, try buying in smaller chunks.

We dont want the ruble to weakened, whilst it might draw a quicker end to the war, the company has to survive this period and knowing Putler he's in it for the long game. The SP here has reflected this weakening the last few days, whilst in the long run the GOLD price will offset the weakening, as others have said here POLY has agreed contracts in place for its GOLD so this wont be immediate.

@Sid - im no expert but i would say your not allowed to employ temp staff and have not offered the position to existing staff first (inc overtime), many other factors to take into consideration to such as time, location, suitability, education, age, gender, pronouns
