If the deal fallen through straight away we would of heard by now. In OCH their bad news was within 10-13 days, we have now surpassed the month stage. I would say news is immient on this. I spoke to ATD the other week and the signs were a deal being done.

How could ATD guarentee that if it hasn't already been agreed by the TO company. I think news could be on it's way.

I was talking to a courier friend of mine who does drops around Royston. I mentioned Asterand he said the one which being taking over by the yanks. I enquired how he knew this and he said someone for Asterand locally which said their job safe despite the takeover going through!

Yes, I agree in that surely we must of heard if talks would of broken down before now. However there is point which kinda says too long to me!

If this drops any lower before news of any kind. This could be de-risked. If no news a drop to say 4p? Though if a deal mentioned you could be looking at +10p? Min downside compared with the upside at present!

I think by March defo know one way or the other. Personally for me that is my deadline. If hear nothing by then it means somethig is certainly not right. Personally I just want a offer. Anything above 10p would do me right now. I am not interested in investing here for a long time
