On this rare occasion I sort of agree with you. I think everyone, journalists, BB posters (me etc), should keep radio silence on SBTX until until about the 10th June, by which time we probably will have a bit of news (NDA etc). Unless breaking news occurs first. People are posting too many positive and negative posts (including journalists) without any real data.....

For all we know SBTX might actually go into the cosmetics business and hire a couple of graduate cosmetic experts to create their own night cream and sell that direct to the public. Start up UK cosmetic businesses are in "vogue" (literally). We dont know anything..... The NDA has created a BLACK BOX. I suspect even the entire board of SBTX do not know the true value of what they have - directors are notoriously bad at guessing worth (

See Triads Jan 7th 2021 RNS: "The Board of Triad Group Plc notes the recent movement in the Company's share price and confirms that it knows of no commercial or operational reason which may be driving the increase. " Looking at the chart TRD went from 30p to £1..... Directors thought that a bit steep. Its now, 4 years later about £3 (TEN times more than that 30p) ..... We need DATA not long winded posts like mine or yours or journalists .Least of all comments from directors via journalists of other companies that know no more than us.

How are we going to get rid of the craaap investors in SBTX who belittle the products and management team at every opportunity ?

Can we bribe them to go to a different share? I've never seen anything like it in my life. When a share goes wrong for me or other normal people, we just sell up and right it off to experience, I dont try and ruin the investment for others by hanging around and moaning and knocking the SP. How do we get rid of the craap investors?

The last time the share price was at 25p and then went to 17p-19p (8th-9th) April the CEO of SBTX issued via an RNS this:

"Management sees no reason behind movement in share price" - Thus we know for pretty much certain the SBTX management think 25p+ is not too much... In fact they were so concerned by it falling to around 19p they issued an RNS... So we know for pretty much certain the management think the price we are currently at is miles too cheap and it only got to this level because of a couple of large sells. If we believe the management (and the CRODA team and indeed noises from l'oreal etc) this is a great buying opportunity. And indeed judging by the afternoon recovery some are doing exactly that.

Clearly there are LOTS of reasons to take a moment in time and say a share is undervalued or overvalued at that specific moment and, of course, the value changes for us too (not just the market) as we have other uses for cash.....I remember Triad's board issuing an RNS saying "They see now reason for the share price rise" - and that was while it was trading at about 90p... 😀. A respected poster once told me directors of companies are notoriously bad at judging the value of their shares... They have other things on their minds like running the company!!

So why might it be "over valued" at this specific moment?

1. NDA in place. 2. Zenakine sales figures not out yet. 3. No news from other "pillars" 4. Share "tipped" by elrico at few days back and glow dissipating ..

Will the share be "over valued" by the end of May? I doubt that. 😀...... You and others have created the max negativity. As long as the big seller sells no more we should be on the turn soon. The NDA of course stops the big seller selling to an institution... The NDA is due to be "mainly" lifted soon.

So in summary, us longs, have to let the negativety lot do their worse and see what the score is once they have gone (in a couple of weeks I guess)

That does seem incredibly charitable to tell buyers that they should not buy the shares he is trying to sell as they are not worth it.

Are you sure he really said this? It does seem highly unlikely.

I'm obviously not that bright, but to my ears that sounds too unlikely to be true.

Its clearly not ramping to say SBTX is the bees knees....... It is......The sellers, on paper, appear to be panic sellers (momentum sellers its the silly techie name for people with the touch of vapours).......People like that rarely make money in AIM..... Stick and hold and call the markets bluff..... This will in my opinion get to £1 given enough time. Zenakine has got "block buster" written all over it, and SBTX get 10%.....

Stick and Hold is my view and I'm sticking to it come hell or high water....

The market (I think) remembers that CRODA in 2023 did a trading update and only recently CEO of SBTX mentioned (vaguely) end of MAY beginning of JUNE - so some of the market is going to be "buying" into this story from about 28th May and hopefully get something by mid June .

I would expect share price to edge up from about 28th May (if no news before that date).

As a "trader" in shares you have to guess what is going to happen.

As an investor you can just sit back and wait.

There is probably a trading equation you can use. You have a "tip" in shares magazines or Elrico or AN other, then there is a a distance in time before the next "breaking" news. Will the gentle fall after the widely read "tip" be bigger than the upward big spike on new news. Lets assume the new news is about 10th June and people will start buying towards that date. So one should expect fall to be reversed by 28th May. So you need to ask yourself will the fall by 28th May be bigger than any spike on new news in June (say June 10th-ish date).

your five "pillar" thing.... I think the description is wrong (I agree with you there - five "pillars" is a silly name). 5 steps would be a better description.

Step 1: Get about 10-15% royalties from Chronobiology cosmetic sales.

Step 2: use some cash for marketing to expand into name of products and hopefully get into the high street.

Step 3: use some cash to run a clinical trial program to get products into the NHS.

Step 4: Move from AIM either to FTSE or US listing.

Step 5: Become large.

Wow - that was a good piece of luck. RUA have only recently bought a medical component supplier and the new Trade Deal with India explicitly states that medical equipment will now be tariff free from the UK.

FriedmanSowell, The worst case scenario is it is literally 8 to 16 months from CRODAs official launch.... Which means the very very very earliest it can be is DEC 2025 JAN 2026 (and that would be the earliest)....

Our earlier dates MAY, JUNE or JULY 2025 depend on CRODA making large enough sales to "special" customers from about OCT 2024 (as our RNS accounts etc, seem to suggest).
