When you say you cant agree with Harbours 2025 figures Im hoping your are higher ?

Any kind details of would be very much appreciated.

I notice we have been refinancing a fair bit recently.

Does anybody know what debt repayment are due this year and next please?..

Harbours no 1 objective as mentioned is to pay down debt.

They also clearly have a plan to buy out BASF if a deal could be done so increase debt.

So how does this square itself?

Personally think if we could buy BASF shares anywhere near £2 it would be a great deal.

Any thoughts?

To be fair it’s been an incredible journey which could still reward us.

Argentina is a bonkers big assets and we hold most of cards in Mexico.

We don’t talk about Andaman?. I assume it’s a complete no go but might give us a few quid if sold or farmed down?

Well I would suggest BASF have made one of the biggest *alls up in gettimng involved with Harbour.

Lets hope their loss soon becomes our gain....

So on 9th May we should have the ability to buy some/all of BASF shares subject to agreement with them.

There is no pre agreed price which Lindas confirmed so I guess its how much BASF need the money and are keen to exit oil and Gas.

I still don't understand why they even got involved with Harbour but the relationship certainly hasnt worked out how they or we would have liked.

So the current low SP may be a huge bonus to Harbour and force BASF into a rather heavy loss on this deal should they be in a hurry to exit stage left.

Who knows what tomorrow brings.....

Re huge health warning.

Harbour have many projects and all come with a big risk mainy due to governments in those areas. Add to that BASF trying to exit, Letter One who are sanctioned and involved in complex holding, a largish debt and Trump and now stupid Opec.. I think that will do for now.

On the up side we are producing 500k per day, good hedging, good reserves and amazing assets especially in Argentina.

Harbours SP could easily make £3,£4,£5 in the future but as with all things its what we dont know kills us.....

Harbour has always had huge potential even when some of us were in Premier oil at the beginning and she has always failed to deliver…. So far.

Shot up over £5 and now down at £1.60.

Amazing assets but certainly a huge risk and health warning.

I’m in because I like the dividend and in a few years time believe Harbour will come good.

Re BASF and Letterone none of us know more than the headline but all have our opinions.

You pays your money and makes your choice…

One other thought, our friend Slim has very deep pockets and a huge interest in the Mexico fields we are in and Ofcourse already own about 4% ish (from memory) of Harbour.

My only comment is regarding market manipulation. I get we are a big company now but Harbour in my opinion have been up to stuff before to suit their big holders and I’m sure would find a way of helping cough cough things along if they needed to.

Just looking through the Capitol Day slides and Harbour very focused on 4 areas Norway, UK, Mexico and our amazing Argentina assets.

So that mean if we can sell Andaman, Egypt and Algeria we could raise some decent cash which should help.

Who knows what tomorrow brings but it’s certainly an exciting time with Harbour.

One last thought…. Has this been a deliberate plan by Harbour all along, Blair selling down and the company doing nothing to stop a large share price crash to then get rid of BASF on the cheap?
