Anyone with a brain knew TB was going to exercise his options, who wouldn't, it was always going to happen and nothing wrong with it.

FYI there is a huge difference between how TB views RMS and BRH. Totally different situation and in your own words "Anyone with a little bit of brain" would know that, which you obviously don't.

Playing the game based on swings is risky for sure as this can pop at any moment and no-one on this board has inside info so it can shoot up at any time.

At the moment we are just seeing it drop and drop as people lose interest but one thing is for sure it will be going up again so the investors will be happy in the long run if all goes well and let's be honest there is nothing to suggest this test isn't exactly what Carl has been saying all along.

That is exactly what has happened and with that RNS saying product to market in 6 months has made many people think it's a long way away so many have pulled their money out and are investing in other things.

One thing is for sure there are a lot of eyes on this share because people know it's potential and it's like a spring being pulled tighter and tighter. It will just shoot up at some point and it might be for no apparent reason and once it goes everyone will pile back in.

The thing is 6 months is a long time and anything can happen in 6 months. Some worry will we even need this test in 6 months, what about vaccines, what is another test comes to market in the mean time better than this etc etc etc

Lots to consider but do your own research and make your own mind up.

At the moment the potential for this is massive and one thing is certain if this test was available next month this share price would be MASSIVELY HIGHER than it is today.

warn/help/advice good or bad totally understand but some people think that by posting on here they are somehow hurting TB directly which they certainly are not.

Some of the posts are absolutely pathetic and the people who write them look like idiots. Fine that's their decision and anyone can write anything but it doesn't affect TB at all. He's sitting pretty with his shares and shows no sign of selling out, he's got a product which is potentially worth millions maybe more. It really doesn't matter to him or any long term investor what the share price is today.

All that matters is what happens when the product is ready for market or the company sold.

The only people who are affected by these posts are potentially smaller investors who might take advice from someone based on very biased information.

So by posting something very bitter and negative might make someone sell and lose money because of some dumbass but the opposite can be said by people ramping the hell out of a share.

As always DYOR and don't pay too much attention to what is posted on here.

This is AIM for you, you take the ups with the downs and if you believe in the product then it's all good and in the end it will come good.

Unlike some of the Muppets posting on here would have you believe.

It's pretty pathetic to see some of the sad RMS holders postings, they only make themselves look like idiots. If they got shafted with RMS they only have thesekves to blame not TB and it's pretty obvious who we are talking about.

If you invest in any stock you are gambling and YOU are responsible for the outcome. Not someone else. Sure they are bitter about losing money but at the end of the day TB is a businessman and looks after himself and his company's interests.

If you believe in this product there are a lot of things to consider and 6 months is a long time but I'm sure we will see many more ups and downs before the product hits the market.

There isn't any delay. The only "delay" was the results of the 500 clinical tests (which they originally stated were due end Jan), but as BRH stated those results had no bearing on the overall time to bring the test to market.

Overall really nothing is affected and everything is on track it's just people expected something different, which is why so many have jumped out and we've seen the SP tumble.

The only real difference is the 6 months to bring the product to market part which maybe many didn't expect and there is doubt in people's minds as to is this test too late (but there are lots of things to consider there which I won't get into in this post)

As I see it everything is good about this product and nothing has changed. Everything that was said before has been proved correct so it's all good.

With regards to it being sold or a partnership, yes that is of course true and none of us know what is going on behind closed doors but as far as the product goes it all looks good.

If it gets the CE approval that will have a huge difference to it's value as does the results of the sensitivity so we will await that.

Then there's always the possibility of Paraytec being sold but you would think they would wait until the tests and CE have been done before any decision is made on that as it increases the value.

Carl has not pumped this share price at all. Carl doesn't give a t0$$ about the share price.

He is an unbelievable human being who is only interested in making a product that will help everyone.

Yes he gets paid for his work and rightly so but he doesn't care what the SP is.

So true and that's the problem.

If you are in and the SP jumps you win but if you are out you might miss the boat.

One thing for sure the lower the SP goes the tighter the spring and at some point it's going to go and when it does it will be a big jump.

Only problem is at the moment many people have sold out because 6 months is a long time and people are not prepared to wait that long (all after a quick profit and too many other pies to be in at the moment).

There are a few milestones which will be important to this SP over the next few months.....

First is in 3-4 weeks when the announce the sensitivity of the detection/lower limit of detection.....

"It believes it will be able to confirm, within a period of four weeks, a lower limit of detection of 1,000 virions per millilitre of sample, also a market-leading value."

When that is announced that will have a big impact on the SP.

Then when the results of the 500 test samples are announced is approx 8 weeks time (by end of April).

"Paraytec will now progress to a prospective clinical validation with a larger number of patient samples and seek to obtain a CE mark for the test. Depending on location, the prospective clinical trial (where individual patient outcomes are monitored over time) is expected to take two months to complete and a further update is expected to be made by the end of April 2021"

At each point the announcements will have a big impact on the SP (and also make the value of the product/company more appealing so if TB was to sell Paraytec).

The problem for now is not much happening for the next few weeks so SP is dawdling and drifting lower and lower.

Personally I can't see the results being bad so over time as each state gets closer the SP should increase in anticipation but at the moment there is no reason for anyone to rush in. Hence the stall in the SP.

Is this a winner? IMO hell yes
But is 6 months too late?? Don't think so but it's a long way off yet so no hurry for the moment??

Anything can happen or change in the meantime but we will see.

BRH m/cap is showing approx. 25M as of current SP, that's the whole of BRH, all companies/investments/holdings etc.

As from today's RNS TB states BRH/Paraytec are looking towards "commercialising our product either ourselves or with a partner",........ so no mention of a sellout.........

"Our attention will now turn towards quickly commencing the final clinical trial and commercialising our product either ourselves or with a partner"

BUT what IF Paraytec WAS sold????

What is the value of said company (just Paraytec on its own) considering the tech/product & patients it has and it's potential value/worth??

Surely it's value is massively over 25m just on its own which means BRH "has to" be way undervalued at its current market cap.

Not trying to ramp or deramp here and of course there are many factors but if you just think about the reality.......

IF this test turns out to be a highly accurate test and can give accurate results in under 5 minutes then who is going to want this test????..............

Answer...... EVERYONE and not just here in the UK but GLOBALLY (or certainly for the moment anyway).

So realistically what is a company worth with such a product then??

There are many other factors to consider but for now just think about it's POTENTIAL VALUE. Hopefully we will soon get an update then see what happens to the SP

I get the impression there are a lot of nervous people holding these shares.

IF the RNS drops tomorrow with good news I wonder what price people will start to bail out at.

I'm sure as of today many people bought in higher than the current SP so will breath a sigh of relief once they get their investment into profit but what price will be the trigger for them to sell.

Others are riding in free shares, others bought in ages ago at lower prices......

That's true for sure, but it doesn't stop people digging for information and he's the type of guy who responds to messages from the sound of it. Bet he's received a lot of messages recently.

.......and probably replying to the 10,000 emails he's received this week from panic investors who are asking him if his test works and what the results will be.

If you read the bottom paragraph about the patients......

"Paraytec currently has a suite of five core patents granted and a further three patent applications submitted. Paraytec expects to be filing further additional patent applications over the first two quarters of 2021 as it develops the intellectual property around the COVID-19 test project. "

Firstly they wouldn't be patenting something that doesn't work so with the proof of concept and amount of patents they have made it must be working well.

Secondly it's interesting that they say "additional patent applications over the first two quarters of 2021" that leads me to believe they are/have been still developing the tech recently so more to come from this device/process.

I really don't see how a product can be brought to market which is so vitally important when it's only been subject to so few samples in testing.

People could literally die because of that if they believe what the test result shows. Imagine thinking you are all clear then going off to visit relatives or out to a packed sporting event, only then to find the test was wrong. Doesn't bear thinking about.

That's a massive positive with our test. It's had 500 samples tested so the true accuracy will be known. It's better to run more samples, take more time ensuring everything is as it should be, before people trust it with their lives.

Do it once and do it right.

That's anyone's guess but it will go up considerably for sure, could go absolutely crazy, probably then followed by a drop by those selling out once they have made a packet.

The real question then is what are the plans after that and then depending upon how they intend to proceed to get it to market. That could be another opportunity for a huge rise in SP.

One thing is for sure there are already plans in place for afterwards which they state won't be delayed by these results coming in a month later than expected. You would tend to think they already know fully well that this test works otherwise they would be waiting for the results themselves and wouldn't be proceeding with the next steps already behind the scenes.

For sure but that's to be expected, especially as the SP shot up so much these last 7 days. It will just sort out the twitchers but anyone who is holding for the longer term it makes no real difference.

I see no reason at all to sell and personally don't expect the RNS to drop until Friday. It makes no difference in the long run if it's today, tomorrow or Friday. The plans made behind the scenes won't be affected by the RNS coming any sooner.
