I think one of the questions for CH will be the clear plan step by step to permit approval. So what is happening over the next two months, and what is expected of AST, I don’t trust this snake still imho, so best answer would be a takeover before the permits issued and let the new company with some actual sense run this forward. All imho,

Still sat on a 40k ish loss here paper loss, so won’t be jumping for joy yet. But this is a credit to shareholders persistence not CH hard work,,.. imho

It’s all CH fault that the guys sold out bottom as well, my 80k loss looks a little better, but CH is definitely not forgiven the clown... imho

So how does it equal lights off hardy you muppet? Where the shareholders have kept this company afloat for so long a little while longer we can do as well. The misinformation on costs to keep the lights on is CH fault and doing giving parasites like you the chance to spout crap. Always find it very strange when a share is like this, the conspiracy theory bit of me says the same shares are being bought and sold again and again to drive the price down, but sure to what end. There are a lot of shares still being held onto very tightly, question is are they all held by private investors, or has one entity now started building a stake... all questions and I know we never know what’s really going on, if I did I wouldn’t be sat on a 80k paper loss here....

Okay so for argument sake CH is still the CEO, albeit part time. What is his game plan? What’s next from the meeting today? How do we actually proceed. The priority has to be the permits for stimulation of the existing producing wells and maybe opening some more, this is all to sell unclean Raw Gas at a lower price. This then gives us headroom to continue pursuit of the ippc Permit.

He has fundaraising options not just the ones he wanted, the fact was come to the shareholders for permission, this would put emphasis on the robust business case and explanation, he doesn’t like that and wanted the power to do primrary bids willly nilly, he has come across extremely childish... imho

Anyways I did say if he was asked not to attend. But if he wanted to he could have, his whole attitude from the moment the RNS which is so poorly worded and open to negative interpretation was released is that he doesn’t care, that’s my opinion.

True, CH has lost control now, but the rest of the board are just as bad as him. Not sure how we get to a position when the new company can get a grip with these clowns still hampering everything. It’s almost like we need to take control as shareholders as it’s our investment ultimately that is being played with.

You know mate that’s exactly why a lot of the PIs are hurling abuse at CH, this meeting could become nothing at the end or could become an important way forward even if it’s clarity on what AST need to do, no smoke and mirrors, bluntly plainly and simply what is the shortfalls, and you would think he would re arrange stuff to be in country? That would show commitment to the cause and sadly seems there isn’t any, imho. Good luck all, but when it seems the CEO doesn’t really care what hope do we have.... all imho,

FX_Wizard and Jester, exactly the points that need to be explored, why has CH decided to go so negative doom and gloom, there’s incompetence written all over this whether it’s willful or by accident. Imho. The company can’t be delisted whatever happens as shareholders we have to protect our investment, imho.

Food for thought. So AST has gone from prospect to gas supplier. The INA contract is in place and gas is being supplied to INA so revenue is coming in. For years AST has survived with lots of debt and now is virtually debt free. Okay the wells that are producing to INA need some money spending on them and permits are required for this workover. Bang this RNS following a vote by shareholders to this BOD that they can’t just dilute the hell out of this share without shareholders being consulted has resulted in the mother of all negative RNS which in essence has been interpreted shut up shop. Something stinks in this. AST has been on worse positions than this and continued to survive. The RNS focussed on all negative aspects, no plan on how the imminent issue of getting permits for the wells workover is being progressed, that would then give us breathing room till the bigger issue of the permit is resolved. There’s more information being submitted in the next week, why wasn’t this added into the RNS as a show that okay the government is dragging their feet (according to CH) but AST are still committed to keeping the company and the dream of supplying gas to Slovenia alive. It’s all in how the message was delivered. For me someones agenda from this RNS was something sinister, all imho, and the effect on the SP has been exactly what someone wanted.

I don’t think for one minute anyone thinks that permits will be issued tomorrow. At best there should be some open and honest discussions around what the blockers are to permits being issued, there at two sets of permits from what I understand - 1. Permits to stimulate the existing wells and open new wells, this only allows us to increase potential supply of raw gas to INA. Again part of Slovenia national agenda should be to keep the gas in Slovenia to help the nationals rather than export. This helps support the case for 2. 2. Permit ippc for the pLant, this is the crown jewel and allows clean gas to be supplied, supports Slovenia national agenda. Gazprom is run like a mafia outfit at times imho, this should be highlighted. When they feel like it they restrict gas supply to then push prices up and reliance on this is directly affecting the Slovenian peoples wealth, can AST provide gas for all of Slovenia’s needs I doubt it, but at least this provides a dual source. Heck this shit isn’t hard to put a case together even I could sit on the board and help from here. Imho though let’s think things through knee jerk reactions are not a good thing. Ask the board of AST, CH was up for re election at the AGM, any good company has succession planning, so what’s in place?!? I know a lot of us don’t like fat man but he is the chairman and let’s hold him to account.

Every step of the way CH actions have been questionable and when some of us raised this we weee quickly shot down. The timing of the fund raises, the timing of information release on the stick tool, the timing of this RNS even if truly CH was gathering last bits of info. For submitting to support the permit application why was this not stated, the way the RNS was written it was like yeah we are packing up shop and given up on permit, is that the way CH wanted the market to see it to destroy the share price, that’s the way it comes across, all speculation and just food for thought, imho. I hope it’s just the way it’s come across and CH wasn’t purposely omitting information from the RNS to make it look really bad,
