Yes, don't take whatever is said as fact (until it happens and is RNS'd officially) but surely you can get a feeling for things and the aim and direction of the company from interviews. Why would you not want that information?

E.g. we know reopening the underground mine isn't on the cards right now, whereas the heap leech seems to be a priority

None of that would have been "known" if said interview hadn't been watched

I'm sure JB wouldn't have taken this on if he didn't see a path forward. I mean why would he?

There's a lot of work to be done, restructuring etc but JB has good relationships with the government, locals, officials etc so on that front it's a bonus, especially now as Robbie has stepped aside.

I don't think "we" (Caracal) will be doing the mining ourselves but let's see what sort of deal has been/possibly has been done.

If we have a partner I'm sure the mining will be done by said company or an external company (Minopex for example).

Hopefully we will have a good share of this but that all depends on how the deal is structured.

I wouldn't hold much hope with Cynergy tbh. Especially with them wanting to "renegotiate" (I e. Back out) so I'd consider them out of the picture at this stage.

There are a number of other very interested parties with talks ongoing and some advanced DD already done.

I'd be looking more towards this as our path forward and news could land any time!?

Exactly that so nothing is being hidden because nothing has happened. The auction didn't go ahead because it was stopped and nothing will get forcibly sold.

Caracal are dealing with it and it's nothing to worry about The reason this is an outstanding "debt" is because the company leased none working equipment from day one and it's an ongoing dispute. But it's getting resolved and nothing will get sold.

Does anyone know if we still own the two drill rigs ( the RC and diamond drill rigs) or have these been sold off previously to raise capital?

Not seen any mention of these for a long time and would suspect we no longer own them if we are in desperate need for cash.
