I have a better one..... What happens to AIM shares that have a large cash pile that gets bigger not smaller?

A stock waiting to explode north.

I guess this is another one of those days where we need to break 14p or slip back.....

A pyschological tipping point

I dont think we do need any good news. We just need a big buyer to constantly mop up any sellers and eventually, we will be off.....

Will we break 17p by Christmas.....

If price rises next week that will be a good omen.

If it falls that will not be good.

The rise has no real meaning unless we can break 17p...

Once we're into the 20s we will know the market believes in Zenakine. If we can see any in the shops I'm pretty sure that will be the push we need....

When will we see the first unambiguous use of Zenakine on a cosmetic in the shops?

Or even one that is slightly ambiguous, but mentions sleep, happiness and clinical trials in such a way that we know its Zenakine?

I was rather hoping it would be CHRISTMAS but that appears to be too early. So what is the next date? Spring?

Why the long delay for even some smaller companies launching? Not a single one... At least not a single one that is searchable on the net.....

Buds49: I dont think it is cheekie. I think its wrong to put CEO updates behind a paywall....

What is going on here?

A) Is there a big buy order somewhere (has dbin bought back some)?

b) The CEO talk yesterday?

c) bounce investors who follow day trading patterns?

d) news soon?

Anything less 10% tends to just be noise on AIM

The share price did not go down due to the results.... The main cause if negative comments in press and on message boards. Eg dbin sold because of incorrectly linking a press article to SBTX, TW seems to control a big slice of the "bounce seekers" , ADVFN LONG investors do often have a major effect on small cap share prices but "Germbilator" stops any of that occuring. On LSE (less widely used) the side also is full of negative comments (far more so than probably any other share apart from those that are going bust).

There is a constant negativity spiral that stops this share breaking out of the teams back into the 20s. I have no idea what the cure is. Getting rid of the CEO is clearly only worth doing if someone who replaces him is better... There is no way of knowing that in advance, and any removal of the CEO will only cause further falls in the SP and possibly the loss of the CRODA contract....

Shychap, I think you will find that article was just the final straw (from a psychological point of view)... There is only so much negativity a long can take before the dam bursts...

I'm 60% certain the mass of negativity both here, journalists and on ADVFN have been the route cause of most of the fall.... you can tell this is so as TWs article caused many to fold too. Negativity is the cause. Possibly this does benefit swing investors. So good luck to them.....

Thecontender: On the other hand SBTX has had to face a 24hr constant barrage of negativity both here and on ADVFN - so much so that even are biggest bull - Dbin threw in the towel....

So its no wonder its down. Its been constant....

Some of it on ADVFN is almost insane.... (it probably is insane)..

In the accounts what value is put on the technology behind Zenakine as an asset in the accounts?

And what value do we think it should "really" have?

Currently the "big" known players (but many unknown too with nominee accounts) hold well over 30% (about 38% to 40%)...

If two people (concert party) hold between them 30% of the shares they have to notify AIM if they are going to make a bid..... "IF" a takeover was on the cards with multiple people involved then we are approaching 30%...

So it seems to me, that currently this is NOT a takeover situation.....

But it can easily develop into one very rapidly with only a day or so notice.

The only thing keeping the share price above 10p is MDs buying.

Lets face it, if he was not buying, this whole company's SP would probably be toast by now.

Even with that RNS the company still heads south...
