I think BASF own about 552 million shares. They seem very keen to get out so why wouldnt we do a deal right now....

We will give you £2.40 per share for all your shares = $1.320 Billion How much saving on dividends for a start........

Sorry not sure that will prove right. We have always been shouting and hollering for years about how much more Harbour is worth than its current share price and apart from this non Harbour disaster we havent really moved much.

I personally don't see any fireworks until we move to the USA. I see us dropping a drop a tad when this is over and then overtime rebuilding but £4 could be a very very long way away. Im here for good and quickly improving when debt is paid dividend.

LLOG AND Waldorf are priced in, Argentina is a slow burn and Mexico years away. UK is a constant production decrease and Norway is our slow and steady hero.

Add in a bit of demand destruction, Iraq, Iran, Argentina, US and others pumping like crazy plus millions of people turning to more and more renewables and the future is far from certain.

At least its a wonderful day......

Approx 1$ Billion to spend on Dividends and Buy backs or more ?

Now this Sxit show looks like coming to end end how will it affect oil and Gas prIces for rest of year and more importantly our SP.

Whatever a great few moths and paid down a decent amount of debt.

On the bright side we might get BASF shares a bit cheaper come next month if........

Argentina Update: Construction is underway for the San Matias Pipeline, which is being built to support LNG exports

Construction will be EQUITY FUNDED according to ownership stakes in the Southern Energy SA LNG export project

Golar LNG said the company signed a shareholder's agreement for a 10% equity interest in the pipeline

A financing facility with a syndicate of banks is currently under discussion

What is the impact on Harbour apart from getting rid of BASF in term of value for money.

How would less shares affect the SP ?

I’m sure it’s a great idea but can’t work out the impact on us…probably overthinking..

I just wondered what the impact would be on harbour and us if the company bought the BASF shares.

Would we be better off or the same in monetary terms and share price?…

On their website it says ex dividend was 18th May with a pay date only 10 days later.

Does that seem right ?
