Gonna be a pivotal week for atd sp. People be expecting some update this week. If this week slides & no update. People may get bored & sell as nycone says. Lets hope for an update.

Surely we must hear some update to what is happening?

Yes OCH worth a punt. If they can cut the debt down then they have some good assets in the mall etc. However I should of listened to my gut instinct before investing in OCH at 13p. I went to Bulgaria before they joined EU. Basically it is the EU Nigeria. Could never trust anyone. I remember at one remote Bulgaria border getting relived of £10 just because I had an EU passport! So the Bulgarian aspect did worry me!

I am in here with what was left of monies from my OCH investment. Hoping I can re-coupe some of the losses there in here. I think 10p is achieveable in the short term.

Yes in time either way this will be of value. Though I am hoping for closure and a good offer to come in.

Generally with RNS timescales. I add 2 week, I find that way I am not dispointed timewise! I find unless the company real bad with timescales, things often appear within the 2 week window. If they saying mid Feb then it will be the last week in Feb! OT I am glad I got out of OCH. Looking back didn't research it enough & paid the price. I decided to sell at 7p & take a 45% loss. Now today the offer led to nothing could be 2p there with the amount of debit they got. I went into MBO. Results due next week there!

Yes XEL has really picked up. Mind you still a good rise on top of 1.65p. Hoping we can have some news here.

in the deal is the multiple interest. It's what OCH didn't have only had one party interested and when that fell through so did the SP. If got more then 1 party a bidding war could ensue what Blowster says. The more parties the better in a T/O offer!

If I was a direct and brought for 11.75p last June. The bare min I would want is around the +15p zone. As I said in a previous comment. It either be a deal (+15p) or no deal. I can't see it going for less. I joined MBO today as well.

I brought in here this morning. I like the comparisons with MONI. I used to hold 500,000 shares in MONI in 2009. I wished I held on to them! If MBO can follow similar track, be very pleased!

Re-reading over research. Says ATD suffered as couldn't keep up demand. I feel that a very good sign, if you look in to it. Definitely got a product/service, which people want. I am hoping for a offer 15p min. The only negative here is that a offer couldn't be reached. In that case I see us drifting down as people look for another short termer. However if no offer, I take it ATD just plod on until Q2 when they in a better position; Blowster perhaps you can elaborate as you a bit more clued up on ATD then me?

Yes, I am thinking surely we must have some update next week. That be over 4 weeks from deadline for offers. I would of thought be enough time for consideration.
