The fat man has to go as well. This is the issue who is actually left that would act in the best interest of the shareholders and the company, so regardless of outcome of the permits there’s a bigger issue in who actually takes the reigns. This is one thing I have always thought that the rules should be that one person on the board is a major shareholder, even if he is appointed by a consortium of shareholders, that’s only way you actually get someone who cares and will do the right thing for shareholders. Only my opinion.

Have to ask why CH doesn’t seem happy about the meeting tomorrow or am I reading too much into his responses. Seems the coma boy is embarrassed by the activity, I mean even if it comes with same outcome that more information is needed hopefully it will be clear with the amount of focus and attention on who needs to do what, remove all this blame game of he said this, didn’t do this. But underlying question does this not fit with CH agenda, was he happy enough that toys out of pram and nothing more can be done. Also how comes this meeting was arranged so quickly or was it something that was arranged before anyways and AST permits has been added to the agenda? Just questions???!!!

An EGM to ask CH to explain what he has been doing with the environmental agency would help, seems they are saying it’s all the companies fault for not providing information, even if it’s info. that they already have, send it them again, remove any excuse they have. Sadly CH has fecked this up good and proper and only way of any recovery is without him at the helm. Imho.

Funny how members of the public can do more digging into the situation than CH, he really earns his salary doesn’t he and has been doing over the last few years. If the tweet is to be believed then the legislators are asking for more info and we aren’t helping ourselves by not submitting information. This was the concern that when it all comes out in the wash certain entities have been consciously sabotaging the permit application maybe... imho

The permits agency are being obstructive and seemingly unreasonable, legal litigation is there as a means to hold these agencies accountable, but sadly think we will find that CH porkies are the cause imho....

CH is a parasite on this company, the sooner the parasite is removed the better. What next now? Can we force him into a discussion with us on a call? Or go for the jugular and a straight vote of no confidence. The RNS stinks of toys out of the pram and you have to question why he has done this tantrum now, he coulda woulda shoulda done this a while ago. Hold him accountable. His words were the permit doesn’t matter, well it obviously does you frigging chimp. The company plan is not clear, break it down into two phases, one phase is ippc and the plant, the other phase is re work of wells and entering new wells. Surely that phase two bit is doable and am sure shareholders would provide funds to do the work but not with CH at the helm, someone who actually is gonna work for a living and drive the company vision forward is needed. Mitigation plans are always needed, sadly CH played this to his own selfish means. All imho.
