A very good morning to everyone from deepest darkest Norfolk. It looks like I’m first up today. Some good research being carried out by some on here at the moment, let’s hope the bod reveal some more info today via an RNS. I know we’ve only just had one recently but we need more meat on the bones, something tangible that the market can give us a proper value on. I hope everyone has a good day.

Norfolk, you’ve got to admit that coming onto a board and asking a question of shall I dump my shares is not a question anyone would give you an answer to, especially those of us that have been here years are Uber positive on the share. No one is going to or should give you financial advice on here, and if you took it you’d be very silly to. I would suggest that you read through at least the last two years worth of RNSs to see what the bod have stated and visit other websites that the genuine investors on here (see their posting history) and make your own mind up for what is best for you. Sorry if everyone is a bit blunt with you, but we get so many people come on here trying their luck to dispirite the board that unfortunately people get short shrift and that’s it.

Caw, I do agree with you but we’re talking about a special divi not the sale price. Just my musings on yet another held below 26p day. We all know that it aught to be much higher but I just can’t figure out for the life of me why we’re so low.

Shame about the shenanigans keeping the sp down. If we got an after hours RNS it would be probably like the others with enough ambiguity in it to make sure that the MMs could hold us down or the sp still able to be manipulated like hell.

Gaza, well this was my third Christmas of holding and I thought it would have been wrapped up ages ago. However, the goal posts keep getting moved (in a nice way of course) and that famous word “shortly “ got used. We’ll get there and the nice thing is we’ll all get there together. Good luck with the timing for your other share too.

I’m in the very fortunate position that even if the divi is 10p I’m on a free carry, so the size of it, whilst desirable that it is high for everyone, doesn’t have to be huge for me to get a good outcome. This project imo is way too big for the divi to be that small but it’s really interesting to see how people differ in the guesstimate of what we’re going to get. The bod probably have a reasonable idea (perhaps more solid than that) and have a good laugh at the predictions that some have made. However, we’ll find out shortly :-)
