Harbour in a little bit of a sticky situation now with their Investment Grade on the on the edge a little. What is playing massively in their favour is the current oil price and with LLOG being mainly oil and a great tax rate hopefully they will get the debt down to happier levels in the near term.

In US On going production increases and the possibility of throwing another rig at it makes for lovely reading. This exciting situation gives Harbour lots of tieback and development opportunities.

In Mexico we are now the top dog in Zama and things are happening at pace for the first time. Im pretty sure we will have FID this year and with a fair wind oil in late 2029. I think Kan may play 2nd fiddle with FEED not expected to commence until late this year.

In Argentina we power on with Fenix now established and producing 70k BOPD equivariant (we own 37%) and our fantastic project. In our Southern Energy project the pipeline to land is advancing well and everything is on target for first gas to be transported by late 2027. The crown jewels is Vaca Muerta and our plans are with the provisional government to get our licence later this year with partner Total. Drilling should start late next year and we have over 1000 locations to have a go at. We also have the new tax law passed which provides us with fiscal stability for 30 years.

In the Andaman Sea we are cracking on and expect to complete Tangkulo FID by June and first oil by mid 2028 years. We also have the Layaran 1 and Timpan 1 discovery plus the new acquired Central Andaman (estimated resource 100 million oil and 500 billion cubic feet of gas.

Norway’s is our largest producing country and with 9 new exploration licences and the new Camilla Nord discovery we are all guns blazing, spending nearly 2$ Billion this year and 5 sub sea tiebacks producing in the next 24 months.

The best of the rest is possibly Egypt with the West Nile Delta and also the EZZ 1 discovery brought online only months after discovery. Major development and expansion is planned for April (with bp) drilling five new development and exploration wells. In Algeria, we have Reggane Nord a new 5 year government plan has been agreed to increase production with 60$ Billion development. In Libya, Al Jurf Field we own 12.5% and this might be a quick one to sell. In Germany we are producing around 30k bopd but on maturing assets.

In the North Sea the bargain bucket Waldorf producing assets are the only light as we manage production downward until a sensible fiscal structure takes place.

Well considering the hammering Gas is having today, I don't suppose we are doing to badly.

Been fishing but not hearing any news on Mexico, Argentina or USA or even Andaman so hoping thast all projects are just cracking on.

Now that they are using an FPSO we might get oil from Zama as early as late in 2028. That would be very impressive. We are using the same idea with a FPSO for our Kan project also.

Interesting that Slim are bankrolling Pemex share which is where the hold up has been so everything is being done at pace. the Mexican government are desperate to get this monster 180k bopd producing…
