@big-blue - yes im stickler for i's dotted and t's crossed (ignore my spelling here) when im fault finding root cause, imo Putin has already made it clear he does not want internatioinal companies to leave Rus, i mean is Kellogs, nestle, Pepsi you name it they are all still trading as normal. In the situation thats sales are not allowed then get around that by giving it away, new company in Kaz, all UK shares olders get new company shares, Rus is hived off to Kaz and POLY just stays as it is on London. The issue is making any major changes or new listing on London, Risk from Kremlin and restrictions on SALES

@big-blue - your a seasoned investor trader as is chique, is anyone aware why they cannot start a new company in friendly zone on friendly market place, sell off POLY Rus to said company which we as POLY UK holders all recieve shares in?

I mean am i just being a moron, but companies hive off parts of their business all the time they are not required to go through all this hassle with computershare centre who are POLY's current problems..

Its also worth noting that an equal amount of risk is coming from our own goverment who couldnt careless about population, ile be glad to get the eff of this exchange with these money grabbinh climate culy money grabbing snout throthing rotten goverment!

@big-blue - way i see it is even if we end up with share on Kaz exchange, look at the price of POLY there... $4 and that is with the massive risk on POLY Rus over hanging, what do you think will happen when that risk is removed?

Anyone feeling pain holding this share I would like to reassure you its completely normal, my biggest and best wins have always been the hardest to hold, 2009 buying Taylor Wimpey between 5-25p 2009, Barc 56p 2009, XEL Excite Energy 56p sold at £3.85 2010, they all went through difficult times but I came out with huge profits and many years of dividends, infact I still hold those TW. Share today. For balance one of my biggest losses was with Yell and I would have thought that would have been the one to survive before TW. I was proven wrong.

@Westy - very true, its a bit confusing on which side the regulation is coming from UK or remote exchange, ile leave this bit to the bod to sort out but from what im reading we are within all legal boundaries for a switch to GDR's on LSE not factoring in the insane advice from HMRC to advise companies not to deal with said Russian companies, going to take some negotiations by the BOD and legal reps regulators etc.

@CT - that used to be the case with AIm stock pre 2008 but they changed it so your right article is in correct. Maybe thats either an old article or written by someone from outside the country who has not brushed up on thier tax rules....

Enjoyed your little story of commune, i do it once a year here in the UK, there is a summer camp on the coast here in the UK thats a secret Utopian hide away, it runs for 6 weeks in summer holidays not advertised anywhere and those who go are friends of friends and invited, its more of oldskool unground hippy camp where you can kick back turn off the clock and chill for a few weeks with the same ethos of help each other, no money, workshops and the odd 420 party which we like to organaise - much to the distaste of the local establishment ;-)

@Manlord - most of the usual posters myself included are over bullseye's group on tgram, its called 'POLY London', no arguments there and good info on Poly, worth to give a look

before anyone jumps on me when i say cant remain on LSE only in its current form (normal trading) if redom goes ahead, else we will possibly switch the GDR's or move.

@locky - i agree we probably have plenty time but if there is any whiff of GDR's OK i can see this rocketing, equally it could head south if its a no deal.

imo the current price while all 3 options are still on the table is solid, no coicidence that we are sat just over £2 with roughly a £1 a share dividend (50% of net profit), its priced at flip a coin odds but as we know this company is so mucvh more than that and has been on the ball in the past with investor support and honesty, i think the meeting was over shadowed by Mr Nesis previous promise that POLY will remain on LSE and now that isnt an option (9th sanctions), also the fear of at any moment having the Rus side snatched by Kremlin.

Have to put some trust in the bod else i would not be invested.
