The rise in share price can come from three main MEDIUM TERM events:

1. Your financials

2. A take over by CRODA (it depends if 5 to 10 years of 10% is a big enough incentive..

3. Evidence of a biggish brand using zenakine in the high street.

Oleric: OT Can you clear off my thread. This is meant to be a list of reasons for rise. Not some crank sprouting gibberish and "wanting down the pub answers" to "bio chemical complexities" ... could you start a relevant thread - perhaps call it "PLEASE CAN YOU GIVE ME SOME LAYMEN'S EXPLANATIONS FOR THE CLINICALLY PROVEN AFFECTS".

Another 3 reasons...

8. The RSI - Relative Strength Indicator suggests this stock is nudging the oversold mark and thus might well be cheap...

9. Canada has just stopped the trade war too. To that also is giving the market a slight lift.

10. After 2:30pm there is the MASSIVE US bond sale. If that clears OK I would expect US stocks to rise again and thus also UK stocks including AIM stocks... Its not clear cut - so see how it goes.

Another 2 reasons....

6. I just bought a few more... I have a feeling it might rise a few percent each working day until and including the 16th April...

7. I expect cany investors will begin to spot cosmetics that have our ingredient in - it will be a rising tide that raises all our boats..

Shychap: Yes - we both were (I still am) TRIAD PLC investors. I met Sunshine Today at the Triad AGM. We had a beer and meal with the others there. It was a great day.

Apologies for saying "netcurtains" rather than "me" - Just to be clear "netcurtains" on ADVFN and here is the same person. I said "netcurtains" as I have a "netcurtains" thread on ADVFN...

I understand it can be a "red flag" to you and others - sorry for that.

Have you met others posters here too? People are often nicer in person then they are on the board - which is a surprise but nice.

When this hits £1 (or even 75p) we should all meet up for a celebratory drink / meal? (has to be LONDON area if that is OK)

Bubs: That is nonsense - the CRODA marketing material say the SBTX ingredient is extremely good... There is nothing hush hush about it (That is just to make it sound like "you're special to know this)...

We all know this is going up (touchwood) loads within 12 months....

Why?

Because we get 10% (touchwood)

and the sales will be at least "normal" for CROAD (touchwood)

which is a fortune for SBTX (touchwood)

Bel: Obviously in a sense you're just rehashing what Sunshine Today and Netcurtains have been saying .....

We have all invested for the CRODA "oil strike" and selling to "BP".....

That is why we're here - but its incredibly good to get further confirmation from others. I was beginning to sound like a crank with my "wonder drug" etc etc etc...

However it must be getting to the point they have none left to sell...

And its only 4 working days to the 16th.....So buyers will be (touchwood) buying up those

bank warrant sells. (touchwood)

Reason TWO is still in operation

2. Big Seller when share price goes over 20p - however their are two good bits of news related to this , if its that bank thingie, they must be running out of warrants to sell AND SBTX get the money to add to their cash pile ..

Another reason (but seems a bit unlikely)

5. Some journalists regurgitating what Sunshine Today informed us months ago that SBTX has probably already been paid some royalties. - This restating this again might also have helped but seems a bit unlikely as this is a well known bit of info.

1. US reaction to Trump cutting some tariffs.

2. Investors realising that if Zenakine is big for CRODA it must be game changing for SBTX (touchwood)

3. The 16th April is a new target for short term investors (plus recovery play).

4. Various "expert" SBTX posters saying "its OK - dont panic" (Elrico and Sunshine Days last post).

Gut feeling it might last to 16th then SBTX need to give us some good "stuff" - Alas I cant say for sure what stuff as the market is never simple.

I assume SBTX was CRODAs main cosmetic to be launched in 2025 (eg it was the only CRODA ingredient picked for the award) thus it will almost certainly (touchwood) have large sales (touchwood). And thus large from CRODA will be game changing for SBTX (touchwood)....

More details will be shared on the 16th April (6 days) and I guess share price will rise towards 16th April

Well in my list we can cross TRUMP off for a few days.

He has got rid of the Tariffs for 90 days..

So that should help FTSE and AIM in a general sense a lot....

I have a bigger sense of optimism now..

ZENAKINE is Its obviously CRODAs biggest Cosmetic launch ingredient for 2025 as it was picked to be CRODAs product for the Amsterdam Award.

I have no idea how BIG FTSE100 sales go but I suspect some of the smaller and medium size companies will ask CRODA for a good mix and CRODA will automatically bung in a percentage of Zenakine. Thus I expect as certain percentage sales as a default.

When it comes to selling to the bigger brands they will tend to know what they want and "touchwood" CRODA worked in these extra benefits into the mix knowing upfront that their big customers what this type of product.

I'm not 100% this will be a blockbuster for CRODA (impossible to say) but it should at least be "big" and big for CRODA is a potentially a lot money for a tiddler like SBTX...

So its not so much the sales I'm worried about (although I want to see some data) its our PER CENTAGE of the SALES... I'm not certain what we get... I want that to be clearer.

Being old and a pensioner I do for the very first time in my life want to buy a cosmetic. I wouldn't mind getting better sleep naturally..

Everyone I mention it to who is over 60 says - "that sounds good"... Both men and women.

I will buy some -probably about 5 to 10 jars for various relatives too.

Potentially this could be huge - IF IT ACTUALLY WORKS FOR REAL...

That is the million dollar question DOES IT REALLY WORK IN THE REAL WORLD OR NOT

Another thing that would ease the market is if on the 16th April

SBTX name either one cosmetic company that has placed orders or if cant name a company say

"at least ONE TOP TEN cosmetic company has placed a substantial opening order"

I think if they were a journalists - especially a financial journalist - they should feel a bit ashamed.

If it was just an ordinary poster - similar to myself then that is OK - its just one of those things.

Obviously financial journalists make mistakes the whole time, so its no big deal, but it would be nice

if they stood up and said "yeah sorry about that - for my part in it" ....

I guess they never do. A bit much to expect I suppose.
