So for instance by wed we could be 22p. Then thurs get RNS offer of 15p. Surely we be re-rrated down? Just never been in position of a to. I don't want to be greedy if a chance of losing out holding for final prize if gonna be lower.

Is it possible the SP could rise on speculation past the offer price. Ie if we surge to say 20p through volume. Tho then a RNS states 15p for example. We could be re rated down. Its just this moves so quick upon volume. Is it possible in heat of trading we could surpass any offer price?

Likewise looking forward to next week. It will be just one morning RNS & be totally re-rated. Lets hope a good update/offer. I don't want to see offer not going to concluded. That be a trip back to 3/4p. However ATD are good in their field. I can see the chances of an offer more then not a offer!

When to sell was at 9p. People will hold on for news now. Go either way, if a deal made 15p min. No deal back down to 3-4p & sit and wait until ATD are in a better postion to sell!

Yeah the OCH rise was built on expectation of a T/O deal (still is). Though the amount of land/property they own is a good bet it will sell. As for ATD really hoping it will pay off for me. I could do with a bit of good fortune at the moment.

I am here, got my postion and waiting. One question. If we get an RNS saying say 15p takeover. Does that mean the share are suspended, or do the MM move it up to 15p. If the share can be traded on the AIM, then surely be a sell off at 15p won't there would the price start dropping? Sorry for the naive question!
