Nope its the small PIs who are damaging the stock - which I guess is good for buyers but for longer term holders who want to make money its just annoying.. Not much I can do about it. I'll just have to live with the whingers until the accounts are produced or Zenakine based cosmetics are in the shops.

5 times out of 10 its due to negative news.

Since we're not getting any negative news , its obvious that small investors are causing any fall in the SP...

a) if you think that would on earth are you doing as a shareholder here? If I felt like that I'd sale and move on - there are literally thousands of small companies in the USA and UK you can invest in (or Germany) - I'd just go.

b) The current CEO has got the Zenakine product over the line and the Superdrug deal. I'm waiting to see what will be in this results in October/November.

c) All I see you do is knock the SP needlessly so and or be a cry baby.... Why dont you just clear off as well as the 4 people who gave you an uptick. You dont need to be here. Stop fixating on a single company. Open your eyes and invest elsewhere if you feel like you do. Its plan nuts that you are here - damaging your own company by your words. Just go.

Now you're saying the SBTX main product is basically useless and most like Superdrug no longer want it on their shelves. Thus the entire company is probably worthless....

Which is an entirely different argument. If this argument was correct then it would not matter who was in charge as the company is worthless...

So lets deconstruct this idea: (a) Sederma have done loads of tests on Zenakine and it works fine - including clinical trials.

(b) Superdrug don't sign deals without checking that the product is OK....

If superdrug are not putting the stuff on the shelves yet that is up to them - Let their marketing gurus do their job. I'm sure SBTX have supplied the product OK... Superdrug DO NOT opperate a "just in time" policy - they have large amounts of stock in warehouses for various reasons

Since 2022 54% of AIM companies that have IPO'd have had follow up fund raises. So the stats say that SBTX raise is pretty average for AIM. Clearly a small clique of shareholders have an agenda that is to knock SBTX for their own reasons. Some because they dont like the share "experts" who are promoting it on a pay to view site and others - on paper - statistically - due to bitterness of buying way too early (chatGPT says this is common)...

On the plus side for new investors, this probably means the share price is cheap (knocked down a lot by critics) and thus when good news does break it quite possibly will rise a great deal.

Take your pick.

TheContender: Never "bet the farm" on AIM as the main point of AIM (compared to FTSE small cap) is to raise more money quickly and easily. So anyone in AIM has to realise there could be a new issue of share from time to time.

That being said, I believe that Zenakine and Superdrug etc etc etc are going to blow this share price up to about 70p....

After that we will need to see if Ashman has something else up his sleeve to take us over £1.00

Really breaking 17p is just psychological. We are already at the pre-float price of 18.5p (if you add back in the 10%)...... What we really need to do is not break 17p but break 20p to prove we are back on track...

17p is not really anything... 20p is the real target to break..

Gardie: As I explained to everyone before. The only replacement CEO you'll get at this stage after all the big deals have been done and we're waiting for results, will be a crook or a two bit chancer coming in at the final hurdle to take all the credit and take all the money.

Changing CEO before results would be the very worse thing in the world. It will set shareholder on shareholder and cause arguments - possibly lose Superdrug and Croda deals. It will be the worst thing ever. Stick with who we have UNTIL we have all the results and share price goes to 70s and then discuss if we want a replacement after everything is all done and dusted and we can talk about the NEXT PHASE of development..

It seems to me that the only way to break 17p will be with concrete news of some sort....

Or a major write up in something like the Investors Chronical or the Financial Times or something.

We seem to be stuck in no mans land where people know-ish its cheap but will not invest more without reinsurance that "big" money is coming (or is here). Or a proper "famous" finance guru says buy..

Thecontender: Ala you'll get is a chancer or a wideboy. My VOTE is STICK WITH WHO WE HAVE... He has got us this far - deals with two HUGE companies and sales beginning to appear in the USA...

Anyone else is just going to take the credit and cash for getting us here. It will be a form of robbery...

Any new guy will almost certainly be a wideboy crook.

I can prove I am a winner but I'm currently busy in other activities.

I think that will be your major problem - you'll not find someone who is a proven winner who will be willing to quit the company they are currently managing (and it they are not currently managing a company then that implies they are a 'has been').

So in my view its best to go with the person we already have who seems to be doing an OK job - eg accounts say the company is growing nicely.

Why do you expect news on Monday? Do RUA have a history of reporting on (a) mondays or (b) around mid september or (c) was it the buy that made you think money? or (d) something else I dont know about?

If you look at all the news items in this CORDA list its pretty much certain now that Zenakine is really important to Croda.
