I'm not going to mention your goal post move of 4.20 by August. Honestly, you won't hear me mention that at all today.

Just checking and I did say "This will hit £7 by Feb 2025" (back in October 2020).

Looks like I'm going to be using that word 'by' quite heavily from now till then! 😂🐈‍⬛

I'll only state what I do, I offer no advice, but I'm really happy you're doing well out of it mate.

I had the same with a chap when I got into KOD.L at 0.09p. I'm sure he's here somewhere.... anyway, it was obvious to me it was massively undervalued (as RR still is I'm my humble opinion) and he told me he got into it himself, then got family members involved and I'm sure he said they're all laughing now.

It's awesome to hear good results from people following what I do - not to say it always works, of course it doesn't, but what a massive bonus to hear such news.

I'm not here to earn millions - I just want a decent scratching post and a years worth of salmon.

So SMRs will be announced this year. A true status of ‘comfortable’ investment grade will be this year (so divs are announced).

That alone gets us to my £7 come Feb 2025.

I was only having a giggle to suggest his 3.80 figure come August was reached two weeks ago, and his new figure of 4.20 in August will also be reached in the coming days.

I’m only mentioning it as he and others suggest my £7 Feb 2025 figure is a pipe dream.

I honestly mean no hate to you guys in you getting it wrong.

Like you, I’m here to capitalise on my investment and thankfully, at this moment in time, it’s going my way.

Still waiting for Barclays rating. It was massive when I heard about it weeks ago so I can only guess they’re revaluing it with recent upgrades.

Real position being top 100 at least.
