@chique - myself also, the POLY channel bullseye setup is definitely calmer waters. I'm still carrying a bag here, might have to move some from my isa, will add some more if there is any sniff of an ok for Gdr's.

@Ramp - i called interactive investor yesterday, the op was polite but i got the impression didnt have a clue especially re AIX, he went off for 10 minutes and came back and basically said it can be done but you will need to wait for the rns.

Mr Nesis specifically said that they would try and source brokers that satisfied Shares, ISA and SIPP's, remember POLY is not sanctioned, i also spoke with computershare centre today who Mr Nesis says wont deal with POLY anymore, CSC said there is nothing on POLY's account to say we cant, no restrictions. So that just means its through choice, so there will need to be some negotiations between the main brokers, regulators, legal team to unravel the move forward and unlock those divi's.

I would take it with a pinch of salt at this point what HL op said, i bet if you call them back they will say something else depending on who answers the phone.

@Buckeye - was having a similar thought, its not in BLackrock's interest to move to a market with poor liquidity, not to mention if the pi's got left behind, BR is still the get out of jail free card imo

@big-blue - what the market is missing is the next rns will be change of location for the business ie Kaz, the Russian side is then some what derisked, watching the presentation yesterday said to me they are nervous about the risk from the Russian side, in typical Poly style we didnt get a soft landing with the news, could have been presented better but i think its just his way.

There is going to be a massive amount of risk taken off the table once redom has gone through, then its a case of how they can keep the listing on LSE, i called ii yesterday and they said there should be no problem with GDR's.

We will be left with Kaz Gold mines which at current POG prices and higher % profit than Russia on its Gold sales we should be looking at a rerating at some point to about £6-8 per share

Ive had a reply from IR as follows to the 3 scenario's

In all 3 options what would be the outcome of a retail share account holding on LSE at present?
1. In case of GDRs listing shareholders on LSE will receive GDRs equal to their current holding volume. This is our target scenario (subject to regulatory and compliance clearances).
2. Additional listing implies LSE shares exchange into shares on a new recognizable exchange. This may require opening account with a broker which provides an access to such an exchange .
3. In case both of the options above will not be feasible, AIX will remain the only exchange available for the current shareholders on LSE. Moving shareholding to AIX will require a broker to provide an access to this exchange. The company from its end will facilitate the process and take actions to improve liquidity on the AIX.

In all three options as described you will continue to be a shareholder, although a type of security (GDR or ordinary share) or stock exchange may change. In all cases you will continue to be eligible to receive dividends.

Im invested here with POLY for dividend returns, happy to stay invested and I realise there is considerable risk from the Russian side, are the director committed to protecting its LSE shares holders as we were\are the main primary listing at present?

Yes, Board as well as the management are committed to protect all shareholders’ rights.

just my suspicion ray so lets see, lookiing forward to the morning was hoping this would finish at 2.80+ just to keep in the trend, wouldnt surprise me if this opens up first thing above the 2.80, last rise from 280 to 360 looks to be euphoria as big-blue said, today has corrected all that, weak hands gone, stop losses gone, gaps filled. I dont mind thie price going south again tbh because i would add more once i get more funds freed. Hope you done ok today.

@Roxy - its worth considering today what if the bod would have come to event without a 123 plan? We had 3 scenario's to play out, Divi date for reinstatement, plan to get divi reinstated (slight delay) or no plan (total disaster) Us pi's have been hassling them about divi's for god knows how long, they have to give us something to keep our interest up while they run down the clock....

@Ramp - its a way of wiping out pi's with stop losses, we knew they would come back for these shares. If you read the PDF for todays presentation, you can see how they have emboldened the points they want across, if we didnt know better we might think its scare mongering...

So those who wanted Divi's yesterday have sold out, shorters made a packet and ii get a chance to take all them shares back.

Take a look at April 13th 2022, you will see a drop from 2.70 to 1.96p then back up to 2.70 at close of play., all in same day.

@Elguiri - its reassuring your still here, thought i was only crazy pi holding with the panic on here today... majority of this move is short selling, we knew they would never make it easy on us pi's.

Seen stranger things on this share might even finish blue!
