To be honest this is really starting to get me adown a bit now. Mainly as in jan I was looking at RMP. I thought ATD be a quick done and over by mid Feb. Alias pick the wrong stock again, plan was for this to double then straight into RMP. However RMP gone 3 bagger and ATD done er nothing! I am wondering if we gonna get a deal where a Pharma will give ATD some cash for a part of bio seek etc which will turn this in to long hold stock, which doesn't interest me in the slightest. My main objective here is T/O and X pence of profit. 2 weeks more if no deal then I'm out. The deal should take no longer then end of March.

Well TBH bioseek is the only thing which gonna get ATD out of the mess and the only bit which the new buyers preferably want.

That say of pi's is only IMHO. I think the directors have a controling interest. To be honest right now, Id be happy with anything more then 10p. I really want the saga closed, as I have opther shares I would like to take profit over too.

I would say a good +70% chance it will be taken over. I doubt pi's have a say in the matter!

I said 10p as i think that be the bottom the directors will accept. Be either that or no offer. Or we don't know if ATD will still keep some of it & it will be a merger or something? I do think though in a month or so this be a higher SP. I see NEW is going down a bit further! Possible 7p there.

Nice input there. I think it was you, which got it spot on with NEW bb on iii, about their future need for placeing/funding. I wish I had listened to your advice, then as I would of saved myself £3k. I do think that the maybe the long winding bit of the talks has been done. I would think we would hear something well within 1-3 weeks from now.

I think that situation applys here. You have to switch off from intraday movements & look at the bigger picture. I would think within a month a deal agreed at least 10p but probably much more .

Agree. I am really surprised that more people not buying . Always a element of risk but the upside far outweighs the risk

I certainly agree! The signs looks very positive for a takeover. RNS said advanced discussions with a number of parties.

If we get the talks have ended RNS, then it's all in the hands of the creditors as ATD only have enough captial for Q1. OCH realyl screwed me over. However comparing the 2 (ATD & OCH) OCH was fair risker then ATD. Lets face it people really want ATD and OCH had far more debt. What I am realistically looking at is really 10p a share at worst case here. Anything, more then 10p I'll be happy enough with. The way I see it a godo chance of this and waiting a month and half tops is worth the wait for nearly 100% profit.

The reason to me is simple. Its AIM investors thinking. They read that RNS & think I got 2-3 weeks to make 100% elsewhere & comeback to ATD. Its classic investor thinking I can make this & that, when in fact rarely workout like that & they probably miss the bid RNS as mm will move price up straight away. I say within 10 days (of no RNS). We will see the volume increase dramatically as people know they running out of time to get inn here.

To be honest if people are investing here not knowing the finals are going to be damm alwful then they haven;t done there research. The finals are going to show a big loss. I wouldn't be surprised to see it near 8 million. However the bidding parties will already know all of this from their due dillegence they performed. If it goes down I'll top up more!
