I think a lot of original investors were probably relieved to see the suspension lifted they just sold their initial holding out of sheer jubilation so were not overly bothered on the price.

Will be interesting to see where this goes but you have to think it will be heading upwards as positive things develop and progress.

I'm fairly sure many investors in Avacta were a little disappointed with the small SP increase today and were expecting a lot higher SP so you may we be correct.

Only 10 days left in April so the next RNS is due to drop anytime now, but what are we expecting to see??

An update of course on the clinical trials as promised which from Carl's recent Twitter activity gives the impression he is more than happy with everything. This will hopefully be amazing news and impact the SP massively.

Maybe an update or roadmap on the proposed route to bring this device to market. This I think many people have been pondering over and guessing as to what is going on, but with no real knowledge. Hopefully they will give the shareholders some further details and put people's minds at rest.

We can speculate as to what we think is going in there but it is only guesswork so this would be most welcome news.

Maybe some other updates on other companies too but I think the clinical trials data is the biggie and you have to think it's good news as both Paraytec and Carl have been hammering the tweets these last few weeks which gives confidence all is going well. Carl certainly is nothing but positive and to date has delivered on everything he has said and even improved on some areas.

Not sure I'd trust a Paratech test myself!! Probably some Chinese rip of company.

I'd feel more comfortable if it was a Paraytec test!! The genuine article.

There are lots of potential positives for sure but it nice to see you added some realistic potential negatives into the mix too rather than just ramping and not mentioning anything bad, because one thing is for sure this SP will not just go up in a straight line.

There are lots of potential positives and negatives that could happen and I'm sure we will be greeted by good news and bad new (e.g. possible delays/need to raise capital etc) with the many RNSs that will drop between now and when/if this device comes to market.

One thing for sure TB has a plan and he wouldn't just dump 2M shares without good reason.

As for the possibilities........
The positives, yes there are plenty, the negatives, again yes there are plenty, the risk, yes there is plenty, the reward, yes there is plenty.

Can you answer why you think TB has sold 2 MILLION shares from his Braveheart holding if Braveheart is going to fly and be worth so much soon?

Why would you "throw away" that chance of making so much money.

Yes I know he's invested it in Chamberlin, but if Braveheart is going up up up, surely it's better to hold as many shares in BRH as possible then you get the most money.

It just doesn't make sense.

Either he knows BRH isn't going up or some bad news is coming, so has taken his money out to invest somewhere else.

Or Chamberlin will make him more money than Braveheart can

Or he "had to" invest in Chamberlin for whatever reason (maybe he needs it for manufacturing etc?)

Yeah I had already had similar thoughts before about TB and his age. At times it had concerned me thinking he could just sell out and retire at any time, then what would happen to BRH and it's future, SP etc, but I was always thinking he would at least see out this Paraytec until it comes to fruition.

But this move by him has made me scratch my head.

We will find out in time but one thing is for sure he won't be doing it without it benefitting him, we can only hope it is also in the interest of Braveheart too and we all reap some reward too.

Yeah I saw that the other day and read the same info about the deadline etc so get that.

BUT you have to ask yourself WHY did he buy into that company!?!

You have to question his reasons because one thing is for sure (from what I've learnt about TB over the months) TB is NOT an idiot. He knows how to make money. Some people don't like his methods but he always comes out on top, so there is a reason.

If Braveheart is going to boom and the SP shoot up massively or a mega Divi get paid then why would TB sell his shares? He wouldn't? Unless.....

Either his new investment is going to make him more money than it would in BRH do therefore it's logical

Or Braveheart's SP isn't going to go up (and maybe even drop) or some bad news/delays are on the way

So you have to question WHY would he do it.

There are other reasons but you seriously have to think about the logic and make your own judgement.

The one thing we can be sure of is it is in TBs interests to have done it (but not necessarily in the interests of the BRH shareholders) so something to think about. Also the other recent director sales too.......

If you check the RNS dated 1st march there is some info in there.

This was the day the SP plummeted from 99p down to 68p because everyone was expecting a good RNS with mention of a product not far from finished and coming to market.

But in that RNS was the statement......

"As previously stated, Paraytec are seeking manufacturers and licensees to take the product to the global market, with first product manufacture expected in six months, subject to regulatory approval"

With 6 month from 1st March being August so a lot of investors bailed out thinking it was too far away. This was all before any mention of sepsis etc.

The timeline stated as rr Carl seems to still be on track so that's good but I was just querying/thinking about the actual certification as again I think many people are expecting this news soon.

But we will all find out as things progress.

Whatever TB is up to is his business but one thing for sure is he's is a clever man and knows how to make money (some people love him some hate him, but he knows how to make himself money for sure).

I'm just confused/concerned as to why he would be selling so many shares from BRH if it's such a winning investment. He knows something but all will be revealed......

That was my thought/presumption.

So until it's "finished" and the final version created/templated/put forward we can't expect to obtain the certification and the certification process can take a long time as has been proved before. However it may be fast tracked as it's a product of great importance.

I'm just thinking of the anticipated timeline for all this as they have stated August time approximately.

Ok so we know the expected timeframe/aim to bring this product to market is sometime around August 2021 (hopefully) and according to Carl this is going to plan (re some comments he's made on twitter). But in order for this to happen this need certification which would happen at some point between now and said proposed date.

BUT in order for a certification to be given presumably we need a finished final product???? Otherwise how can they certify something that is not a full final working version.

So refering to said tweet above the part "to further develop to the specifications required to meet the needs of biopharmaceutical company end-users" indicates the "product" is still in development and as such can not be at the point yet of obtaining certification??? This means a positive rns stating we have obtained certificate could still be quite some time away.

Or can the product be certified even though it is still being developed?

Either Chamberlin was a REALLY good investment and will make him way more than he would get keeping his money in BRH. Otherwise he wouldn't consider selling out part of his BRH holding.

Or BRH isnt going to return as much (for whatever reason) so he's using his money elsewhere.

Kind of the same thing.

Or he needs Chamberlin for some reason so though it logical to "help" them out

There are many other possibilities but one thing for sure TB knows what he's doing and at the moment we can only guess.
