Do we know why the price is edging up even though so many largish sells?

Are some of these buys or is there a big buy out there waiting to come in?

I never fully understand share movements

What is interesting is my daughter a doctor of micro-biology, did her PhD on this research (into DMS)

She says as far as we CURRENTLY know (using my words) its 100%

certain this is life apart from (a) because its so far away the data might be incorrect

or (b) in the future we might find ways of making DMS chemically which will

imply its not just created by life..

The timeline or the runway to financial figures from Zenokine.....

At one point (from the talk) it sounded like it might be in the last few days of MAY we will get the first set of figures.

Then later on it sounded like it might be mid JUNE.

Have any clever people relooked at the recording and nailed it down a bit more?

Its not just retinol. Remember the huge stink over Palm Oil (that Iceland advert in particular).

To be fair, one of the reasons Matrixyl sells £250m-£350m is because it is very cheap... (so says chatGpt).

Just to keep it really simple.

I will keep coming back to £50m sales and 10% for us - making £5m (hopefully sometime in 2026)....

This year as it ramps up I'm hoping they do £10m+ of sales and we get £1m+ royalties.....

Yes Zenokine is a product of CRODA but in the cosmetic industry it is an ingredient (that is possibly where the confusion is occurring).

Just so there is no confusion I think Whackery has accidently confused Zenakine with an actual finished cosmetic product.

At no stage is anyone (as far as I know) expecting 10% of a COSMETIC sale... That would be insane.

We're expecting 10% of Zenakine sales and I'm estimating that could be 10% of £50M (within a reasonable time frame).

Based on Matrixyl being the gold standard with sales on £250m to £350M and we are considered a good ingredient too but obviously not very likely to take all of Matrixyls share in one or two years. £50m seens a good shorttish run sales figure for zenokine within a year or two.

1. Are you calling ZENAKINE a product or an ingredient.

2. If you're calling ZENAKINE a product, are you expecting 10% of ZENAKINE sales or only a tiny fraction of ZENAKINE sales?

SBTX would not have spent all this time and money and done an RNS after the Amsterdam show saying "No reason for price fall" unless they are expecting WADS OF CASH from Zenokine.

Zenakine is an INGREDIENT not a PRODUCT. I guess you're debating if SBTXs input into Zenokine only makes a small percentage of this ingredient thus we dont get 10% of Zenakine but a tiny fraction...

GoogleAI says Matrixyl has £130M US sales (so assuming Europe and SE Asia/India etc jsut as big) that comes to about £350M

It doesn't talk about other ingredients its mixed with, just the sales of Matrixyl by it self.

Sooo....

Say our product is good but no where near as big as Matrixyl.

It might get sales of £50M in quite a quick time..

Which would in effect give SBTX £5M royalties....

That still means SBTX is miles under valued.

The nda must run out in June July as the dales data will be in our accounts.

But since sa has already said we have some money from the deal.....

because product is launched, the chemistry is now fully known by Croda's competitors (who include the buyers

of Zenakine) so his competitors probably also have quite good estimates of sales.

The only people who probably dont know anything much are the small investors of SBTX - everyone

else probably knows......

Which is a slight worry as you would think we would get some chunky buyers/investors - possibly even Chinese buyers.

That is what I originally thought. The the "Bed and Breakfast" transactions were to avoid tax of significant share price rises. And their Warrants, I guess are on the assumption that there will be large price rises.

It kind of reads to naïve share holders like myself "Look this company is cheap - honest, even the directors are putting their small holdings in ISAs"......

Is there a clue I'm missing? On paper any company that is in the royalties business tends to do well..

Thinking about it, even though I share this view, it does seem a bit unlikely, because if SBTX was so cheap either directors would be buying bucket loads or CRODA (or one of its competitors) would put in a bid....

Something does not really stack up....

Alas (but I am hopeful an good explanation will become apparent - touchwood).......
