Haha yeah.

I feel sorry for Carl because he likes to tell it as it is. But he's not allowed to. Must be pretty frustrating for him, but if he had his way I'm sure we'd know a lot more and most probably wouldn't worry half as much.

Great post Robbo13, some very valid points.

If we could get answers to questions or concerns from Braveheart, Carl, Trev etc it would be great.

Unfortunately it doesn't work like that and our only real source of information/updates are from the RNSs or interviews etc and they can only divulge certain information.

It's important to keep shareholders updated regularly with info as it's natural to worry or have doubts, especially where large sums of money are involved.

A regular flow of info would be great (a direct line to TB would be even better), but at the moment there is no factual date mentioned for the next RNS, so we all now await in anticipation.

That is also something that had crossed my mind (I think I might have posted this before).

Maybe TB knows this test isn't going to come to fruition for 6 months, so knows he has plenty of time and had the chance to sell out of BRH plough his money into another project, make a million (or 5) there, then sell out of that and put his money back into here just in time to reap the rewards. Whilst keeping this SP down.

Who knows?!? (Well TB does for sure) all guesswork on our part and most probably not correct but time will tell.

Everything posted on these BBs is just people's opinions and guesswork (some maybe correct, some not). None of us know factually what is going on behind closed doors. We can only make educated decisions based on how we see them.

Yup I thought it might have been but didn't want to say without checking (but couldn't be bothered looking through).

A director selling is always a worrying sign (2 selling more so) and yes that is likely to give investors reason to have doubts or sell, but he's sold before and the SP has gone up.

A director selling isn't necessarily a bad thing as there may be a genuine reason and anyone selling a large amount is always going to bring the price down or halt the SP going up. But TB selling in this instance certainly doesn't look good and that combined with the last RNS is what has caused the SP to tumble AND if you look across the stock market as a whole there are many shares which have tumbled in the last few days.

The thing is if you believe in the product and BRH then you have no worries, things will bounce back. But you do have to question why TB has sold most of his holding as he knows more than you and I.

I'm not justifying the actions or defending TB in any way (or ramping/deramping), just stating the facts as I see them.

As far as I remember someone posted on here ages ago that they had been in contact with TB and he told them categorically that CMH had nothing to do with Braveheart or the making of the device. Can't remember who it was (without looking back) but it was posted as fact and could be disclosed.

It's all about the money and he knew what was coming so sold out a large portion of his shares ahead of time. In truth if you knew what was going to happen and knew the SP was going to drop you would do the same too, so you can't "blame him" for that (not defending him or saying it's right, just staying the truth).

The problem is we are the last to know so have to make logical (or illogical) decisions based on the facts as we see them and what we are told.

This means the insiders have the advantage and it's pretty obvious they knew this drop was coming so sold some shares.

Morally we night not agree with what has happened but it's just business and shareholders and just random unknown people so they don't lose sleep over it.

For sure. If you follow TB and stick your money where he's put his you "could" do well. He knows how to invest for sure and can make the SP grow.

He also knows when to sell so you've just got to sell out before he does otherwise you will lose bigtime.

I totally agree and had been hoping that for months and months, every time an RNS came I was hoping to see that the IP had been sold. It would certainly seem like the best option and still is based on what the test can do. Furthermore if the test can be used for everything we believe it can the IP value is MASSIVE, seriously.

It's just if that's the case why has TB dumped his shares? You've got to think that is not the plan??

You could even have said well TB is thinking about retiring and pulling his money out etc but as he invested on CMH now that certainly doesn't look like the plan.

As always TB knows exactly what is going on and we don't. TH will continue to make millions and we can only hope.

I seriously feel sorry for genuine investors who have seen their value drop, it's not nice and I hope everything comes good.

And anyone who comes on this board simply to **** take has serious personality issues (that also works both ways).

Exactly and that has a big influence on the current SP for sure.

Therefore you have to ask yourself the question.....

How much is Braveheart worth If you take out the Covid test part.

So think about all the holdings, Braveheart have and are invested in, factor in Paraytec and this test but factor out the Covid test part. Look at the other uses for this test and it potential worth from that side.

Sure if the Covid test is still relevant when it comes to market that's great but treat that as a bonus.

So look at Braveheart's worth and is the current SP a fair valuation???

That is what we would think (and it seems a logical assumption), but as we all know TB is not an idiot when it comes to making (himself) money. If the IP was to be sold a nice fat Divided would be paid to shareholders but it makes no logical sense therefore that TB would be selling his shares and would want to have as many as possible. Therefore you have to think that is not the plan??

But who knows what is going on behind closed doors. It just a shame us investors are always the last to know.

It would be great if Prof Carl could maybe do another interview with Proactive Investor to explain the latest test data results (in a language the none technical minded people could understand), then there would be no confusion as I think many people are not quite grasping what has been achieved.

Let's be honest......

If you actually did some research you would find this "little Sheffield University" is actually one of the leading Covid research centres in the UK with some truly amazing and very clever scientists. That's why the government has been heavily funding research there. They are leading the field in the fight against Covid and partner with some pretty high profile companies, so many get your fact right before posting such ridiculous posts.

That's great and yes I totally agree, there are always going to be worries and doubts. This is AIM and anything can happen, keeping a level head is paramount and not getting carried away in the hype is important.

With any share there are always positives and negatives, lots of potential bumps along the way or obstacles to overcome, however as PIs we are not to know what goes on behind closed doors. We can only look at the facts we are given and go on gut instinct, but this does look good and potentially huge.

Just got to look at the facts we know and keep the faith.

Are you invested in BRH?

You always seem so pessimistic about this share, nearly everything you post is negative, if you are invested try to be more positive!!

Nothing has happened to suggest anything is untoward, from what we know everything looks good and potential excellent.

Sure there COULD be something in the RNS which might not be exactly what we want to hear (delay etc) but we know the test works VERY well and is potentially market changing and the future uses could be life changing in a big way.

The chances are the RNS will contain some excellent news.
