Confidence has gone across the whole market full stop. The drop in SP is not entirely due to anything Caracal has or hasn't done.

I think everyone is shocked and as investors we look at the stocks we are in and ask why has this dropped so much but if you look at the whole market it's nothing different to any others.

Confidence is low but we all know when we are in a slump now is the time to load up.

All will be revealed as they are working on the details, costs, expansion plans etc. as we speak. First waiting for the resource update statement to be published then we will all find out.

In the meantime if you have any questions you need answers to like that, I would strongly suggest you ask Robbie directly, he's easy to contact and there have been a few opportunities recently to put questions forward to him (stockbox interview for example and he kindly too part in the TG zoom meeting last night).

He's a very approachable guy and will give you any info he's permitted to give, but your question certainly can't be answered by any member on this BB

Listening back on the stockbox interview I think he misinterprets the question and by "development and expansion" he's thinking about expanding resources and developing the TZ plant (which they are close to announcing their plan on).

I initially thought the same as you but after a relisten it's quite obvious he's talking about TZ when a raise is mentioned.

The recent raise was to fund the Kili upgrades.

If in any doubt just drop Robbie an email, he's very accomodating and will let you know.

If you are playing the mid/long term game here today's price is somewhat irrelevant and actually represents a good buying opportunity.

Going on fundamentals we look massively undervalued and at some point in the future we should rerate. It's just a waiting game and keeping your eye on the news flow. All looks positive TBH with lots of news still to come.

Q1 results could actually be a nice surprise so looking forward to seeing them, hopefully early May time.

Not overly familiar with the process of dual listing so I have a few questions to someone hopefully more knowledgeable on the process.

1, Where are the shares coming from? Are they taken from the LSE and placed on the NSE?

2, On the link below, refering to the requirement
"Share and Ownership Structure "
It states:
”The Issuer must ensure at least 15% of the issued shares (excluding those held by a shareholder or people associated or acting in concert with him; or the Company’s Senior Managers) are available for trade by the public."

Is that 15% of the shares placed on the NSE or the company as a whole (i.e. LSE & NSE combined)?

As they were pushing to increase the gold output at Kili to the 1000ozpm target towards the end of Q4 2021, I think they quickly realised they had bottlenecks in the plant/processing and no matter how hard they pushed, in its current state it wasn't going to cut it, hence the need for the upgrades.

Rather than make do they took the logical (and bold) decision to upgrade the whole plant. This might (will) cause production to drop off whilst the upgrades are put into place in Q1 and Q2 of 2022 but the end result will quickly become apparent and the extra output will quickly recover the loss during the upgrade period.

Personally I would say, don't expect amazing Q1 or Q2 results, as this will be a patchy period and we could have periods of no production (Caracal stated the plant may be down for a period of around 6 weeks whilst the upgrades are done), but the benefit in the long run will be well and truly worth it. Hopefully targeting 1500/2000oz pm.

The backend of 2022 we could be looking at some very healthy production figures as they tweak the plant to maximum throughput.

That's not to mention the heap leach and any other additions to the figures.
