REsults are rarely the same day or week for all FTSE and AIM stocks. Presumably to stop day trading (as much as possible). Its nothing (normally) to do with bad good or normal CEO.

CRODA is up a bit too. I suspect this is the "pre-results" rise. The market is assuming we will get the results by 31st Dec .... The more punters who think it will be a given week in December the more the price will rise on that week.. So we might see more buys next monday.

I think you are wrong as otherwise each time this gets to about 17p we would not be hit with sells.

If we get to 18p or so then yes, what you say might hold water. But we haven't so to say "of course..." is taking it too far in my opinion. There is no concrete evidence for your belief (apart from one high roller buying shares - probably as a bet with reasonable odds but still a bet).

Big flaw in this sentence is the word "overnight" - you clearly dont mean ONE DAY but you fail to state definitively what you mean by ONE DAY.

Zenakine has been out for a while now and chatGPT and other AIs do state that its being marketed globally and will probably get some reasonable sales. For sure its not going to be Croda's number one seller in one year, but if its going to be a success, to really needs to have sold in OK quantities in its first year (up to about £2M) otherwise all that marketing effort by Croda will be wasted....

If you assume MD is just a high roll gambler - he knows no more than us. He just bets big on what he knows (he assumes odds in his favour) then the only reason the share price is rising (slightly) is because a gambler is buying shares.

There is no secret knowledge, only some investors selling and MD is hovering those shares up.....The price clearly dipped when DB sold his shares as MD could not afford to buy all those in one go as well as the other sellers shares... Provided none of the 17p sellers sell, and the market generally buys a few to get any pre results (December) rise we might break 17p next week... But to get into the 20s again the news and or the results will have to be amazing

As I say, nothing has any meaning until we either break 17p or we crash below 13p - they we can be pretty certain its either game over or we're onto a winner. Anything else is more or less drivel.
