I think the Bank of England have scenarios going from deflation of 1% to inflation of 5% in the next year. I think the way things have kicked off in America have spooked the horses and no doubt we will follow.

The question is, is it a short term bounce due to Covid which will rectify itself in a year or is this the price of the massive free money kicking around in the economy (QE) and if it is there is no actual known solution. Not saying that they can't fix it but its unchartered waters.....

Interesting and slightly worrying times ahead, more so for our children I guess.....

I think your right about things exploding into life but we still have a way to go in some countries.

Interesting that its difficult to get hold of many things like garden furniture etc and strangely there seems to be a shortage in some area of people to fill the current vacant jobs.....

Very happy holding BP and Shell and for me its only a matter of time for both.....
