The failing last time was, we sent the letter had commitment of almost 10% of shareholders and then we did nothing collectively. We listened to the scaremongers and didn’t want to upset the apple cart, well news for all what has changed, the share price has slumped further and our spineless CEO has been re elected and gone back into his coma after dangling carrot of bull$hit SR. That’s all. So this time what is everyone prepared to do. Is this a vote of no confidence in the CEO? Or just another listen to us please CH even If you don’t we won’t do jack....

End of July - End of August - End of September Next will be end of Jalember. That’s a better one for CH and reflective of his performance.

Any normal company gives updates of re assurance on SR when it has dragged on this long, okay confidentiality is in place but not to the point where you can’t give timescales a long term plan alternative plans for future if there is no SR outcome. All imho. I believe CH needs to step up out of his coma.

Scaremongering bull$hit, you really think if CH was so involved with the government it would take as long as it is, he should have gone ages ago and someone else in place if hadn’t improved anything couldn’t have made things any worse. On the SR, you will find he’s been looking after his own self interest not the companies or the shareholders, any potential takeover wouldn’t want the ast clown baggage, they would want their own people who will make a difference not coma boy CH who has got the company into this position. All imho. And we need to stop being scared what had that got us, the share price has fallen more that 50% from when we last discussed action, and from CH all we got was bull$hit whilst he got re elected... now nothing no communication, all he is doing is taking his pay check and laughing at us all. Money in the know, knowing CH isn’t coming out of his coma any time soon.....

CH keeps getting paid end of each month so what does he care about shareholders. We between us have enough shares to force a change but everyone pussies out and that’s what has given CH the confidence to do what he feels like. Is unreal how this share was worth so much more as a concept, now we are selling gas and we are worth less, not many companies can boast that as an achievement. Why is the share price where it is, simply as no one has confidence in CH and muppet patrol anymore. The debacle with the voting on resolutions and show of hands shows how low the BOD can go and will go. Imho. And whoever keeps saying why don’t we sell, the should we. We invested hard earned money into the CH imminent dream, his imminent promises and mismanagement are the reason we are where we are, come on CH do the right thing, be one of the ones as part of the cost reduction exercise. Imho.

Look at GWMO, the directors have bought a considerable amount of shares, that’s confidence. Here CH is only bothered about his next pay check. Now this is speculation but proofs in the pudding. CH should do the right thing and give his salary back he’s done nothing to earn it. Imho....

CH porkies again and again. And the accusations aren’t mine, they are reality. 1. The SP is in the gutter, not an accusation a fact. 2. CH is in a coma no communications at all yet when he wanted re electing the magic SR appeared, again fact not speculation, he is radio silent. 3. The market is tired of the bull$hit CH keeps coming out with hence the share is out of favour, no amount of positive news the INA contract renewal is stopping that. All facts no accusations. Imho. But what are the shareholders doing, all we do is complain not form a collective action to force a change.

Yeah right. Look who’s in for a Shareholder Action Group, and this time let’s see things through, the last time we were very soft and amicable, where did that get us? SR is months in and has shown nothing.

The last time we discussed a shareholder action group, the faithful parasite contingent talked it down as CH was imminently gonna do something, we are now months on from that, enough is enough. If shareholders are actually serious about protecting what little is left of your investment we must act now. CH isn’t showing any respect, there is no engagement at all, he is just sat fat and happy with his salary loving it. Whilst we are all seeing a bigger loss each day he is in charge. If he has stepped down at the AGM we wouldn’t be any worse off. All imho.

AST number 5 on the top 100 fallers, deffo we are poised for a great takeover offer hence why the market has put us there... well done CH.

Numerous offers in place? Where’s your source for that please? He had given no update citing the bull$hit NDA, the permit is imminent according to this clown, what’s more likely is that SR bill will be massive and then at the end “sorry chaps I had a good go but no-one offered a deal which gave value to shareholders, however my performance of driving the SP down to almost 25% if it’s value pre gas sales and now sitting at its lowest annual level that’s the way forward.” All imho,

The easier call is an EGM and enough is enough, CH the parasite cannot lead us to jack, there is no longer term direction for this company right now, he has shown his hand and put all the eggs in one basket the SR, if and I say if any company by any miracle chance does make an offer, what do you think that offer will be, simple market forces dictate that a company that is in the $hit and SP on the floor will be take advantage of and a low ball offer. Well done CH you put us here and are sat fat and happy with you fatcat salary. All imho.

Make the call? Why does everyone turn on any poster that is disgruntled at the current situation rather than the root cause. CH has got us in the situation that we are in with his mismanagement of the company and you know what he knows he is untouchable, “these spineless shareholders won’t do a thing, I can carry on getting my rockstar wage each month whilst they watch their investment drop.... haha”, that the harsh reality. I am sitting on a massive loss and a couple more grand here what the heck, but CH is a parasite on this company, him going won’t have any effect as this SP is on the floor anyways. All imho.

We have become a binary play as CH and co have mismanaged this up the ying yang, we still have a great asset and selling gas each month, granted it’s unclean and at a discount, but as a wise man once said to me, a lower percentage say 50% of something is better than 100% of nothing. We should be now getting more funding to increase the sales of untreated gas to INA, permit if it ever lands will be a different story, but right now maximise the untreated gas. That’s why sadly CH has made this all about the SR, if and when he wakes from his coma, I hope he will start making some positive movements not just that SR is the one trick pony.... imho
