I personally do not think they will do a takeover.

And we will have to wait for the first financial information concerning CRODA deal (in JUNE).....

I disagree with you. You give me a scenario and I can guesstimate a price that goes with that scenario.

You gave two scenarios a "success" but badly managed.

And a lowball takeover.

I think my prices in those situations seemed fair.

Lets say we get £10M a year from CRODA (perhaps more) and major high street retailers start selling SBTX products... Everything is coming out as we hoped. So if that is the case, what price would you sell SBTX for?

I was thinking, I came into this hoping to get 75p, possibly £1 a share. But if the situation was not as good as people said, then 50p would also be great. Others want a lot more.

What is your price to sell at if SBTX is a success?

But there is still slight ambiguity for me whether the 10% + is for the WHOLE of Zenakine or just the part of Zenakine that relates to SBTX specific input. Zenakine has a lot in it that is NOT lysate:

Glycerin, Pentylene Glycol , Propanediol and Xanthan Gum

My ASSUMPTION is we get 10+% of Zenakine (that seems fair) and not 10+% of only the lysate part....

But having said that, one assumes the lysate is the "expensive" bit so 10+% of that would still be most of the money (I guess - I'm not an expert).

One of the important "clues" for me is Zenakine has been in the beauty top three recommended list for a reasonable time now (weeks). Croda would not put in there if it was crap. Its doing OK (at the very least) .....

I'm assuming there is a link to how high its in the recommended link and how many samples CRODA is getting asked for (from Cosmetic companies).

I think its quite straight forward. This share has been strongly promoted on various message boards and share "tip" sheets etc.... This means the buyers market has been saturated.

That means there will be no more real buying until there is some REAL FINANCIALLY PROVABLE news or an INSTITUTION or a BIG INDIVIDUAL INVESTOR decides to buy...

So we will see it constantly drift down from here until REAL news or a BIG BUYER steps in...
