Looks like it could be a decent day to go Ex Div with oil up over 3% at present.

Although sad in terms of lost life’s and worldwide carnage with more to come the good luck Gods have certainly been shining on Harbour and will have allowed them to pay off a decent amount towards debt and longer term provide us with what will surely be record shareholder returns in the near future.

3 deal all of which for me are Jackpot hits in the current environment, Wintershall Dea, Waldorf Energy and LLOG where we literally double our production in no time and US profits all tax free initially…Wow

You are 2 very classy posters whom I have the greatest respect for.

We all see things slight differently but must all surely agreed that we are in a massive better position going forward.

I’m very confident we are wrongly priced but as a company we have lots of growing up to do before we become established. Children in the room are, BASF, EIG, LLOG, our Chairman, oil and Gas stability, WFT, Mexican rioters, Trump, and the list goes in.

On the other side ( my side)…. Once upon a time….

So Alexander said we would be having 45-75% of FCF for shareholder distributions.

We have the final dividend of 2025 coming up worth 150$ million.

We expect to make 0.6$ billion at 65$ dollars oil and 11$ gas in 2026

At 65$ and 11$ gas in 2026 Alexander expects to pay 300$ million to shareholders but at 75$ and 14$ this would get us to approx 600$ at 45% payout.

We expect to make 1.4$ Billion at current prices he said on 5th March.

When leverage is below 1 times earnings expects payout near the upper end of 75% of FCF.

So a couple of questions…

What is the current gas price in mscf and where can you find it?

Have we hit the jackpot on shareholder distributions given current prices?

Does anybody fancy a stab at this years shareholder returns total amount. I think could be around 700$ million ( perhaps 300$ million dividend and 400$ million buybacks.

Can’t see oil ever being less than 75$ this year but who knows.

Ships will take months to get back in the right positions. Infrastructure tears to rebuild and months to be shuttered fields online.

Then you have to refill the strategic reserve.

Then you have the possible shortfall of oil we were expecting late this year, early next and the possibility Shale in US has peaked.

Add this to a lack of serious investment over the last decade and who knows where we go….

But first one of these fruit loops needs to see sense which isn’t happening yet.

Trump hasn’t sent 10,000 troops for a holiday and Iran is likely to play very dirty if the troops go into Khartoum Island or anywhere else. They will target water and power in other Middle Eastern countries.

Well as has been said the good news is they are locked in for 3 months and by then we will have hopefully started a huge buy back or done a deal with them.

Either way great it was over subscribed and they up the sale to 80 million shares and now only own 35%. We may possibly get an RNS soon if one holder has bought a decent amount out of the three placings.

I’m expecting a 4th placing any day now as EIG finally bugger off and sell their last 3.5%.

Looks like a gradual exit for BASF which could bring short term to midterm pain for us.

It means Investors expect future placements and Funds may wait to buy until the next block sale.

This in effect means the Share price drops after each block and the share Price stays capped until the stake shrinks significantly.
