Got a lot of Harbour already but just wondering if it’s too late to buy any more for the dividend?
Any thoughts?
Couldnt agree with you more and when things get sorted out I expect a very serious bounce.
We have one perceived risk...Debt but every day every week this gets less and less as we make more and more money.
For me its very very simple....99 ships all full with wildly spending people, IF this carries on I cannot see anything but a fantastic future for Carnival. Can we get back to £40...Hell yes, in a few years when debt is paid down, dividend and share buy back reinstated.....
Heres to many enjoyable cruises to come for us all and a great long term investment.....
For some reason all the cruise liners went on a bit of tear up about half an hour before the US close.
I wonder what thats about ???
What the Gap loss stuff about?
Cheers

Well wee survived tp the end pf the week and I evben added some more today.
Botbot, you think we will pay doewn the debt below. Seems a bit strong to me and I was thinking more about 4$ Billion but hopefully your right
"They will pay probably $6bn in debt this year maybe even more. As Interest rates come down they may well also reduce cash in hand as well as the Interest rates they will get for Cash will be lower than the debt interest so they may well reduce debt up to $10bn if they use cash as well."
Heres to a better week next week....
Im the same but a hard hat for today would be appreciated.
The stock market is weird though and days like this I’ve seen a rise before so who knows..
Long term…. Show me the Money….
Wintershall Dea is one of Norway’s biggest producers, delivering around 170,000 barrels of oil equivalent per day.
With fields under construction, Wintershall Dea will soon produce more than 200,000 daily barrels,
“The Norwegian Offshore Directorate has granted Wintershall Dea Norge AS a drilling permit for well 35/11-27 S offshore Norway.
The well, part of production license 248, will be drilled using the Transocean Norge semisubmersible.”
Oil looking perky so hopefully we will continue our journey upward….
Can botbot or anyone simply this RBS please…
Thanks

Thank you very much botbot.
Any chance ever of a merger?. Stranger things.
Carnival for me is super exciting not just our current 97 ships ( I think I heard) but our new island coning on line next year.
We also have tailwinds in people moving from hotels to cruises, younger age groups coming on board, more things to spend money on cruises etc etc..
So it’s a slow and steady climb which I’m happy with.
Cheers

***o 1 took 78 days for 11,700 feet so that should give you some idea…
Why is RC beating us by miles in share price over the last 6 months.
I’m talking about 30% more than we have risen.
Any thoughts, other than our day will come??
Thanks Craig,
Could you shed a bit of light on what swaps are and when they might be used or of benefit to companies?
Thanks
Any idea what and why we have that RNS today?..
We spudded the big beast on Sunday.....

Botbot,
I’m definitely not clever or rich but in time hopefully this will turn and we will all be a bit better off.
Got to admit with every record broken by Carnival I don’t get the huge drop.
Must be the weather…..
We made a loss of 214$million on the above measure but what does that actually mean.
We paid back approx 1.5$ Billion.
So what is this measure and did we actually make money?
I am reading this right. He had a load of shares due to a bonus and sold some?
£35,000
