Be interesting if the next RNS breaks it down into plan for near term future obviously if there is no takeover offer, ie the permit for re entering the wells is XX period, and therefore funding is required via offer of shares to existing shareholders at a discount, yes why always give the others the benefit, let the long suffering shareholders have some benefit, followed by plan for the plant permit. All imho.

Nope. The trades were drying up for a while this afternoon, in a way maybe it’s good, stability and no swings... but everyday is a roller coaster with ast, pity it’s downward right now....

The share is dead doornail. The MMs definitely have shares as did some dummy buys and between 5m To 7m shares isn’t an issue at buy price of 0.84 Just goes to show how much damage CH has done to this share, there is no confidence in him delivering. Only hope is a takeover offer and soon or we will keep drifting. Imho.

Carlsberg Dream RNS would be AST share trading suspended, offer of 5p per share to be agreed, only available to holders pre-suspension. Wham lock out all traders and the weak sellers who chased the rainbow elsewhere... but this is AST and CH leading..., god help us....

Mr jay my opinion was that shareholders would approve the fundraiser for the reasons of well re-stimulate rather than fat cat salaries, sometimes think GEKK is CH the way he spits his dummy out about not being able to dilute further, the deadly RNS where CH had a hissyfit about no further dilution was the same mentality, always conveniently forget the bit that it could be done with shareholders approval.

You really are a muppet Gekkonls, or whatever ya name is. For the last time, the shareholders said no further dilution without shareholder approval. So say permit received to re-stimulate wells, xxx amount needed, shareholders approve. Happy days. So what are you going on about? Imho.

You right Mr Jay. The priority should be to get the permits for re-stimulating the wells. This would then allow more gas to INA or at least keeping AST afloat. This is the minimum outcome needed in short term. The permit for plant if and when it arrives will boost the value greatly. All imho,

Mr_Jay I’m talking about the companies allegedly interested in takeover, it would make sense for them to take the gamble if the permit is de-risked sufficiently however I fear more heartache is due for LTH here, me included, with the clown CH at the helm still... imho

If it was gonna happen T/O offer, you would do it before the permit landing where there’s still uncertainty but risk vs reward is minimised. Let’s see what happens post the last bit of info to support the permit, obviously assuming that CH does want the permit submission to go smoothly, on past performance I wouldn’t put anything past him. All imho.

Exactly CMG, this is all because of CH porkies in the past, no one trusts anything, the markets don’t believe it. Let’s see what happens, I will be thankful just to get my original investment back, need 2p.
