@Copech - the 60% was free float shares, in theory if we have at least 51% in pi's hands its worth voting, the problem is one ii can holding millions of share and only have to cast 1 vote, if the vote is done per share and not per holding then we cant win regardless, also retail brokers dont always forward the retail investors vote.

@Angz - yes im no professional but have been with CMC a while now, my only gripe is the price jumping just when you hit buy\sell, else the charting software is really good, i asked aboput the telephone trading more form POV for share dealing, i want to take everything over onto 1 account really, interactive investor is good but can be a problem getting a quote when oversized, i was hoping that different retailers\semi pro accounts may have better access to the markets and liquidity. i also see IG offer dma and level 3.... Telephoine trade on ii i think is £48 per trade or there abouts, a way to get around the over sized market orders but then get put into a queue to be dealt while price is moving away, so frustrating...

@angerz - i want to change my spreadbetting account and want to move all to IG, problem ive got is they dont accept POLYmetal at present as close orders only, im with CMC markets at mo for SB but really like look of IG, how do you find it? How are they for getting quotes on orders and telephone trades?

@JAB - not forgetting Mr Xi has already laid the law down regarding Kaz as a whole, Kaz is going to become his European super hub for belt and road.

@angerz - good support at that level to, i just dont want to risk being out as i think this will move to £3 on resolution of IA, are you still holding or just spinning a few around to increase your holding? Do you use IG or CMC?

@elguiri - good post, i was just looking back to see how far we have moved on this last year, if you think a lot of people who are on this board where buying here back in March last year and how much of that risk has now reduced (delsiting,sanctions etc), yet the price is no where near fair value yet. Its worth reading these old article as a benchmark.

@Redceo - looks like we may have lift off at last? watching closely the daily 200MA its coming any day soon, as they say all the news thats out there is in charts....

IMO this argument should always have been behind closed doors, now its out of the media somewhat hopefully they can get down to some proper negotiations.

all my buying was way back in 2009 and 10 when it was 3-5p wanted to get to millions shares while waiting for all the Logbaba gas plants to come online, the very last time VOG was live on AIM i think my holding was down to about £800, i think most on here will admit to some major losses, the trick is though to make sure your major wins are bigger, XEL Xcite energy win canceled that loss on VOG.

@BSR - im trying to keep realistic with the hurdles that POLY needs to jump and the time frame we expect the divi reinstatement, the main thing is the wheels are turning as normal at all mines and business operating some what as normal inc inventory use and debt reduction.

I only have 2 negative but one could be split into many as follows
1. Can is kicked a long way down the road re divi reinstatement 12 months or more.
2. Putin totally loses the plot and does the unthinkable

The only real negative is time and whether other traders can be patient enough to wait, the thing to remember now though is we are on the radar now, Poly has shown its hand to recovery and for all those sitting on the side lines will likely mop up any weakness in no time, if we head back into the £2s i for one will be adding more.

Positives
1. Gold strengthening \ Break out
2. Dollar weakening (good for over all market conditions and money coming back into equities)
3. Volume is on average double now than previously easing some liquidity issues
4. End to war or change at Kremlin
5. Inflation reducing
5. Big-Blue has left the building
6. Wider market recovery

Taking into consideration all of the above i dont think they are going to give us an easy ride because of the amount of shares in pi's hands, i expect some serious shake downs instigated by the spread. imo opinion of traded a few big market bottoms now and your better off in than out, plenty of time to swing trade once the price is back where it belongs or risk being out when it moves.

Dollar is also weakening against other currencies, this will be good for the equities market and Gold prices, today $1.23 to £1

@LWHL - what level would you like to see the VIX at? The problem with indicators now is they do not take into consideration of the money already removed from the market in crypto, i actually think we have already had the recession last year, for that reason. As you say they keep changing whats a 'recession', where as the margins are so small it can be adjusted from negative to positive growth it screams stagflation\recession to me, i just think another market crash straight after covid is unlikely but what do i know...

@MrWolf - i had a cmc markets account previously, not tried Eye G yet so think ile give that a look next, problem i had with cmc previously was price refreshing just as you hit nail on the head making it go NT trade, seemed to much of a coincidence to me as happened many times, saying that charting software is my favourite of them all.

@naked - what charting software do you use? there seems to be some difference in where the 200MA line is on different charting platforms, tradingview is different from investing.com for example.
